• Johanna (4/5): - Close to tram and train stations. Cheap. Shower had mould. Lint filter in dryer chock full of lint. Sock and rubbish under bed. Bed was hard. Shower head leaking everywhere. Tiny TV stopped working, tried to contact reception, no answer so left a message, no response. Not enough coffee or milk.

• Georgia (1/5): Terrible. Would never stay here again. - I liked nothing about this property. 1. The room was disgusting and not cleaned properly at all. The shower was so badly mouldy and stained it would be a health concern, there was dust so thick on the floor around the bedside tables and corners you couldnt even see the carpet, there was rubbish behind the bedside tables, food crumbs left on the carpet (I dont think it had even been vacuumed), stains on the couch and carpet, dirty marks on the bedside tables and inside the cupboard, handprints on the mirror, marks on the wall, not a clean toilet, and many many more. 2. The wifi did not work - firstly there was no welcome letter in my room when I arrived with the wifi or any other details. Seeing as my phone could not get service within the room I had no form of contact with anyone as the accomodation reception was closed and I had not been provided the wifi details. The next day I went to reception to ask for the wifi details. Which when I eventually connected too did not work at all and I had no better connection to anything than I did without it. Which was nothing unless I literally held my phone out the window. So I paid for wifi that didnt exist. 3.The toilet flush button was so difficult to press down I had to use both hands and hold it using all my force. I cant imagine anyone with less ability would have been able to. No wonder the bathroom smelt. 4.The whole apartment smelt musty and damp. Probably due to the lack of cleaning and poor ventilation. I kept the doors open the whole time and this barely helped. Could not feel the air conditioner when switched on. It was clear the bare minimum was done to these rooms when doing turn over between guests. There was no mattress protector on the bed just a non-fitted sheet which was coming untucked as the base sheet and another top sheet and two flat pillows. Thats absolutely no comfort whatsoever especially for the price paid. 6.There was a tear in the fly screen big enough for someone to stick their hand through and unlock the door.

• Julie (8/5): - The rooms were very clean and spacious. Extremely quiet and close to everything. Not being able to speak to someone if there were any issues. I realise it was before the hours of 9am but I needed to extend my stay and then after I booked another night I got back to the room and my card wouldn't work to get into my room. The manager just happened to come out of the lift and organised a new key card.
• Suzie (10/5): Loved loved loved it - It is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed value for money o loved it and the staff member I spoke to gave me a late check out because it was raining I will definitely be recommending it and as my daughter lives nearby be def staying there every time it was perfect so nice and quiet so clean Everything !!!!

• Babette (2/5): Terrible!!!! - I didn't have breakfast TV didn't work I got batteries of the management, and it was not that so I I could not turn TV of for 5 days or change channels, so annoying. The shower was broken and i had to stand in boiling water because both the shower and bath tap were running its broken. Only 2 flat pillows on my bed very annoying not comfortable at all

• Lucille (10/5): I could not have been happier with my choice. - The location is excellent if you are needing to be near Epworth Hospital. Room had great size and facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Wifi connection was rather weak.
• Simone Lee (9/5): Friendly staff, good location, comfortable room - Washer-dryer combo in the apartment was very convenient. Spacious and comfortable. Stovetop didn't seem to be working, but I was able to heat up my meal in the microwave instead.
• Mark (8/5): Clean. comfortable and quiet........a great place to stay - ....the text was very clear and accurate with needed information. Having a washing machine in the unit was terrific. My only suggestion is that there needs to be scouter provided to clean dishes and cups. I went and bought one at Coles, but understood the next tenant would not be keen on a used scourer. I ran out of t-bags .....perhaps a few more next time.

• Shaun (1/5): Do not stay here. Mould infested, unclean and disgusting. - Absolutely disgusting! Filthy, mould, smelly, staff are non existent. Staff never available, do not answer the phone. Rooms extremely unclean and unhygienic. There is absolutely zero to like about this property.

