• Daniela (7/5): Muy buena ubicación - Me gustó que está super cerca a la estación tiburtina, que es igual a las fotos y estaba limpio. Además, la flexibilidad de dejar las maletas antes del check in. Hay supermercado cerca y tiendas. No tiene agua caliente, y hay que esperar demasiado para que salga agua tibia en la ducha. No funciona la lavadora y los vecinos a veces son demasiado ruidosos en las noches y madrugada.

• Luis (9/5): - Apartamento muy amplio, con capacidad para cinco personas. Situado cerca de la estación de Tiburtina y muy cerca de numerosas paradas de autobús para ir al centro. Cerca del apartamento hay supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes,... La atención de la dueña magnífica. Llegamos muy tarde y nos estaba esperando para entregarnos la llave. También solucionó pronto un pequeño problema. La cocina es grande pero echamos de menos un microondas.

• Giorgia (10/5): Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno romano. - Appartamento pulito. Comunicazione ottima. 15 minuti dalla stazione tiburtina e 3 minuti agli autobus. Comodissima. Condizionatori in ogni stanza. Camere molto grandi, una anche con il terrazzo. Scarico da aggiustare, sedia rotta in sala da pranzo. Ci vuole un po' di manutenzione ordinaria perché sia perfetta.La gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria compensano ampiamente i piccoli inconvenienti. Peraltro si è subito attivata per venirci a cambiare il soffione della doccia appena lo abbiamo segnalato.

• Michele (6/5): Ottimo per visitare Roma,ma ci vuole manutenzione!! - Della struttura mi è piaciuta la posizione ai servizi principali e la vicinanza di 1km alla stazione dei treni/Metro. L’appartamento necessita di un controllo e manutenzione,non troppo curato,il bagno 🛀il punto dolente come avvertito da un biglietto sulla tavola. I servizi igienici scaricano lentamente con difficoltà a far andare via tutto… la doccia non eroga bene l’acqua ..le tapparelle si chiudono in diagonale,le lampadine dove si mangia funzionano ma la luce è in penombra,e alcune non vanno…il letto 🛌 è sfondato nella parte destra e quando dormi sprofondi,come una sedia della sala..
• DonPhil1 (5/5): Gute Lage und Klimaanlage aber leider viele Mängel. - Der Check-In verlief mehr oder weniger problemlos, man musste den Schlüssel in einer Wäscherei vor dem Haus abholen und dort auch die Kurtaxe Bar bezahlen. Der Host selbst, war nur via WhatsApp bzw. Telefon erreichbar, hat aber sehr gut mit uns kommuniziert und so weit hat auch alles geklappt. Auch der Check-Out verlief problemlos. Das Apartment selbst ist ausreichend groß (definitiv aber keine 97m²) und auch die 3 Klimaanalagen in jedem Zimmer haben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage war auch in Ordnung, es gibt direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle und auch zur nächstgrößeren Bahnstation (Tirbutina) ist man zu Fuß schnell gelaufen und von dort aus mit der Metro gleich im Zentrum von Rom. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten stehen vor der Unterkunft und in der Umgebung viele zur Verfügung, allerdings mussten wir auch erstmal ein bisschen suchen, da viele Parkplätze belegt waren. Abgesehen davon hat man einige Restaurants in der Nähe und auf der Rückseite des Blocks einen Supermarkt der ca. 5min Gehminuten entfernt ist. Leider ist die Unterkunft im Allgemeinen sehr Verbesserungswürdig und hat ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich. Angefangen von der defekten Toilettenspülung, die man bei jedem Spülvorgang erneut zerlegen muss, hier lag auch ein Hinweis auf dem Tisch, dass diese defekt ist und man nur ganz leicht drücken darf, aber selbst leichtes Drücken hat nichts gebracht, da der Spülvorgang dann zu schwach war und trotzdem das Wasser nicht gestoppt hatte, so eine Spülung gibt es für ein paar Euro bei Amazon, das hätte den Gästen viel Ärger erspart. Weiter ging es dann im Bad mit der defekten bzw. undichten Duschbrause, dann die Stühle am Esstisch, diese haben ebenfalls ihre besten Tage hinter sich, hier löst sich schon das Kunstleder vom Bezug und ein Stuhl war auch durchgebrochen, auch die Schlafcouch könnte mal erneuert werden. Des Weiteren war auch die Deckenleuchte über dem Esstisch defekt. Weiter geht es dann in die Küche, diese war leider nicht sehr sauber, zudem ist hat sich auch immer wieder die Sockelleiste gelöst und ist mit einem lauten Knall auf den Boden umgefallen. Der Kühlschrank war auch nicht sonderlich sauber und im Gefrierfach war alles total vereist und ein Fach mit dem Hinweis versehen, dass man dieses nicht öffnen soll. Jetzt kommen wir noch zu einem sehr gefährlichen Mangel, die Steckdosen in der Küche bei der Arbeitsplatte sind nicht fest und lösen sich beim ziehen vom Stecker aus der Wand. Auch die Betten waren nicht sonderlich bequem und schon durchgelegen. Für 1-2 Nächte ok, wir würden nicht wieder kommen.... Schade, vieles hätte man mit wenigen Euro reparieren können und würde dann keine so schlechte Bewertung kassieren!

• Cătălin (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was alright during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, just as expected. It's located about a 10-minute walk from both the Tiburtina train station and the metro, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. A good option for a short stay near public transport.
• Alexandru (10/5): Great place, great value. - Everything. Place is super clean, which is always a good sign. There is also AC in each room, and a nice pizza place downstairs. Being very close to a major train/metro/bus station, you can go very quick everywhere. Maybe some of the furniture needs a touch up and the windows don’t isolate the sound very good but for us it wasn’t an issue.
