• Sonia (6/5): nice place , i probably recommend it to others but i really want the staff to be more professional about choosing rooms - good location, few meters from station, friendly staff, looks and shower was clean There were lots of stairs and no lift, which made access difficult. The view was very disappointing, my room had only one window, positioned at cellar level, so all I could see was a wall. On top of that, there were birds making noise early in the morning. i had booked three rooms and expected a better allocation, but upon arrival I was told that only a ground-floor room was available, which felt more like a storage space, or alternatively a room at the very top with no other option. I felt I had no real choice in the matter.

• Lauren (4/5): Disappointing. - The layout and design was beautiful. The kitchen was nice. My car was broken into on the street where parking was recommended. Despite me feeling unsafe and expressing I didn’t want to stay because my car already needed repairs, I wasn’t offered compensation or a refund for the remaining day. The owner didn’t return my security deposit despite me going out of my way to do extra cleaning around the property. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here.

• James (9/5): - The location was great. The flat was clean and nice. The bed was a bit small for the both of us. The lounge was big, but the bedroom was a tad small. I accept that is probably just a constraint of the layout of the house.

• Guy (9/5): Très bien! Mais nous avons fait vraisemblablement le mauvais choix d'unité pour nos besoins. - Convenable, propre, silencieux, bien équipé dans l'ensemble. C'est neuf et bien entretenu. Investissez dans une petite table pour manger, deux chaises ainsi qu’un sofa de meilleure qualité. Il était impossible de s’asseoir confortablement dans notre unité, car nous étions limités à un comptoir très étroit avec deux tabourets peu confortables. Il était également impossible d’y travailler à l’ordinateur pendant plus de 15 minutes. Je ne sais pas si c’est le cas dans les autres unités. J’ai demandé deux chaises et une petite table, puisque nous y séjournions durant huit nuits, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’était pas possible de nous accommoder.

• Zsolt (9/5): Had a great time! - Wonderful apartment, clean and modern. Easy access with the codes. Great location in Llandaff near Pontcanna, a lovely part of Cardiff. The only thing that could have been better was the bed, it was a small double, too small to be comfy enough.

On going issues with the shower which they did attend to swiftly when first reported. However, it went wrong again near the end of our stay. It was reported on checking out and I am sure it will be attended to thoroughly.

A little out of the centre, which we knew, but lovely 30 minute walk through the park into centre. Always managed to find a free parking space on the street. Good communication with apartment management. The quilt could do with being a larger size to be fully comfortable on the bed.
• David (9/5): Lovely sat mattress let it down - Just clean and lovely and really well presented, Unfortunately the skimped on the mattress it’s cheap and really uncomfortable . Vesganti mattresses from Amazon not expensive but awesome.

• Rachel (9/5): Comfort in Cardiff - The apartment was clean, fresh, and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was powerful and hot. Everything is in the apartment that you need Inc shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, coffee machine, 1x hand towel, and 2x bath towels. We got parked right outside, and it was free. The walk into town took us about 20 minutes via the park. We had a fantastic meal at Pasture and lunch at New York Deli - both come highly recommended. The host, Jay, is on hand and very helpful. All details are provided clearly to make check-in and check-out a swift and easy process. It would have been nice to have complimentary sugar and milk with the coffee machine but that was a quick fix with a nip to the co-op down the road.

Ample on road parking outside & a secure entry system both into the building & the apartment itself. Great communication from the host The bed felt quite small, but there was no way to fit a bigger one in the room. Everything else was great

• Timothy (9/5): A very clean quiet flat just right for a short stay in the Llandaff area of Cardiff. - We have used the apartment before and found it to be very good and well placed for what we needed. It is quite easy to get to once you have realised the lay out of the roads in the area. The road outside the flat is quiet, only being busy at peak times. As we reported to the contact, the shower head needs replacing. This was a minor annoyance.
• Richard (10/5): Perfect apartment set in a very nice location - We liked the whole apartment, the balcony, the cleanliness and the location which was ideal for our visit. It is in a very smart area with ample on-street free parking. There are a couple of pubs and very good restaurants within about a 15 minute walk. It was all good.

It is a bit noisy at night due to drafts making all apartment doors rattle A standard sized bed. It was more like a 3/4 bed

• Timothy (10/5): Very enjoyable. Perfect for a few days whilst spending time with family in the Llandaff area. - The overall standard was very good. The decor was modern and very tasteful (i.e. to our taste!) The hand held shower head did need replacing. It was usable but needed care.

The location was a little away from the centre, but a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nothing to find fault with at all.

• Yvonne (9/5): Weekend for 2 - This compact apartment was extremely clean and had a luxurious feel to it. There is everything you would need for a short stay. The one issue we had was dealt with very quickly! No table to eat at but wasn't too much of an issue.

Location is good and is in a quite area of Cardiff. They state it is premier well to be honest its very good. Frying pan was to small for my steak apart from that nothing really.

Pubs and restaurants were not in walking distance. Steep stairs meant we couldn't take our luggage up to the room.

• Andrew (8/5): Great little apartment - Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and great shower. Well kitted out. Easy to access. Good parking. A small detail which wouldn’t effect me booking again but I didn’t like the lighting options! I prefer warmer toned dimmable lights and lamps. There are bedside lamps but the lighting is on the colder side rather than giving a cosy warm vibe. The smell of air freshener is also too strong for me so I unplugged the plug-in freshener.

• Ana (9/5): A rented home suitable for simple meals and all the comfort needed for a 7 days stay - Apartment #1 is a quiet apartment and very cozy too. The space is well divided. Decoration is very nice. Wi-Fi is super fast. Bed and pillows should be a bit more comfortable. Like a real ‘English bed’. The kitchen should have more pan variety. The bathroom is quite small, no space for our own toiletry.

Great communication from owner. Too hard mattress (just a personal preference), no oven gloves, small shower. Parking on the street was ok but gut full after 5.

• David (8/5): Great location - The apartment is perfect if you are looking for a place near the center to spend a couple of nights. The real highlight was the treatment we received from Jay, who was very helpful and responded to our request very quickly. Maybe the bed wasn’t as comfortable as we expected.
• Terry (9/5): Beautiful unit with great facilities in a central location. - The unit was very comfortable with great facilities including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It had been updated, was very clean in a great location. The owner was very easy to contact and dealt with a minor issue straight away. He also provided lots of information about what to do/see in the area. Free parking on the street. No improvements needed.
