• maria (3/5): No es lo que parece en las imágenes - La ubicacion Estaba muy sucio, las camas no verán nada cómodas. El lavavajillas no funciona, la lavadora estaba llena de agua sucia y no funcionaba. Las persianas no cerraban y dormíamos con luz muy temprano por la mañana.

Mimo kilku minusów, wróciłabym tutaj :) - Wspaniała lokalizacja, widoki z okien, bardzo ładne mieszkanie, było tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, bardzo duża przestrzeń. Idealne miejsce na pobyt większej grupy. Nie było ciepłej wody, łazienki wymagają remontu, obsługa powinna przykładać większą uwagę do sprzątania.

• Lois (3/5): Location is amazing! - The location is fabulous offering easy access to historic sights and restaurants and shopping all nearby. We arrived at 4:30 after requesting an earlier check in which was not possible. We were offered a clean bedroom and bathroom to store our luggage in and did get a bedroom but no clean bathroom. I believe the previous guests hadn’t used one and it was clean and we put our belongings there. At 4:30 when we did arrive the cleaners were still there and didn’t finish until 5:30. All 11 of us, including three toddlers, were asked to wait in the kitchen so the floors could dry. Throughout our stay we had no hot water other than one shower when we first arrived and one at 6:00 a.m. on the last morning. The water pressure is less than expected even in a top floor apartment in an old building. There are no amenities at all. Other than toilet paper bring everything you need…soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissue, napkins, paper towels in the kitchen…there will be empty soap containers. The towels are few and not great. There were two pillows per bed and extra pillows in a closet but no pillow cases. We got two cribs delivered but one was broken and not usable. The apartment itself is spacious and lovely and we when it was loved and cared for must have been absolutely delightful. Those days are past, unfortunately. The owners are very responsive but I got the sense that they are not often in the apartment to see how it currently is being kept.
• Phillip (8/5): A great location with lots of rooms and beds but the bathrooms were bad. - Great space for our extended family of 9. A room for couples and young adults. The elevator was great. This was close to many sights and we walked everywhere except we took a taxi to the Vatican. Even my father who used a cane walked to several sights. Rate this a 1 (poor). The bathrooms need work. They were dirty. The water pressure was low at night. With so many guests hot water ran out by the 4th guest. Consider a tankless heater.
• Gustavo (7/5): Location and views - We only stayed 1 night, and location was a 10. The views were priceless. Apartment was extremely spacious and could accommodate all 17 of us comfortably. Communication with Lea was easy too, and they let us drop our luggage ahead of time, which we appreciated. However, it didn't feel clean (even tho the cleaning company was there before check in) it was extremely dusty and the AC did not work properly. We didn't complain bc it was only for 1 night (before our cruise), but for the price we paid, I would've expected better. Apartment has so much potential tho!

The apartment was really dirty, even the garbage from the previous reservation was left inside. There wasn’t any trash bags. A member of the staff came inside with their keys without any notice while we were inside the apartment which is unacceptable.

Usually struggle with seating areas but this was very good The furnishings weren’t up to standard. Taps lose, hot water barely reached the back bathroom and dishwasher didn’t work.

The building has a small elevator which was very helpful for getting our luggage to the top. I have already recommended this property to other friends and family as the perfect place to stay in Rome!

• Yehuda (1/5): HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY!!!!!!! - Host was incredibly rude - SCREAMED at us over a simple miscommunication that was her fault, which led to massive difficulties for us. Instead of trying to work with us, she just kept screaming and not listening. We have never experienced such rudeness in all of our many travels. The bed was broken and we FELL IN when we sat on it. We needed the bed and someone had to sleep on a completely broken-down bed. The kitchen window frame was on the floor when we came in, with exposed sharp nails sticking out that someone could step on and wood splinters. Very dangerous! Toilet seat was broken. Elevator was very difficult to get bags in and out of because of the double doors, slow + hot. AC turned 'on' but you couldn't feel it - the apartment was hot and sticky. All in all a horrible stay - both host and accommodation. Should not be in this business!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

• Lynn (3/5): Good locationa and large space, BUT in need of updating, repairs and cleaning. Would not recommend. - The location was within walking distance to main attractions and about a 1/2 hour walk to Trastavere. Very spacious living room with large dining table for gathering. In need of updating, repairs and cleaning. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher and drawer! Blinds in one of the bathrooms are broken, causing lack of privacy so we hung a blanket (This issue was reported in much older reviews and I gave the benefit of the doubt that this would have been addressed by now, but not the case. Hence, constructive feedback is ignored). Faucet fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms are loose. The place was very cold upon arrival. It took a while to bring temperature to comfortable level. NO tvs worked, as all the remotes were missing batteries. After booking, I had questions and it took a while to hear back from the host. I messaged her directly on her 3rd party website and she finally responded. She advised that contacting on WhatsApp was the best way to communicate. After that, communication and response time was good.

