• Mrs UEK (10/5): - Our whole family had a fabulous time at Glengoulandie Glamping and Camping. It really is as advertised - a beautiful location from where one can easily access places of interest as well as many beautiful walks/climbs into the hills beyond. The glamping pods were very welcoming, clean and well equipped, with the crisp clean bedding very comfortable - just what you need after a long drive or a busy day out and about. Fiona and Andy are very welcoming, friendly and caring and ever so speedy in their replies to queries. We also enjoyed the coffee and delicious cake selection on offer in the café/shop. How lucky to have found this gem of a campsite in time for our family reunion (including young children and 2 dogs)! Thank you Fiona, Andy and your team!

• John (8/5): Good quality pod in a good location for the outdoors - Background: Single traveller; stayed on last days of season in cold weather. Pod was very clean and comfortable for one person - could sleep 7 at a pinch. Pod facilites good but no heating in bathroom, otherwise underfloor heating was fine. Didn't use site facilities but the place was clean and tidy. Being picky: no robe hook or shelf for wash bag in shower room; toilet seat wouldn't stay up; couldn't turn off the porch light; random tv channels; little privacy outside from adjacent pod ( I was the only visitor though). Although within contract, could have been more responsive to change of circumstances from 2 pax + dogs to one person.

• Jacqueline (10/5): - The pod was exceptionally clean. It had everything we could have needed and a lovely touch with the homemade tablet! The whole pod was very well thought out, with plenty storage. The kids loved the deer park next door! And the friendly chickens. Nothing!

• Marianne (9/5): Beter dan glamping - Mooi en compleet ingericht huisje op camping. Ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse staat voor je klaar. Ze kwam direct een sponsje brengen toen we dat misten voor de afwas. Ook zorgde ze voor extra beddengoed toen we het extra bed wilden gebruiken. De pan om iets te bakken is te groot om naast een andere pan op het fornuis te zetten. Je moet dus in etappes koken. Het extra uitklapbare bed ligt niet zo erg lekker. Fijn dat je buiten kunt eten aan picknick tafel maar toen wij er waren was het warm en zonnig en misten we een parasol. Verder zou een paar extra haken om een handdoeken aan te hangen fijn zijn als je met veel mensen in het huisje logeert. Parkeerplaats naast het huisje is krap op de weg en vraagt wat stuurmanskunsten om in te parkeren.

• Glenn (10/5): Wonderful little getaway, clean tidy and no hassle. - Location is really good lots of walks and amazing views. Friendly owners and a well kept site. Nice little touches in the pod such as milk for the provided tea and coffee. Heated towel rail in the bathroom would have been the cherry on top. But really just knit picking as everything else was fantastic.

• Alicja (10/5): Perfect, plesant. - Beautiful location. The Pod was the perfect size for a solo traveler. It was immaculate, spotless and had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The owners were very helpful and supper nice. Will defitintely go back.
• Samia (10/5): Fantastic Stay – Comfortable Pod and Great Hosts - Everything! PITLOCHRY is a very beautiful place, and this glamping site is set in a stunning valley. We explored the nearby areas and loved the scenery. There is a deer park close by, which gives you a lovely view first thing in the morning. I’m an early-bird type of person and really enjoyed a 30-minute walk around the glamping site. The pod itself was beautifully done, very comfortable, and just perfect for our little family. It’s a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy nature. We enjoyed both the walking and driving routes in the area. The people are very nice—Fiona and Andy are extremely helpful and polite. Thank you, Fiona! The only small downside was the midges—little insects in the air that can make sitting outside after dark a bit tricky. But they seem to be everywhere in Highlands, and they don’t cause any harm—just something to be aware of.

• Harmony (10/5): Exceptional - Very easy, nice and clean, well thought out. Nice hot showers & comfy beds. Communal facilities if we needed additional toilets & showers. Laundry room & tumble dryer available. We had a big walk on first day, hired bikes on the second day from Beyond Adventure which was a 15-20 minute drive, they also have kayaks, canoes etc. we had a lovely bike ride & picnic by the river. We saw heaps of wildlife, shrews, frogs, caterpillars, various birds…….. we had a great stay here in a family group of 7. Very reasonable priced.

Great views, sitting outside at the picnic table was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
