- Colin (10/5): Great stay - Lovely, clean and well suited to our needs
- Gareth (9/5): Would definitely stay again. - Good location and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
- Thiele (8/5): Good location close to public transport. Quiet, comfortable accommodation. -
- Philippa (7/5): Good place to stay if you want to be close to Clapham Junction - Location was great and suited our needs. Regarding the property the bathroom was great and the entire property was a good size for London and tastefully decorated. Perfectly good for a couple, for a few nights stay. Many of the cupboards were locked, such as the main cupboard in the bedroom, not that this was a major issue. There were no welcome touches - no sugar, coffee etc other than what other guests might have left behind. The freezer compartment in the fridge was so iced over it was impossible to store anything in it, so needs defrosting. Also there was no bath mat so had to use the hand towel as a substitute. The bed was extremely soft, so for us rather uncomfortable. Finally as so many other people mentioned it was noisy from the neighbours walking above, which is common in old Victorian flat conversions.
- Julliet (8/5): Overall Great Stay, easily commutable and free parking over the weekend! - The property was spacious and very close to bus routes and train stations.
Loved that the bathroom is a stunning size! There was no sugars in the sugar tin! We couldn’t make more than one a cup of tea, was expecting these to be readily available!
- Debra (8/5): Good - Good location, clean and comfortable.
Useful information in file. Noise from upstairs flat. It sounded like there was a herd of elephants marching around at all hours.
- Fiona (6/5): Check there are no building works going on. - Location There were building works going on. Banging, drilling, etc starting at around 7am on Saturday. There was scaffolding up around the building. It is also very noisy from very early in the morning with planes flying over. Can’t have the windows open.
Place was clean & comfortable but should have been warned about building work so not a relaxing stay.
- Susanne (8/5): Best location for visiting family and easy for transport. - Location , location, having kitchen facilities and washing facilities. Being situated on essentially the ground floor. A clean bright unit. The bathroom facility, drain in the shower needed attention. Plus the soap dispenser had fallen off and had emptied in the floor of the shower . Would have liked better towels as there for a few days . ( only minor details)
- John (9/5): All good, thanks - Lovely apartment Nothing, suited us fine
- Michaela (10/5): Lovely place to stay at - Such a perfect place to stay, when you prefer apartments to hotels. Just ten minutes walk from train station, in a very calm location. The apartment itself is new with everything you need for your stay. It´s suitable for a couple, or two friends who don´t mind sleeping in one bed:-). You can hear every move of your neighbours above :-)
- James (5/5): Passable - This is a downstairs apartment. So the upstairs residents clomp around with abandon at all hours. It is also on a flight path. Far from all the sites also. So if you're looking for quiet, be warned.
- Noelle (8/5): So convenient ,very clean , Bed a bit uncomfortable but if you don't mind that good for a short stay - It was an apartment so the kitchen was good. The apartment was very clean .
Bathroom was basic but very clean The shower head was a bit blocked . the bed was too soft , not sure it was a real bed but a pull out .
- Emma (10/5): Perfect. - Perfect accommodation.
Easy to find, very easy to park on the street with plenty of spaces (we visited on a Friday to Sunday, but had zero issues)
For the price we were blown away. Easy location to Clapham Junction (10 mins walk)
- Suguru (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (6/5): Very nicely refurbished flat but it needs one deep clean and some new bed linen and towels. - Lovely little flat We enjoyed our stay at the flat. The property needs a deep clean. Touch points on doors and cupboard doors are tacky. Carpet in bedroom needs a good clean and around/under furniture and beside the walls/wardrobe is very dusty.
The bed linen and towels could be replaced. A natural fibre duvet would be better.
Neighbours upstairs created a lot of unintentional noise just going about their own lives.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Agne (10/5): Exceptional - The host, the location, the comfort.
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Audrey (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and well organised

- Sally (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, near transport, vibrant area, felt safe.
Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, had everything we needed.
- Jacinta (9/5): Comfortable, clean, quiet, good location. - Location was great. Very close to Clapham Junction and other bus routes. Really nicely appointed apartment. Close to the high Street but so quiet and peaceful. Only thing is that the towels and bedding could do with being replaced. Everything was clean, just those things seemed a little tired compared to the rest of the place.
- Dave (10/5): Perfect spot for working anywhere in Central London - A great apartment on a quiet street back from the main road, with lots of coffee shops and eateries close by, as well as Clapham Junction Station to get anywhere in London or the south coast easily. That I only had two nights there and didn't get to explore the local area much.
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy access to Clapham Junction, and a lively local area and high street. Nothing
- Julie (9/5): Lovely apartment walking distance to Clapham Junction station - Location very good. Easy access to public transport. Beautiful cosy renovated apartment. The bed was a little soft for me.
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoffrey (10/5): Nice apartment in good area. - Location in a nice area. Bars and restaurants close by. Bus and trains close by. Nothing really.
- John (8/5): Very good - The toilet seat was loose and my wife slide off twice not happy

Sophisticated decor and felt up market Loved it all - note to owner that shower drain may need some minor maintenance as it was a bit slow to drain.
- Arvin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katlyn (10/5): Really nice flat, wish I lived there - So stylish, was warm and had everything we needed The bathroom was a little cold