• Kathy (7/5): The venue was convenient for my needs with being close to the hospital however it failed in numerous ways. - The property was near the hospital my husband was attending. The linens were beautifully crisp and clean. I booked an apartment which in the viewing showed a walk in shower. The room given had the shower in the bath. As my husband was having a knee replacement he could not use the shower. Even I felt unsafe with no rails or shower mat. Another reason for booking the apartment was so that I could cook myself meals…there was 1 stainless steel bowl and 2 glass saucepan lids, no saucepan no frying pan and the plates were cracked ( like black lines through them) I did not voice this with the reception. The gentleman was pleasant enough but he was just a guy sitting in a room with a hoody, shorts and thongs.
• Steve (4/5): Cheap but dirty - It was quiet and well located. The shower spray was fantastic. The room was tired and shower and bathroom was mouldy and very unclean. The furniture was chipped and needs replacing. The windows were dirty.
• Ron (5/5): Average - Location & price Step in showers are difficult to access with impairment and for older people. Booked and prepaid for a city view room but was allocated a rear room.
• Trish (2/5): Basil would have been proud. - Location is excellent for our needs We had difficulty being able to drop our bags as no one was at reception. No t towels or face cloths, spare pillows did not have pillowcases, one very large pot and very little steamer made cooking impossible. Very dirty oven dish and no ability to clean it, food scraps in dishwasher to mention some of the issues with this apartment.

• Hiroaki (9/5): 非常に良い - ともかく部屋の設備がすごい！ まず広い！台所も冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、電気湯沸かし器ほか食器も含め一般家庭と同じ。そして湯船と洗濯機と乾燥機、旅行でたまった洗濯が一挙に解決(洗剤付き) 1:ネットでの道案内が不備(googleの案内も含む) トラムではなく、鉄道にの身寄り駅がイースト・リッチモンド駅となっているが、実はウエスト・リッチモンド駅が数倍近い。 スタッフがオフィースにいない事が多く、電話で呼び出す事になっているのだが、英語が得意でないひとにとっては無理。メールを送ってもすぐの返事は来ないので緊急の時は困る

• Carole (6/5): The location was convenient, comfortable bed. - The hotel was asthetically pleasing. The gentleman receptionist was friendly and very helpful once he arrived. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was disgustingly filthy. Orange mould was visible in the shower and black mould on the grout and tiles in the shower. Please ask the manager to instruct the cleaners on how to clean! I am not a toff, & would have cleaned the shower myself if cleaning products & equipment was available. I was unsure whether to use the shower or not. I started to rub the mould and it came of easily - no excuse for filth.

The TV did not work, the dishes / glasses were no clean and there was no dishwashing liquid to use to wash anything. The bed was okay but overall nothing great and a lot to improve

• Marcus (7/5): - the accommodation was very close to the Epworth hospital where we had 2 appointments. the area was a lovely spot to walk around and we found lovely places to eat. The accommodation was very quiet the shower area was unsuitable for my husband to use after his treatment as he was unable to get into the shower which was over a very high bath & there were no rails to assist getting out. But the main concern I have with the accommodation was the cleanliness of the mattress, which I noticed when I stripped the bed when we were leaving , it was disgusting - stained ++++
• Matt (6/5): Value for money, if the unit was cleaner, it would have been excellent all over. - The price for its location was great. Closeness to trams was also good. Low noise levels made it easy to sleep. Cleanliness was my major negative, there were several cigarette butts on the veranda, the shower grout was moldy, and the bedroom shelves needed wiping down before we used them. Secondly the carpet is worn out in places.

