• Helin (9/5): It was lovely - Clean and spacious, it’s location was lovely. Would’ve been nice to have some more utensils in the kitchen and at least salt, pepper and some sugar.

• Karen (10/5): A great holiday in a fabulous apartment. - The terrace, it was fabulous. The apartment was in a great location, was very clean, comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. The only minor issue was the lack of basics such as salt, oil, and a few more rolls of toilet paper would be good.
• Joan (8/5): Electrical sockets - Would be useful if there were some more sockets in the kitchen( to use kettle/ microwave/ toaster/ coffee machine.
• Ayesa (9/5): Agradable jardín para disfrutar la estancia en Puerto del Carmen - Jardín amplio con varias zonas para poder incluso comer o cenar fuera. Espacio interior amplio. Decoración cuidada. Aparcamiento cercano. Ubicación cerca del SPAR, tiendas, bares con buen ambiente. La nevera no enfriaba como debía… al principio pensábamos que era porque llevaba poco tiempo encendida pero no llegó a enfriar bien en toda la semana. Una de las camas tenía las sábanas muy arrugadas al llegar, daba la impresión de que hubiera sido usada. La presión del agua al principio también era baja y al ser 4 se acababa el agua caliente cuando nos duchábamos todos. Echamos en falta algún producto para limpiar la mesa de cristal de la cocina.

• Pilar (9/5): - El piso es muy amplio y tiene un gran patio con mesas, sillas y sofás, lo que es genial para descansar. El piso está justo al lado de la bomba de agua de los apartamentos, por lo que si los vecinos usan el agua por la noche, se oye mientras duermes, no obstante, eso los dueños poco pueden hacer… además si bien los propietarios estaban pendientes de nuestros mensajes, la comunicación se limitó al teléfono…
• Jakub (3/5): Fridge not functional, uncomfortable beds and nosy neighbor but well located - The apartment was located really well, only a 5 minute walk down to the main strip. The apartment had a washing machine and a bbq. The fridge did not work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable with really uncomfortable pillows too. Apartment has no air conditioning which we knew before booking but it was too hot in August- The combination of warm water because of faulty fridge and no air con was very uncomfortable. There was an extremely nosy neighbor living upstairs, she was constantly looking over us when we were arriving / leaving the apartment and when we were sitting at the front on the deck chairs.
• Angel Roman (8/5): Vacaciones de verano - Espacioso, terraza, barbacoa, en general muy completo, incluso había gel y acondicionador. Yo no diría no gustar pero si a mejorar. Un colchón un poco más cómodo, La presión del agua falló pero rápidamente fueron a verlo y yo tendría una tabla de cortar en la cocina.

• Lucie (6/5): Pleasant - The house and garden is great. Location is perfect. I made reservation for 2 adults and 4 kids, And there were prepared beds for 4 people and baby. So one was without blanket etc. So it was cold in the night. One window was broken, not possible to close.
• Louise (8/5): Clean and tidy and good location - The apartment was very clean and spacious and in a fairly good location and I had good communication with the staff. The ground floor apartment was surrounded by residential properties but I felt it was in a safe area and very close to a Spar shop. I did book this apartment for the outside area which was huge, but it was all overlooked by other properties and the sun went behind buildings about 4ish in December when we visited. No privacy what so ever on the terrace area

• Mary (9/5): Lovely stay and looking forward to returning! - The property was lovely, comfortable and very clean. There was a huge terrace/ garden all round with outdoor tables and chairs, separate covered sitting area and two sun loungers. Only minor issues which could easily be remedied and didn’t present a big problem for us. As others have said some extra supplies such as a second set of towels, a couple of extra bin bags, some washing machine pods would be very useful.

• Lady (10/5): Amazing accommodation - This accommodation was amazing, very spacious inside , clean nice and bright decor. Fully fitted kitchen all appliances. Washing machine available Beds comfy, shutters on windows to blackout room at night. Outside was 2 sun loungers, a seating area , table & chairs around the back of the property. Quite little street . Spar supermarket 2 minute walk , has everything close to the strip ,restaurants and beach a few minutes walk. No major hill so ideal for those with mobility issue's . Hosts were available when needed. Nothing we didn't like . Could of done with a full length mirror, but I think that's what all women like. Extra towels and bedding in cupboards would of been ideal without asking for them . Extra pillows as we all need them .

The beds were very comfortable & we loved the outdoor table & chairs area & sunloungers where we got plenty of sunshine! There was also disney plus channels etc for the children which was great for when they just wanted to chill inside for awhile! 10/10 stay I couldn't fault a thing! We will definitely be returning as we try to get to puerto del carmen at least twice a year! We loved everything.

• Tracey (10/5): Brilliant - Everything was great no complaints spar just a short walk away. The strip was about a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. I really can't think of anything apart from there was no toaster. Not a major problem used the sandwich maker instead.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Nice garden - Nice garden area, quite location but close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Only 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for a week, no bin bags and one set of towels. Small things could be improved in the kitchen like better knives and more pans, salt ans pepper etc.
