• Viktorija (10/5): Wonderful place! Perfect location and very friendly welcoming hosts 🩷 - The apartment is very nice, stylish, with good vibe. Location is perfect, few steps to the beach, very close to the Main Street. Cool brunch place just outside. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need, WiFi works great, daily wet cleaning. Hosts are super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Big thanks for tips and coffee maker 😊. Three neighbours dogs are simply adorable, especially Tchuni 🩷 -

• Tamara (10/5): Un bel appartement, proche mais loin du tumulte de Santa Maria, qui offre une retraite paisible - Un joli appartement de vacances avec un superbe patio extérieur, très agréable et bien aménagé. On a particulièrement aimé la douche extérieur pour le retour de plage. Jolie couleur terracotta et déco soignée. Propriétaire très sympathique et ménage fait quotidiennement. Super emplacement proche de la plage, dans un quartier calme de Santa Maria. Aucun bruit durant la nuit (ce qui est assez rare au Cap-Vert), nuits paisibles. Proche de toutes les commodités. Chats de compagnie. - Logement (dont salle de bain) un peu humide - Il manque un ventilateur dans la chambre, la climatisation étant dans le séjour/cuisine, nous avons eu chaud durant la nuit - Frigo assez bruyant et à réviser (bouton cassé)

• Megumi (6/5): Pleasant - Wifi worked well. Good comfortable bed. Had enough hot water. The owner responded to our messages quickly. Small things needs fixing: - The lock of the door to the patio is broken. One morning we found dog pee(?) in the patio. The liquid was also on the concrete bench, from where the liquid leaked to the bedroom through the air conditioning grill. - The fridge door rubber is broken. It doesnt close properly. The compressor doesnt work as it should, so the fridge doesnt cool properly. - There are some outside lighting but none of them works. After dark we needed phone's light to open the door. - The sun chairs are old and unusable. They should be changed to new ones. We asked for more toilet paper and was told that they were supplied only on the first day. With what the apartment costs, they should be provided. We bought own toilet paper. One day we came back to the apartment the toilet floor was flooded with waste water. The owner said there was the sewer pipe problem. She sent cleaning lady but it smelled bad for a few days. Lots of cats, with or without owners. They come to the patio. We dont want them on the table where we eat breakfast. We shooed them away as they tried to come inside the apartment. Aircon leaked condensed water. The owner called the maintanance so this was fixed quickly. The aircon keeps strange noise. The small path from the road to the apartment was soiled with dog poo. For a couple of days we tried not to step on it.
• Daniel (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, close to the beach (1 Min to Leme, 5 Min to Mainbeach), just next to cape fruits for breakfast. Super caretaker, definitely recommended! for my needs everything was fine
• Agnieszka (10/5): My favourite place in Sal! Beautiful apartment 😍 - The location is simply perfect, you can hear and see the ocean, 5 min to the main road with restaurants. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped, also there’s a big terrace just for yourself to sit, eat, rest, dry your things. That was very important as I needed some space to dry kitesurfing equipment. Also you can wash your clothes and let them dry in the sun. The bathroom is super comfortable and water pressure great. Wi fi works great, that’s not so simple in Sal and my friends in other places had problems, I always had good connection to video calls or work. There’s cleaning also so everything looks fresh all the time, coffee maker makes my life simply adorable and I miss being there already. Totally I’ll be back, thank you Sara for great hospitality and great communication. The people there are great, I had great time!