• Roxanne (3/5): The reception has a bizarre set up, you almost question is this place legit... - The location was perfect. The house keeping staff were very friendly which i appreciated. And the manager appeared to be friendly and helpful...though there were some gaps that quickly became obvious during the stay... The rooms and building is tired and needs some love put into it. This is not a reflection on the staff as i assume their hands are tied with the cleaning products and time, they are allowed to complete their job, and it needs trades to come and repaint. Even the furniture is looking dated and worn. The toilet was pretty gross too. I had to ask for the wifi which i eventually got, but when i joined it told me there was no wifi. The building is tired and needs a lot of maintenance. The housekeeping staff were friendly which i appreciated. However, the room and standard was far from clean. The bed in the first room was broken, missing two of the center feet which meant the bed squeaked very loudly with every single movement. not to mention that it then bowed in the center. When i contacted the reception to have this fixed , i didn't get a response straight away and so had to sleep on this bed for several nights. Considering that my husband was there for a back surgery a bad bed was not ideal. The dishwasher needed maintenance. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The room was dusty and i could tell that no deep clean had been carried out in the rooms for some time. There was a lot of dirt and dust and hair around the corners of the skirtings in the rooms as well as in the bathroom, where there was lots of short dark hairs as if someone had given themselves s a haircut and it had collected with dust. The walls had lots of marks on them and could of done with a decent wipe down. The room servicing was inconsistent considering we were there for 3.5 weeks. Some days they would come and change the towels then occasionally you got what was called a full clean, which was definitely not a full clean. I went and bough some cleaning products to do some cleaning myself. The mold in the shower was next level and reflects that it has not been cleaned properly for quite some time. Even in the corridors to the room from the lift, these are not even cleaned properly. With the foot traffic those floors should be being vacuumed daily, yet they clearly aren't as there was a constant flow of pieces of rubbish on the floor. Such as paper, tissues, butter packets, and normal dirt. There was even a paperclip which was on the floor for the entire 3.

El lugar era cómodo en general La limpieza del dormitorio y baño estuvo bien, pero lo que respecta a la cocina ni hablar. Los utensilios estaban sucios, los platos estaban sucios, el refrigerador estaba sucio. Incluso encontré un sobre de detergente de ropa abierto entremedio de los platos de la cocina. El lugar en general no luce mal, pero estos detalles le quitan el encanto.
• Geoffrey (4/5): would only stay if a lot cheaper , and we couldnt find anything else. - LOCATION , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,reasonable room , so so facilities , had to ask for extra breakfast bowl COST ........Cleanliness , was vacuumed once during stay , after asking for service, had to ask twice to have garbage collected, had to ask for towels to be changed , 1/2 the time we called into reception , door Locked , had to go back a couple of times . small things , if you have a small kitchenette , should expect to have a sharp knife , a decent non stick pan (scratched so bad couldnt (wouldnt use) dinner plate had an old crack.... overall OVERPRICED !!!!
• Kerri (5/5): The manager Fey did his best for us & we appreciate that but proper cleaning is essential & this place could be - Our first night wasn’t great. First noticed grubby mirror, layers of dust on bench tops, glasses in cupboard not washed, ashtray full of butts on balcony table. The air con kept us awake. The bed wasn’t comfortable and everything felt unclean except clean bed linen & towels seemed to be all that had been done. I complained & wanted a refund for second night but was told they needed 24 hour notice and was upgraded to a much better room that I was told had been deep cleaned. Apart from a used Q tip/cotton bud wedged near bedroom door, hair in drain in bathroom sink, large dirty footprint on wall in lounge room, what looked like empty condom wrapper next to bedroom side table this room was so much better, their idea of deep cleaning though left much to be desired. The manager did his best for us but cleaning is essential & this place could be so much better.

• Ron (7/5): Well equipped apartment in a great location for supporting medical visit to the area. - Close to Bridge Road but also very quiet. Close to Epworth Richmond Hospital and to West Richmond train station. Trams on Bridge Road also handy. Access to city, football, shopping or eateries all close by and easy. Supermarket not far away. Kitchen is well equipped, laundry so helpful, oven clean. You can access fresh air by opening window. Building felt secure. Shower over bath may challenge some.
