• Andrii (10/5): - Чудове розташування. Недалеко від пляжу . Чисте помешкання. Шумно у вітальні на протязі ночі, бо на вулиці працює декілька цілодобових магазині.
• Magda (9/5): Centraal gelegen, ruim en aangenaam appartement - Mooi, ruim appartement. Goed gelegen: alles was op wandelafstand. Het appartement is aangenaam gemeubeld en zeer netjes. Er is een aparte slaapkamer, wat een pluspunt is. Het is van alle comfort voorzien. Het gebouw ligt in een drukke uitgaansbuurt. We waren er in het weekend en er was lawaai van de straat. Gelukkig dat de slaapkamer apart was, zodat die wel rustig was. Wie in de living zou slapen (stapelbed) zou er wel last kunnen van hebben.

L'accesso avviene tramite informazioni puntuali e precise fornite dalla struttura, servizio molto cordiale anche a soddisfare la mia esigenza nell'ultimo giorno di soggiorno. • Bruno (9/5): - Connaissant déjà un peu ALICANTE, ville que j adore Mais pour les gens qui viennent pour la première fois cet appartement est au top bien équiper même lave vaisselle ,machine a laver .Vous avez le tram a 20m ,des restaurants et bars même distance . Vous avez a droite et a gauche deux grandes avenues .Esplanade et mer a 5mn environ .Marche couvert a 50m .Pour les grands magasins compter 10 a 15MN .Pour la gare SNCF compter 30mn .Bien sûr tout cela a pied R A S
• Peter Fenneberg (10/5): Zu Ostern 2026 in Alicante - Sowohl die Schlüsselübergabe als auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Das Apartment liegt zentral in Alicante, sodass alle wichtigen Orte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zwei Supermärkte befinden sich direkt in der Nähe, ebenso wie Tram- und Bushaltestellen sowie der Strand. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Keine nennenswerten Auffälligkeiten

• Natasha (9/5): Superb apartment in a prime location to explore everything that Alicante has to offer. - The property was in a fantastic location to explore all the attractions that Alicante has to offer. Access to the apartment was easy and straightforward. Communication with the host was superb. Inside, the property was very clean, light and airy and the modern facilities were excellent. We would highly recommend a stay at this property and would not hesitate to stay there again. The only negative during our stay (which is no fault of the owner) was the frequent noises of banging, drilling and sanding from construction workers in one of the apartments above or close by. I would like to stress that this did detract from us enjoying a great stay, as we were out of the apartment for most of the day apart from early mornings. This was the only reason for a score of 9 rather than 10.

• Dominik W. (10/5): Rewelacyjnie zlokalizowany apartament w samym centrum Alicante - Świetnie zlokalizowany apartament w samym centrum Alicante. Lepiej się już chyba nie da. :) Łatwe zameldowanie, przejrzyste wskazówki i bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Samo mieszkanie przestronne (byliśmy w dwie osoby) i wyposażone we wszystko co trzeba. Klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania w każdym pomieszczeniu, więc to duży plus w chłodniejsze dni. W sypialni bardzo cicho, problem mogą mieć osoby śpiące w salonie, bo okna wychodzą na ulicę. Latem przy otwartym oknie może być głośno. Ale coś za coś - albo centralna lokalizacja, albo cisza i spokój. W pobliżu wszystko: kawiarnia, restauracje, piekarnia, market. Przystanek z którego można wrócić na lotnisko (linia C6) w odległości 400 metrów pieszo. Zdecydowanie polecamy! Wszystko było w porządku, ewentualnie można pomyśleć o wymianie lampki biurkowej i wypraniu tapicerki na fotelu obrotowym. :)

• Oto (10/5): - Perfect location, next to Mercado metro stop. Bars, restaurants in walking distance. The bedroom was very quite but in the living you can here some noise from outside if you would sleep there. I would book this apartment again.

Lokalizacja idealna – wszędzie blisko, zarówno do atrakcji turystycznych, jak i sklepów czy restauracji. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zarzutu – szybki, miły i pomocny. Zdecydowanie polecam!

• Roudine (5/5): Valence est agréable c’est triste que cette odeur a gâché notre séjour. - Bien équipé et très bien situé Il y a un problème d’aqueduc qui cause des odeurs dégoût désagréables! Il faut réparer le problème le gestionnaire de contente de proposer des diffuseurs d’odeur pour masquer mais ce n’est pas utile tellement l’odeur est forte.

Tram station Mercado directly by appartment also small El Corte Ingles, bakery, coffee.....
