• Ruby (3/5): Only good thing was Woolworths was on ground floor. - It was convenient to Woolworths First go in you always have to press the smaller circle of the key hole to take the key out. No toilet paper holder in the main bedroom. The sheets were dusty when I pulled them off, they were stained with blood by the looks of it, the sheets were washed what looked like washing machine wash not professionally cleaned and found a bug underneath the sheets. The balcony door was jammed had instructions to use the top of a stove thing object to unjam it it was so weird. First morning using the main sink it was already blocked try to call someone out and no one came. There were so many things that were wrong with it it definitely wasnt worth what I paid for.

• XIAOFANG (9/5): - 入住体验都很好，房间的城市景观，以及房间设施都很优秀。同时房间地理位置也很好，楼下就有超市，而且办理入住就是在华人超市那拿钥匙，轻松搞定入住。房间干净整洁，床品也很舒服。唯一的问题就是停车收费。租车自驾找车位停车，和过夜停车收费。 底下停车可太贵了，一个晚上80澳币，如果停路边的话3小时要挪车。没有免费停车位是唯一的缺点。

• Karen (8/5): - Great location Check was difficult and not well thought out we had to leave early and were advised to leave the keys in the apartment- that meant no lift access and we were not able to exit the garage making us late for our appointment
• Toni (8/5): Great views, good location. - Good location, fantastic views and tidy and clean apartment. The TV wouldn't turn on and we were told to go and buy batteries for the remote. Perhaps that should have been checked beforehand. The bed in the master bedroom is very small but otherwise I would have scored a 9/10 if not for the battery incident as the apartment was very nice.
• Moinul (1/5): Was worst that we had with booking.com - NA There were many things which made us the most difficult booking we made through booking.com. This has now taken my confidence away from booking through booking.com. We had problems with following 1. Access to key - had to pickup from a random asian grocery store. Was hard to find parking. 2. The overall accomodation - I asked not to be placed in high floor but I was given the highest. 3. Cleanliness - the utensil and carpet and bed and sofa sheet were all dirty and it was a disgusting to witness after entering the rooms and after a long flight and drive. There were stain marks in pillows both in bed and sofa, stain marks in toilet and carpet. Mark that are so big looked like a vomit or a spill so unclean. The spoon were dirty and some had dry food (egg) stuck in them. The drawers were difficult to close etc. Absolutely filthy. 4. contacting host- it was suspicious to have email or booking.com app message coming from the apartment email but the reception told that the room was not booked from them instead the owner of that particulat apartment. This have taken our confidence away from booking.com and we will book by directly contacting the hotel/apartment moving forward. 5. Last day problem. The washing machine (had a dryer built in) was broken (non-functional) the day of our departure and caused so much stress and cancellation of one of our booked trip to a location. After calls and conversation someone was sent and we had to leave our private clothes locked in the washing and then come back and pick up in a hotel clothes bag. Which added an extra trip back to the hotel/apartment. The clothes were not dry and we had to reshuffle our packed bag and pack them in and fly. Lost interest on the booking in that apartment and lost confidence in booking.com. (second time).

Wouldn't recommend and the management team obvi - Location And room with separate bathroom Friendly check-in staff, but unfortunately the stay was disappointing overall. We were placed in a highway-facing room with constant wind and traffic noise, which made it very uncomfortable. No housekeeping was provided despite staying for a full week, which doesn’t feel practical. Some facilities also need updating — no chopping board and an old hairdryer. The worst part was checkout. I was called at 10:00am while still packing and told to drop the keys at a grocery shop. When I asked for a 10:30am checkout, the response was cold and unhelpful. This left a very poor final impression.

Both smoke alarms covered and non-functional on arrival Management attributed this to recent sanding and painting contractors. • Zarin (9/5): We had a very lovely stay with a wonderful view. - The location was really good and the view was incredible. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with working amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. I would highly recommend this to many. There were some very minor stains on the carpet and the iron was not working.

• Mohammad (10/5): - Excellent location, 20 minute walk to the CBD. Beautiful views from the room (floor 35). Clean spacious space with good amenities. Bathroom/shower/bathtub were luxurious. Kitchen was very handy, clothes washing machine was excellent, all in all very useful for a family holiday. Parking is expensive, but we were in South Bank. 40 dollars a day was still better than any other option nearby, so consider it a part of the price if leaving the car while exploring the city.

