Located on a major road, no noise issues. Quiet block. Ideally situated between two metro stops with tram buses also, although it was only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town at a leisurely pace. Lots of places to eat at different price brackets close by. Extremely convenient and secure, highly recommend! No complaints whatsoever! 😃

Communication with the host / cohost is very easy and very responsive. I highly recommend this after if you want a comfortable apartment in Sofia.

Spacious with big bedrooms and 3 beds, everything was renovated and new, the kitchen was awesome had everything you needed. my biggest fear is always the place to be clean but this one was spotless clean !! Congratulations guys for real got me really excited for my trip with such a good apartment choice. Very good for 2 couples or 1 family with two kids. I would recommend it to anyone Everything was perfect

Ivan texted us with an easy explanation how to get in and was very kind and available all the time in case we have any questions. We were amazed by the interior, astonishing details and very comfy beds and sofa. It’s definitely worth it for this price. Great location also.
• Apostolos (10/5): A hidden diamond in the city of Sofia! - The host was always available to solve any small issues raised (usually replied within seconds!!). The apatment is just superb!! Fully renovated, excellent decoration, fully equipped, Quiet neiborhood only 10 minutes walk from Sofia center and three nimutes walk from the metro station. The entrance of the building is a little bit scary but the apatment exceeded our expectations. There was no aircondition in the apartment so I don't know what it would be like during hot summer months.
• Hakan (10/5): Exceptional - One of the greatest places (maybe the best) to stay in Sofia. This house has every single detail to make people feel at home. Location is very close to tourist attractions of Sofia. Owner, Ivan, is always keeps in touch if you have a question and he is very friendly. I'll probably come again to Sofia just to stay here because one night wasn't enough.
