• Rik (10/5): Een mooie woonboot op een super locatie in Amsterdam! - Super locatie dichtbij het Centraal Station. Zeer vriendelijke host met duidelijke instructies (video's) voor de woonboot.

• Cinthia (4/5): Teleurstellende slaapkamer - Het uitzicht We dachten de gehele boot gehuurd te hebben voor die prijs maar dit bleek een soort slaapkamer op een achterliggende boot te zijn. Klein en 0 comfort. Erg teleleurstellend. Voor die prijs had ik beter een hotel kunnen boeken. Was erg teleurgesteld en heb dit ook bij de eigenaar aangegeven.
• Daniel (10/5): will be back to this beautiful accommodation again & again - everything about this property is amazing finished to a beautiful standard , location is amazing , the bed is to die for i had the best sleep in months .. as for the host i honestly couldn’t ask for more prompt exact & friendly & he really puts hisself on hand for the duration of your stay there is nothing not to like
• Müller (6/5): - Die Lage und Beschreibung des Findens war gut.Es war sauber. Es war sehr kalt als wir ankamen,ca 13 Grad innen,und hat sehr lange gedauert bis der Raum und insbesondere das Bad eine akzeptable Temperatur hatte. Preis Leistung war nicht gegeben.

• Iain (10/5): Quiet, warm and homely yet really close to the city centre, great place to stay for a short holiday! - Fantastic location! Lovely feel inside with a great view, nice and warm even in the middle of winter and really really quiet whilst being less than a 10 minute walk to the city centre! Instructions for access were really easy to follow. Would definitely book again! We only stayed for two night nights but lack of wardrobe would be an issue for longer stays.

• Angela (8/5): A unique and pleasant experience in Amsterdam, ideal for a short and different stay. In the future, improving the TV and - The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the water. The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the experience of staying on the water was unique and relaxing. The space was a bit small, and at night there was occasionally some noise from outside. Additionally, the temperature was sometimes difficult to regulate.

• Ian (10/5): - Truly unique location - you won’t find any hotel room with that view. It was quiet, almost too quiet when we slept much longer than we had planned. It could use a little more thinking/design done on the lighting and electrical outlets. To charge my phone overnight, I had to unscrew the light bulbs in the ceiling light fixtures that were on the same circuit - turning the light off would have also turned off my phone. Also, it wasn’t possible to just turn on a light in the bathroom. The bathroom light was on the same circuit as a light in the living area.

• Kayleigh (10/5): Fabulous stay on the water! - Great location, easy to find, and check-in / access was well explained the host was extremely helpful with communication and provided clear instructions for check-in & facilities. The view (especially at night) was fantastic!
• Charlotte (8/5): Lovely Little Stay! - Gorgeous views. Superbly clean. Very cosy. Good location. Quiet location. Friendly and helpful owner available to contact at all times. Dyson fan/heater. Fridge and plenty of utensils/crockery provided. Super cute and quirky little home! Just something to be aware of, not a fault as it can't be changed! But the deck/entrance to the boat is incredibly slippery when it rains. There is also a long loose yellow cable across the terrace area which is a trip hazard. When we were there also the central heating didnt work, but the provided Dyson fan worked very well!
• Thomas (8/5): Very satisfying. - Location was good for our cruise boat and central station. Loved being on a boat looking out over the water. Not the type of place for everyone but we had a great time there. Entry with luggage was a bit difficult but it was a boat after all. To be expected.

• Nicole (7/5): - Das Hausboot war sehr gemütlich mit einem tollen Blick auf das Hafenbecken. Für meinen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend ... Ein dickes Plus für die Ruhiglage inmitten des Trubels und die gute Video-Einführung in die Location. Wer länger bleiben und vielleicht mehr als einen Kaffee kochen möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz. Sehr schade fand ich, dass es zwar eine "Terrasse" gab, aber keine Bestuhlung, die einen Blick auf den Hafen ermöglicht hätte.

• JW Heinen (8/5): Heerlijke plek om in Amsterdam te overnachten. - Locatie was super, uitleg perfect met een video. Bed sliep geweldig, badkamer(the) was passend. Douche heerlijk warm en goede waterdruk. Uitzicht was heerlijk.

• Dixie (10/5): We loved our stay! Great boathouse! - The boathouse was very clean and nicely furnished. Loved the seating area outside. And the bed was so comfortable! We struggled finding it when we got there but that was likely because we didn’t map it out ahead of time.
• Vlada (10/5): Great location and original stay in Amsterdam! - Location is really amazing! You can get anywhere by foot. And it is very quiet. It is also very original, how often can you sleep on a boathouse? You also get all the amenities for your stay - fridge, little kitchen sink corner, tea/coffee. It can get a bit hot, but owner provided a fan and if you open all windows - it is fine. Overall great experience! Highly recommending!
• Sally (8/5): We had an excellent stay and would recommend it. - The location was excellent for sightseeing and wandering around the old part of the city, it was also great for the train station. The bed was very comfortable and it was lovely to wake up and look out over the water. It would have been nice to have somewhere to relax on the deck, it was very warm when we were there.

• James (9/5): Good value and something different! - Good location and easy to find. It was great to experience something different and being rocked to sleep at night! We were woken up by some people who came onto the boat making a phone call early in the morning (no idea whether they were guests or not) so some added security for the gate might be useful.