• Rhonda (8/5): Good stay - The location is great. Walking distance to trams, restaurants and cbd. Apartment was comfortable, especially considering price point. Supermarkets in same complex. Beds were very firm (but this is totally a personal preference) No help at check-in on which elevator to use from car park to access the tower that our apartment was in. Blinds don’t cover windows great to block out some bright lights from other buildings when in bed. Bottle tops left on floor so not sure that cleaning is done well after each stay.

Adequate utensils supplied for basic cooking. The location was great being above the Woolworths Store and very close to the Tram connection. It was within walking distance of the River and restaurants. The view from our Apartment was ideal from the West Tower The one blanket provided was not clean. We could not open the Balcony door. I am 5.7" but the shelving for plates was very high so required stretching to reach them. The kitchen did not have microwave containers to heat food, but plates OK.

• Jennifer (9/5): Definitley stay here. It was great, and in a great location. - This was a great place to stay, well-equipped and with beautiful views. The host was really responsive when we arrived to our room, it wasn't cleaned yet, and they gave us another room straight away, and we had a great stay. Better info regarding parking - we ended up parking in Woolworths downstairs overnight, and it cost us $80.

Har rest i många många år till olika platser i världen och bott på många olika boenden och aldrig blivit så besviken som på detta eländiga boendet. Dåligt bemötande av boendet. Inte städat överhuvudtaget. Glas splitter på golvet över lag ostädad lägenhet. Ner grisad soffa med nått grönt kladd. Tvättmaskin som inte centrifugerade. Fick en annan lägenhet i samma boende. Tyvärr problem med även den lägenheten. Luktade otroligt illa. Gammal avlopp eller vad man ska kallade det för. Sprutade parfym överallt för att få bort lukt detta funkade bara för stunden ganska snabbt tillbaka med skit lukt. Här fick vi en tvättmaskin som läckte vatten över hela golvet i hallen. Kontaktade om detta men det svar man fick va lägg ut handdukar det är en ny maskin. SKANDAL. Rekommenderar absolut INTE detta boende. Men annars va semestern bra 😊👍👍

Staff hard to contact and unable to have changed. Followed instructions for early check out and received multiple calls and text messages from a different number which were quite rude and aggressive. Didn’t really look like the photos

View from 40th floor amazing. Good size. Excellent kitchen facilities. Washer/dryer stopped working after one use and difficult to contact host. Concierge downstairs not at all helpful. Massive winds/ rain one night and inside apartment was terribly noisy like a vortex. Thinking that perhaps a seal not great on window. Ensuite Bathroom not extra clean -long hairs all over floor.

• Michael (7/5): Great views, good layout, needs a bit of a refresh! - The location, the size of the apartment, comfy beds etc The views are fantastic. Great sized main bathroom. Well designed space. Have stayed in other apartments in this complex which felt more cramped. Handy access to both city and major roads out if you need to access suburbs. We did. The carpets needed either a darn good scrub or replacing because of stains, caused by high useage. The quality of the little dining table was very dubious and a bit unstable. It needs replacing.

• Blake (10/5): Urban resort! - This apartment is in a great location. We were blown away by how incredible the 2x buildings amenities were. There is a supermarket at the base of the building with a bottlo too. The gym is huge, there is a sauna, outdoor heated pools and day beds, spas and a massive bar/entertaining room with a pool table and tvs. We loved our stay and we're glad to choose this apartment. Thankyou! One of the shower floors needs fixing but it doesn't effect the quality of the stay. Spatula was broken in half hard to use. Once again small issue the stay was all in all brilliant.

• Tess (10/5): Worth Every Cent! - We absolutely loved our stay. Facilities were great - clean and tidy bathroom and ensuite. The convenience of leaving our suitcases with the staff for $5 on check out was great. Straight forward UberXl to the airport for less than $90 was a big plus too. The communication around our slightly later check in was good - and we didnt need to use the alternative plan as our plane was on time. Beds were SUPER comfortable. And an easy 35-45 min walk to and from Albert Park. Highly recommend. Also having the Woolies downstairs made quick breakfasts super simple. Thanks so much to the team! Everything was pretty awesome. The cupboards in the kitchen of our apartment needed a touch of maintainence but otherwise cannot fault the place! Will definitely be back.

We had to collect them from a shop near the accommodation but this was not explained which caused confusion - also finding the parking spot was not easy.
