- Pilar (5/5): Fotos que no corresponden con la realidad.Ubicación agradable. Limpio,pero necesita renovar material - La ubicación muy bien. Apartado del lío, pero cerca del mr No me gustaron varias cosas. La primera, esperaba una terraza con sillones y una mesita para tomar algo relajadamente, pues era la primera foto que salía en la web y me llamó la atención, pero no pude disfrutarla pues la terraza existía, pero solamente había una mesa cutre de terraza con 3 sillas de plástico. Los sillones habían desaparecido. Y en el interior, la habitación doble correcta, la individual si la persona que la ocupa no es muy grande también, pero era un poco claustrofóbica para una persona de 1'90. Y en cuanto a la cocina/salón. el sofá, estaba destrozado y tapado con una colcha que mejor no levantar. Y en la cocina, solamente había 3 tenedores, 3 cucharas, 3 cuchillos, 3 platos, 3 vasos y alguna sopera...... Evidentemente me pareció muy rácano..... Si la ocupación es de 3 personas y desayunas un zumo y un vaso de leche, tienes que fregar a mitad.... La cafetera no iba muy bien, había que encender y apagar si querías hacer más de un café seguido. Y ni siquiera había un par de cápsulas de cortesía.... En este sentido fue decepcionante

- Cristina (1/5): Decepción - Nada Le pongo una estrella por que me obliga a poner algo, el apartamento deja mucho, pero mucho que desear, nada que ver con las fotos que tienen publicadas. Este apartamento esta muy deteriorado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, tuvimos que limpiar nosotros el apartamento por que estaba todo super sucio, platos, vasos, utensilios, los edredones de muy mala calidad y llenos de manchas, las almohadas super desgastadas y el sofá no tenia mas polvo por que no tenia mas espacio. Cabe destacar que tuvimos que quitar las camas y poner los colchones de muelles, super malos, en el suelo, por que las patas de las camas estabas todas super dobladas. Y por si fuera poco, las habitaciones parecen sacadas de la película de la niña del exorcista. Antes de nuestra marcha de aquí del apartamento, se pusieron a las 7 de la mañana los pintores, con la musica a todo volumen y con gritos, para luego a las 8 de la mañana, justo cuando nosotros nos marchamos, quitar la musica e irse a beberse unas cervezas. Educación y empatía bien poco por parte de dichos " trabajadores ". Pd. No vengáis a este hotel, seguir buscando. Nosotros no volveremos, ni recomendaremos dicho aparta hotel.

- Ana María (4/5): Humedades y poca seguridad - La ubicación Lamento tener que informar que la estancia no fue positiva debido a problemas de humedad en el baño que afectaron nuestro confort, y a la inseguridad percibida en la zona común y las entradas del edificio. No hay recepción ni nadie que te reciba el trato es súper impersonal .. Luego para ser un apartamento el menaje de la cocina era muy escaso, y que decir del baño una toalla para los 5 días que estuvimos.

Das Apartment entspricht nicht den Bechreibungen und Bildern wie bei booking.com. Die Bilder zeigen das Apartment in der 2. Etage über uns. Zudem ist das Apartment Nr. 5 in dem wir jetzt sind verdreckt, unrenoviert, sieht aus wie ein schon lange verlassenes Objekt. Schimmel an den Wänden. Farbe blättert von den Wänden. Die Möbel sind in einem miserablen Zustand. Die Eingangstür zu dem Apartment läßt sich nicht abschließen. Und so weiter. Also ein katastrophaler Zustand.

La cristalera d la entrada solo se cierra x dentro, por fuera no tiene cierre y queda abierta. Enchufes rotos, éramos tres y falto un edredón y hacía frio. Se avisó a la propiedad y todavía no han contestado. Me dieron el apartamento en un 4º piso sin ascensor.En resumen, el peor sitio en el que h estado desde hace 5 años. Un desastre, edificio antiguo y mal cuidado.

- Greg (5/5): - It was cheap. New bathroom. Heating/aircon available. We were staying in the top floor studio no.9. Our terrace on the top floor was to share with other 10 flats, so no privacy. Sofa in the living area was very dirty. It was November, so cold nights. Provided covers were not washed after previous guests, were full of hairs and stains. Provided safe didn't work. I sent two messages to the management to ask for clean duvets and safe keys but no one responded. Communication dropped after online check in. So very poor communication. In general, our studio looks better on photos than in real. Luckily we were only coming back to sleep there.
- Oskar (9/5): War Gut - Ein sehr schönes Haus. Außer Sand in der Dusche und bisschen Brotkrümel im Toaster war es eigentlich ganz sauber. Laage ist perfekt. Nicht zentral aber auch nur 8 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und den Tennisplatz grandios. Für den Preis von 399 Euro kann Mann da echt nicht Meckern. 10/10 für Junge Leute. Der Sicherheitsgrad ist sehr niedrig. Haupteingang steht den ganzen Tag offen. Das Schloss in der Tür war ein Witz. Die Terrassen Tür die auch die Ausgangstür ist lässt sich nicht schließen. Sehr einladend für Einbrecher.

Al alojamiento le faltan algunos detallitos, por ejemplo tener algún tendedero donde poder colgar toallas, escurre platos, y hubiese sido ideal tener acceso a una lavadora.

NO RESERVEN EN ESTE LUGAR - Llegamos y el piso estaba lleno de agua que venía de uno de los baños, el agua caliente no salía DIRECTAMENTE ABRÍAS EL GRIFO EN CALIENTE Y NO HABÍA AGUA, uno de los baños tenía el vidrio roto. No nos dieron una SOLUCIÓN ni nos devolvieron el dinero. Tuvimos que reservar, pagar otra vez e irnos a un hotel.

