• Eva (5/5): No volvería - La cercanía para ir a cualquier lado. La cama de matrimonio horrible para dormir, estaba hundida hacia abajo. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios y no tenía tostadora como indicaba, los cubiertos súper justos, lo comentamos al propietario pero dió igual. El sábado alquilaron el apartamento de al lado un grupo de jóvenes y vaya fiesta se montaron sin respetar al resto. De repente el calentador de agua nos fuimos a bañar y salía congelada, hablé con el propietario y muy amable nos ayudó a solucionarlo. Creo que por detalles tontos la estancia no se hizo agradable, la verdad que lo de la cama de matrimonio era horrible para dormir, nos íbamos uno para encima del otro del hueco que había, fatal. Le envié al casero recomendaciones que espero que las lleve a cabo.

• Veaceslav (8/5): Acceptable for a city break stay - Apartment sufficiently large and spacious. Well furnished, equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. It has a good location in relation to the metro and bus stations, in the area close to the European quarter. Acceptable for a stay of a few days. Good communication with the host. Small investments in the apartment are necessary. For example, in the bathroom: to change the water faucet and to clean the drainage a bit. Also, it is urgently necessary to replace the pillows and the bedding sets. I'd recommend that when cleaning the apartment, a little cleaning is done on the balcony as well.
• Rafael Borja (6/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Hay zonas para aparcar gratis 2 horas muy cerca. El barrio es bonito y tranquilo. El apartamento está bien, es amplio y tiene muchos electrodomésticos. Intenté comunicarme en inglés pero me respondían siempre en Francés, aunque ponen que hablan español e inglés. No había tostadora aunque la anuncian. Las camas son bastante incómodas. Falta más menaje en la cocina (vasos, tazas, platos...) la limpieza es mejorable.

Uno dei due letti alla francese aveva un materasso deformato al centro che non permetteva di dormire comodamente. Inoltre all'interno degli armadi c'era molta polvere sui ripiani che ha sporcavato i vestiti

• Marica (5/5): Struttura poco curata - Le istruzioni per accedere alla struttura non erano aggiornate, la porta di ingresso non era visibile ed era dato come riferimento un negozio che non c’è più. La struttura mi è sembrata in generale poco curata, la pulizia sbrigativa e la doccia non era stata lavata. Lo scarico era intasato e non siamo riusciti ad usare la doccia. La caldaia era spenta, ce ne siamo accorti perché non si accendevano i riscaldamenti. Fortunatamente era la stessa caldaia che abbiamo a casa e siamo riusciti a risolvere. Unica cosa positiva la posizione, in una strada piena di locali e negozi e vicinissimo alla metropolitana Posizione

• Charu Mahay (9/5): Nice stay ! - The location of the flat was was good . It was very near the metro station. The park cinquantenairre is few minutes away . The flat was very clean with modern bathroom. Kitchen was sufficient to need. The beds were comfortable. There are lots of shops nearby. One of the bed is in kitchen . However it didn't matter much to us as we were out most of the day.

• Laia (7/5): Apartamento tranquilo y con todo lo básico - La zona es tranquila y buen comunicada con el metro a 2 min andando La cama del dormitorio principal necesita un colchón urgente. Tiene un agujero horrible y no se puede descansar. A la tercera noche pasamos a los niños allí y ni ellos que pesan mucho menos pudieron dormir en condiciones. Los vecinos tocaban al timbre todo el rato, a las 6 de la mañana estaban los niños despiertos y dejaban la puerta abierta de la casa abierta. Se escuchaba todo, subían y bajan las escaleras continuamente y gritaban, y en vez de darle a la luz otra vez al timbre. El grifo del lavabo casi no sale agua por la cal. Pero la ducha genial, agua bien caliente y la calefacción también un 10.

• Gianmarco (4/5): Disaster checkin system and no assistance at all - Location I tried to contact the owner many times but only automated messages with no reply to my questions. Until here no problem. The big problem is that owner gives instructions attaching photos which are not correct (entry behind a shop called courir which doesn't exist anymore) while the correct entry is behind a book store. Totally misleading and the owner didn't even bother to reply to my phone call. no assistance at all (via chat or phone) so you are left to sleep on the street if you don't spend 1h wondering around where is the entry. Moreover no elevator is also a very bad surprise if you have luggages. I entered the apartment at 23h and all windows were open so it was freezing cold.

• Susan (8/5): Flat very good. Email instructions regarding key safe poor. - Clean and comfortable. On leaving the key code sent by email for the key lock box did not work. On calling booking.com they told me I had stayed in the wrong apartment. How could that be the case when they told me to use the top lock box and the key code and that the flat was on floor 2. The keys did not work for the flat door in the right. But worked for the flat on the left. How did I stay in the wrong apartment when they told me keys only fitted one flat. I had to ring booking.com twice before being told a new key code for the key safe. This made me late for a meeting.
• Monica (1/5): Worst stay ever. - Nothing. Awful place. Extremelly dirty and noisy. Impossible to sleep. We booked for two nights and only stayed for one. If it weren't so late when we arrived, we wouldn't even have stayed. Worst place I have ever stayed. The place is located on top of a store, on the third floor, narrow stairs, no elevator.

• Giorgis_lgs (7/5): Great location but... - We stayed at this accommodation in February 2025. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, which made getting around the city very convenient. There were a few things that we wish had been mentioned in advance. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a narrow staircase and no elevator, which made carrying our luggage quite challenging. The biggest issue we encountered was cleanliness. The fridge was extremely dirty, the kitchen appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the cutlery and utensils were not properly washed. Additionally, one of the beds was located inside the kitchen, and to access the bathroom, we had to pass through the other bedroom, which was not ideal for privacy. The closets were covered in dust, which made the space feel unkempt. Another inconvenience was the lack of responsiveness from the host. Communication was quite slow, and it often took a long time to receive a reply to our emails. While the location was great, these issues affected our overall experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again, but with better maintenance and more accurate listing details, this accommodation could be a much better option.

We had to clean them to be able to use them. The beds were extremely soft and not so comfortable for us to sleep. The fact that you have to cross the main bedroom to go to the bathroom/wc is not convenient at all when you don’t travel as couple only. It was overpriced for what it actually offered especially since it was not an actual 2 bedroom apartment (second bed was located in the kitchen)

If someone else slept in the living room where there is a large bed, and wanted to go to the wc during the night, he/she would have to go into the bedroom. Just useful info for those not travelling as a family.

• Ivan (9/5): Everything was excellent. - The apartment is nicely arranged, comfortable and clean. It has everything we need. There is no elevator and narrow stairs, this can be a problem for someone. It didn't bother us and we knew it from other comments. Very good position, really close to Jubelpark and metro station. There are few shops across the street.

• Agnes (8/5): Very good - Location, atmosphere, it is quite well equipped. Spacious for 4 people. The pressure of the water is terrible, it is hardly possible to take a shower or clean cutleries. There are no curtains on the Windows, so anyone can see you from the oposite side Windows. The road is very busy, there are also bars, so the room on the road side is really noisy even with closed windows.

The same street offers a multitude of services, shops and public transportation options; the closest metro station and the Cinquentenaire Park are situated less than 200m away. Although the overall opinion is really good, there are a couple of things that could be improved: In the information prior to booking the apartment it was not clear that the second bed is inside the kitchen. The oven was dirty.
