- Monika (10/5): - Piękny przestronny apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem i dwiema łazienkami. Świetna lokalizacja. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się market. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Serdecznie polecamy.
- Kuldar (5/5): Asukoht ja korter üldiselt väga head! - Üldine puhtus (eriti vannitoas) oli kesine. Wifiga oli probleeme kuna seinal oli lüliti, mis pidanuks sees olema, et saada pistikusse voolu, kuid sellekohast infot polnud. Tubades kehv valgus. Duši all oli tõsiseid probleeme vee temperatuuri kõikumisega, tõenäoliselt segisti vigane.
- Ivana (8/5): Skvělá lokalita - Ubytování bylo kousek od Kolosea, byt byl velmi čistý Jedine nevyhovující byl gauč, matrace bylo extrémně proleželá. Ale i tak jsme byly spokojené.

- Sedef (7/5): Es war alles mittelmäßig ich fand den preis für das apartment zu viel aber okay - Es ist sehr zentrall bus station gleich in der nähe und das kolosseum war sehr nah 7 minuten zu fuss Es war ein unangenehmer Geruch im Apartment. Und der Aufzug war sehr schmal ich habe mit dem kinderwaggerl nicht reingepasst. Ich musste für mein baby wasser kochen aber der wasserkocher war verkalkt und schmutzig..

- Michael (3/5): Good location , terrible amenities - Great location , 2 blocks from the colosseum The shower didn’t work , seriously how do you rent a place with a shower that doesn’t work ?, the shower door was also broken , the dishwasher was broken , sat in a chair that was broken and nearly got seriously hurt when it collapsed , found another chair that was broken before sitting in it , the freezer stunk , do I really need to go on ? Ah,but I will, the person who was to meet us for check in showed up late and told us he was doing something else, like no big deal, then a day or two later while out to eat with my family I start getting messages on What’s App asking me why I parked a car in the courtyard? We did not have a car and when we met the person who was late to check in he could clearly see we were all standing in the street with no car waiting on him. Who on earth in the apartment complex even knew us to make up such a lie?? The person claimed the door person told him we parked a car illegally in the courtyard. There was never even a door person working there the entire week at any time day or night that we came or went! Not once and yet this mysterious door person who never works decided to lie and say the renters in your apartment parked a car in the courtyard where there is absolutely no room for cars in the first place! What a joke! I am completely insulted and disgusted and disappointed with the terribly poor facilities or lack there of.

- Alexis (8/5): Very good - Very good place. Matches almost all expectations. Some things inside the place were broken, but nothing that impacted a lot our experience. The location is perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy. We were a group of 5 persons, but we were given only one set of keys. It was a bit painful as we always needed to be synchronised to enter or leave the flat. The place was a bit smelling like old and rarely used pipping.

- Vasos (6/5): Adequate but not recommended, especially not for families - The location, staff were contactable mostly. Kitchen and layout of the apartment was good. Location was very good, close to colloseum. Large apartment with several issues. The shower was incredibly tiny and unusable. The shower rail and door was broken. There was grease everywhere from a patch up repair job. The thermostat in the shower was broken, meaning we could not shower well or with an infant. The host had organised a shuttle from the airport, and we confirmed many times including the day of travel, ensuring a baby seat in the shuttle for our infant. When we arrived just before midnight, the vehicle did not know anything about a baby seat. This was incredibly frustrating as it was late and we had to then organise our own transport. They took zero responsibility, which when travelling with an infant and being organised in the lead up, is not acceptable.

The living space is cozy and well-equipped, with reliable Wi-Fi, and a kitchen that allows for easy meal preparation. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience with their local knowledge and welcoming attitude. While the apartment was generally clean, the bathroom, could have been better maintained. Despite this minor drawback, the apartment’s prime location, comfort, and service make it a great choice for travelers visiting Rome.