- Anna (5/5): Muy incómodo - La ubicación era muy buena y las camas bastante cómodas. No tenía secador ni productos de higiene personal como champú o gel de baño. El sofá estaba sucio y tenía manchas (no lo usamos). El único enchufe de la cocina en el que tenías que enchufar el microondas y la tostadora, estaba undido, por lo que tenías que hacer un montaje para que el ladrón se aguantase y poder usar así ambas cosas a la vez. Todo esto lo comenté mediante mensaje por booking y email y nunca recibí respuesta. Le faltaba un tirador a uno de los cajones de la cocina, la nevera estaba coja, por lo que tenías que abrirla y cerrarla con mucho cuidado para que no se te cayese encima. Había una luz en el comedor que no funcionaba. Nada que ver con las fotos, almenos el apartamento 9, en el cual habían adaptado una bohardilla para hacerla apartamento.

- Nicole (5/5): Nicht nochmal - Die Lage ist gut Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Keine Abstellmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Keine Klima im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Kein Service bei Problem im Apartment. Keine Erreichbarkeit der Verwaltung, weder telefonisch noch per e-mail.

- David (1/5): Lamentable - La ubicacion Apartamento deteriorado y sucio (basuras llenas de otros inquilinos , olor a basura en todo el apartamento , me pongo en contacto con la empresa y me piden fotos pero me ignoran) 0 solución por su parte optamos por limpiarlo nosotros y ponernos en contacto con booking. Booking muy amable y intentando mediar con ellos no llegan a un acuerdo y me hacen un reembolso de 29€ en crédito booking. Creo que no es una solución pero ellos no pueden hacer mas.

Schlechte Betten, im Bad kein Regal, kein Föhn, kein nix. Fenster waren verriegelt oder die auf waren, gingen nicht zu. Kaputte Couch und auf der Terrasse keinen Tisch und keine Polster auf den Sesseln.

En el apartamento 5, comuniqué que no teníamos el mando del aire acondicionado y no me contestaron. Antes de llegar consulté si había menaje de cocina y nunca me contestaron, me decían consulta cerrada y volvía a preguntar y nada. Por cierto no tenían ni una sartén ni tostadora, solo una olla. Añadir que la puerta de uno de los dos lavabos no da privacidad, deberéis taparla con alguna toalla o sabana. Los muebles de la terraza rotos, inservibles. No pudimos comer ni beber en la terraza, todos los sofás hundidos. Creo que le falta mantenimiento.

- Tomáš (9/5): Spacious apartment for a family vacation - Nice spacious apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms, a kitchenette with basic cooking equipment and a terrace with a nice view. Ideal for a family vacation. We were out of season and the price was very reasonable for everything on offer. There are minimal shortcomings, just minor ones. Loose toilet seat, empty soap, weak Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Recommended warmly for families! Someone could give a good clean and tidy up in the washroom! One step on the tiled stairs to the right is broken, dangerous for bare feet children. One set of vedding per person should be provided especially for families with small children.

- Arnau (10/5): It was an amazing stay. It is a clean apartment with all the facilities you need. - There was no breakfast included but you can find a lot of supermarkets near. Like 3-5 minutes walking. The location was so quiet, very respectful neighbours and the beach was so close. In our case we wanted to visit the surrounds of Alcudia and Pollença so it was quiet far from the apartment. But you can find incredible beaches around Cala Rajada.

Good wifi coverage. We were not met on arrival. Keys were left on the table and door unlocked, however we had to get in touch with host via phone in prior. The single A/C at the living room was incufficient to provide the necessary heat in a cold morning and night. Bathroom had a strong bad odour at times. Shower head holder was nearly falling down due to insufficient screws and poor fitting. There was no wall holder for shampoo, soap, toothbrosh, etc, so we had to leave them in the living room each time we used the toilet and bathroom. There was only a half toilet roll available for a family of three staying for 7 days?! Poor range of pillows, the ones we had were not very comfortable. TV had only german channels.

- Aljoša (9/5): Great place to spend your time on Mallorca - When we arrived our apartment wasn't ready yet and owner offered us a free apartment upgrade which was super nice of him. The nearby Cala Agulla beach was the best beach we saw on Mallorca, with some great places for snorkeling. The apartment area is relatively quiet, but if you fancy some night time music, great food or cocktails, everything is just 5-10 minutes of walking away. Cala Ratjada is full of great restaurants, bars and shops - if you are bored, there is always something to do just a short walk away. There is also a lot to explore on this part of Mallorca (old towns, caves, lighthouses, beaches,...) and it's super simple and not too expensive to rent a car. We had the greatest time on our vacations and wouldn't mind coming back at all. Beach is 5 minutes of walking away and can be a bit crowded and loud, but there is always a spot available.

- Manicek (7/5): If you just want to go the beach and then enjoy AC in your room then this is a good choice. - There is AC in both bedrooms and the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. The terrace is very nice. The location is very close to the beaches and there are shops and good restaurants nearby, including frozen yoghurt. We parked right in front of the place. The communication with the hosts was pretty slow and we did not really know which apartment is ours or how we get the keys moments before arrival. There was no shower gel nor shampoo. The fridge is pretty rusty and the inner light does not work. Overall I would not use the kitchen, but our stay was short so we just used the fridge.