• Chris (10/5): If this apartment is available, book it!!! You will not regret it! - This apartment is AMAZING! From the moment we booked it they were in contact with us. They arranged a driver to pick up the family for 3 separate flights!! Also, there is a lift!!!! There was eight in our group, having 6 bedrooms meant no one had to share! The views from the apartment are fabulous ❤️our favorite feature was the oversized living room! It has four couches so everyone can spread out and be together! The three bathrooms were all spacious, the kitchen had a table to sit all 8 of us but there is also a dining table in the huge living room area! The location was perfect! We walked to the colosseum, the pantheon and the Trevi fountain. If you don’t wish to walk, there is a bus stop right down the street! Out of the three apartments we stayed, this one is our favorite and we would definitely visit again!!! We loved everything!!!

Sometimes it could take several minutes to get into the apartment because the locks are so old and very difficult to access. We would leave worried we may not be able to get back in. Also, having some water in the fridge would be nice.

There was an elevator that was available to use which was nice. The unit also was very comfortable with plenty of seats for everybody that we traveled with. Nothing. Beautiful home

• David (10/5): First time in Rome and a very great stay and location. Loved it! - beautiful property and very centered to everything. Minor detail about the room closest the street was very noisy because pub was next door that closes at 4:00am but tolerable.
• Vanessa (5/5): Brilliant space. Needs some attention to fixtures and appliances. Not sure I trust the owners. - Location very central. Slightly noisy at The Nags Head opposite but didn't bother us. Apartment huge and comfy with high ceilings and beautiful polished floors. We were a group of 10 having our wedding in Rome and various family members could have their own room and we would congregate for breakfast in the lounge or kitchen which was lovely. The views were fabulous from all the windows. You can see St Peters from one and the Wedding Cake from another. One bedroom has a tiny terrace and you can sit overlooking the rooftops of Rome. The lift was reliable if a little scary. Three bathrooms so two bedrooms would share each bathroom which was fabulous. Two sets of keys and a lock box so we could easily gain access whenever needed. You can catch a taxi outside on the main road. Five minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Nice cafes on opposite side of the road. Could have done with another few bath towels but we took a couple with us so that was good. Two irons - one worked,one didn't. No ironing board. Great hairdryers - three of them. Lots of wardrobe space. Lots of coathangers. Lots of spare pillows. Toaster only had 2 slices which is rubbish for apt for 18 people and every time we used it it blew the electricity because there was a bare wire. I wasn't going to write a review, as our circumstances seemed unusual but something happened as we were leaving the property that prompted me to write a review. We booked the property for our family to stay in during our wedding in Rome, back in February, when prices were lower due to COVID. We loved the property and had a weekend trip out to Rome to figure out where the property was located etc. However, less than a week before we flew on 23 October, we were contacted by the property who told us they didn't have a licence for the property & we couldn't go and would have to find something else but were also told that wouldn't be a problem as Rome is a bit city! Rome is a bit city but not when you're looking for accommodation for 10 people in six separate bedrooms with a kitchen & separate living area! We were also told that we hadn't paid enough for the accommodation and it was too cheap. This set alarm bells ringing and I wondered if they were being truthful about not having a current accommodation licence or if it was truly about money. So, I offered to pay considerably more to see what the response was. The response was yes, you can stay there. They said it was worth getting fined 5000 euros if we paid 7000 and they would allow us to stay because of our unusual wedding situation even though the property should be closed. This discussion with the accommodation owners and booking.com was extremely stressful and took 72 hours and approximately 10 hrs overall on the phone trying to sort out. I was unhappy at feeling blackmailed but ultimately, we had our property to stay in and we were excited. What annoyed me most, was as we left, another family moved in which just made me realise they were talking rubbish & just wanted more money out of us. An extra 2500 euros on top of 4500 euros already agreed in February. I think this is underhand & a dreadful way to conduct your business.
• Kara (6/5): Spacious, location excellent but bad facilities - - location excellent - clean facilities but needs updating - very spacious apartment. Fitted 11 people comfortably although bathroom facilities extremely poor. - reasonable price for what you get but don't expect amazing facilities. -We were given 1 set of keys between 11 people even though i was told i would receive 3 sets (the front door key of second set was broken). Communication was extremely poor & I was told they would leave another set in a safety deposit box which they did not do. -The main bathroom window (blue bathroom) had no curtain so we could not use the toilet or shower as there was a restaurant looking down into the bathroom and there were other people's apartments that could see in. This was hugely disappointing and is a very basic requirement. It does not cost much to put a blind up. - The curtains/blinds in another bedroom did not close either so no comfort was had for this couple. - 1 bed was broken under neath & had big duvets stuffed under the bed base to keep it up. This did not work & caused a big dip in the middle of the bed. Extremely uncomfortable for 3 nights sleep for another couple. - Payment for this apartment was confusing as the link they first sent me did not work and they they wanted cash. I eventually paid through another payment system but the money did not come out via the booking.com system like it does with every other place i have booked.
• Geri (10/5): Amazing Penthouse, views, and location. - Location is amazing. Close to public transportation and very friendly to walk. It easily accommodated all 14 of us. Not a thing. Absolutely perfect and owner very responsive.
