Goudi (7/5): Ideal stay for families, in a very convenient location. - It was in a very nice location and it was very spacy. Host was always available to answer our needs. There was luck of amenities (ie no slippers in place, empty hand soap pots etc). It could have been improved in some details to make the stay more pleasant.
Pansy (6/5): Excellent location but an uncaring host. - The location is excellent. Although the flat needs freshening up everything is clean. The lights in the guest room did not work and I had no reply when I pointed this out. The welcome and response. I was given the number of this person called Leonardo who never replied. We were granted by a kind gentleman called Gian Luca but the explanation and messages we sent were replied in a perfunctory manner. We asked for help with a later checkout and was met with silence from Leonardo and the address a place of storage. Check in was not till 16:00. Even with the arrival of the next guests, I believe he could have accommodated our request to leave the luggage in the flat or suggested a solution. This inflexibility and lack of willingness to help were quite surprising in a short time rental. If you want someone to hold your hand, this is not your flat but the location where an excellent and the flat is spacious.

Karen (7/5): Stylish, adequately equipped accommodation in an excellent location. - Excellent location, spacious accommodation, furnished and finished to a good standard with comfortable beds. Window blinds that don’t open, kettle and coffee machine share a single (difficult to access) plug socket, too few coat hangers/inadequate wardrobe facility in the second bedroom.
