• Clara (10/5): Lovely accommodation, clean and cozy. Easy access to the beach (8 minutes walk). We really enjoyed the neighborhood. - I liked everything. It was amazing! I didn’t really like the shower. The draining area was not big enough. We needed to put some towels next to it so that the water doesn’t enter the rest of the bathroom.

Great help on transition from one room to another as we extended our stay. So helpful and accommodating on check out. Awesome. Drainage in the bathroom. Bedroom lamp not working on one side of the bed. Loose bathroom tap. Reported to the reception staff.

• Reno (8/5): Great place, not cheap but enjoyable. - Our stay was great, right in the centre of Varna. Great access to restaurants and shops. Fairly quiet street. Apartment contained all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Nicely decorated, made to feel like home. Few quirks, poor drainage in the bathroom. Also horrible odour in the apartment despite the cleaners best effort to keep it clean. Did report this to the cleaners.

• Irina-Elena (9/5): Raport calitate/preț OK - Foarte frumos apartamentul. Cred că e un complex de apartamente în bloc de închiriat. Noi am stat in Atelier 4, la parter, cu terasa comuna cu apartamentul alăturat. Foarte bine echipat și poziționat fata de centrul orașului. Nu ne am întâlnit cu gazdele, dar ne-au comunicat prin intermediul booking codurile de intrare în bloc și apartament. Pentru câteva zile în Varna,recomand! Multe cafenele, magazine, restaurante, fast food, la doar 3 min de locație. Nu se asigura loc de parcare. Îți recomandă o parcare la vreo 300m de bloc. 25leva pe zi. Toată zona e blue și poți să îți descarci aplicația lor de parcare și să parchezi in strada,cu plata. Noi nu am găsit locuri și nici parcomate. Amenda e 100 leva și îți ridică mașina. Am asistat la doua ridicări. Plaja Varna, cu nisip fin, intrare lina in apa, 6leva șezlong/umbrelă, atmosfera plăcuta, dar neîngrijită,plina de mucuri de țigară și mizerii. Dacă nu ceream eu scrumiera, nu aducea. Fata de anul trecut e mai scump cu aproximativ 20-25%, iar preturile sunt specificate și în Euro.

Que dans l'appartement il n'y a rien pour nettoyer le sol (juste un petit balai) et que pour un séjour de 10 jours même si on veut payer on ne peut pas avoir une nettoyage de l'appartement.

• Yuliyana (10/5): - Das Apartment liegt in zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Nachbarschaft - ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Der Zugang war unkompliziert und problemlos. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Duschwand war undicht, sodass beim Duschen Wasser auslief. Ansonsten war alles top - ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

• Andra (7/5): - Very spacious, well equiped and a nice terrace. The walls are not soundproofed, we could hear everytime the door from the entrence, the elevator, dogs and seagulls from outside. For tall persons the boiler is very bad positioned.

• Razvan (8/5): Nice location, but could be better - Very good location, close to the city center. A non-stop market just one minute away. Nice big apartment and terrace, comfy bed and couch. No parking included, but there are paid parking spots right near the building. Easy self check-in and check-out (but there is no key entry, the entrance in by code at the door). Elevator in the building in case you are at un upper floor. Washing machine and dishwasher could be a plus on a longer stay. The shower - not good separation from the rest of the bathroom, a lot of water goes out of the shower in the bathroom. The TV is useless unless you have a Netflix account (no TV channels). The cleaning was not as good as expected (hair in the bathroom, dust cloth on the walls). No detergent capsules for the dishwasher and only one roll of toilet paper (for 4 days). The communication with the host by whatsapp was not so good (long answering time, even no answer at all).

• Живко (10/5): Quiet backstreet, yet central, with top facilities - The property is 20 metres from the main city square and the opera house. Several cafes, food stores, bakeries and snack stalls on the doorstep. The router kept going offline causing the the tv to go out too but the host was attentive and kept fixing it. Also there were renovations going on in the building with a lot of hammering and drilling noise during the day, although this will probably end in a few weeks time.

• Beatrice (10/5): Nice stay in Varna - I liked the fact that the apartment is very well equipped and really close to the center. Also the host solved all arising issues very fast. The shower (water everywhere when you shower) - if this will be improved, it will be a 10++++ acommodation.

• Didier (10/5): Agréable, professionnel, accompagné de bons moments de loisirs. - Tout était bien, avec une attention particulière du manager pour que rien ne vous manques. Un peu petit pour moi, mais c'était juste bien pour un séjour de courte période. le système des codes est un peu fastidieux et n'avoir qu'un seul code pour les deux portes d'entrées serait aussi plus facile.
• Georgi (10/5): Good find - Smack downtown of Varna, with very good facilities, this place was a perfect choice for us. You have all you need for an independent stay and enjoy Varna and its restaurants. You do not get to meet the hosts, but the directions on the use of the various access codes are clear. We had no problems. I did not have this problem, but in case you are coming by car, you will have to browse around for a parking spot, and be ready to pay (I believe it is 16 BGN=8 EUR per day) for the street parking.

• Carulli (10/5): Ideal pentru relaxare - Apartamentul este nou. Totul arata ca in poze. Doua balcoane, vedere spate, intrare in apartament cu cod (am avut mici probleme dar s-au rezolvat). Foarte curat, pat confortabil. Bucatarie utilata cu tot.ce iti trebuie... Cladirea se afla foarte aproape de zona pieonala.

• Dmytro (8/5): - Хорошее месторасположение. 15 минут до пляжа и рядом с главной улицей. В апартаментах - новая мебель, отлично работают кондиционеры. Вход по коду. Отсутствует шумоизоляция, слышны соседи сбоку и сверху, шум с улицы, гул работающих кондиционеров. В ванной комнате, душ совмещен с туалетом, вода заливает помещение, постоянно мокрый пол и надо вытирать его, что неудобно. Шторы пропускают свет, утром это раздражает. Отсутствует микроволновая печь.

• Sonia (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum. Dachgeschoss und 2 kleine Balkone. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage gut. Sehr sicheres Haus. Wlan und Netflix gut. Anstrengender checkin, weil langwierige digitaler Formular und Pass Eingabe. Badezimmer sehr unkonfortabel. Dusche flutet und nässt kompletten Raum und Abfluß mittig im Zimmer ist langsam. Kein Schwamm- Bodenschieber vorhanden! Kein Tuch zum Wc trocknen,... . Wohnung durch Dachlage eng. Keine Kleiderkästen oder Kofferablagen. Kein Sofa im WZ. Haben mit Hockern versucht gemütlich sitzen zu können.

• Margarita (10/5): Sehr sauberer, ordentlicher und rühiger Unterkunft. - Innerhalb den letzen 2 Jahren buche ich immer wieder den gleichen Unterkunft in Varna, aktuell zum 5-6 Mal. Das letzte Mal könnte ich nicht buchen. Dann habe ich positiv festgestellt, dass die Gebäude frisch renoviert ist. Das macht seht positiver Eindruck, dass der Inhaber in Sauberkeit investiert. Ich habe wieder Mal sehr entgegenkommende Unterstützung seitens Vermieters bekommen. Es gibt keine negative Rückmeldungen meinerseits.
