• Mila (1/5): - The apartment was full of personal belongings of the owner, it was very dirty. It took us 2 hours to clean the kitchen and the bathroom. The owner send us back 40 euro because of that but then when we left he claimed 200 euro for damages. They were no damages because of us. We left the apartment cleaned, we took out the garbage from all the bins and we even put the towels in the washing machine as we always do so our hosts don't have to go around and pick them. So the hosts of the so called Penthouse lied to Booking and to us as well which was very mean. Be careful with this place! Dirty, distant, cold, personal belongings everywhere, broken chairs, beds and smelly... so smelly. You open a drawer and it smells of durt.

• Reinier (9/5): - Zeer aardige host, beetje buiten de stad, maar je bent met de tram voor 80 cent in het centrum, uber rond de 10 euro. Zeer ruim en volledig appartement. Zeker aan te bevelen. Parkeerplaats in de schaduw op eigen terrein. Host woont onder de woning maar toegang is volledig buitenom, en heb je geen last van. Niets

• Victoria (6/5): Not bad, but wont return - Good location, you can get to downtown with public transportation, we had a car, which we conveniently parked at the property garage. Keep in mind that if you have mobilty problem, flat is on the third floor and you have to take several flight of stairs. Very nice neighborhood, coffee shop is 100 meters away I think the fact that you have to pay for air conditioning 6 euro per night should be stated clearly in the property description, otherwise when you are told right there upon arrival seems to be dishonest practice . And you have to pay in cash. And air conditioning unit is only in the living room , there are none in other rooms, and air doesnt reach throughout apartment. Was hot!

The location was close to supermarkets and bus station that was going in the city center. This is more like a thing that can be improved rather than an negative thing, maybe it would be posible to add moskitos web in the future to the bedroom windows, since its very hot in the night and you need to sleep with the windows open.

• Sanita (10/5): Good location, wide and clean apartment, great hosts! - Very good location, wide and clean property, multiple bedrooms to choose where to sleep. The owners are very kind, in the morning offered coffee, breakfast and even drinks. Brought self-grown fruits and gave some for eating “on the road”. We recommend this place and if needed would stay there again next time! There is additional fee if you want to use air conditioning for a day or washing machine.

Despite our language barrier we were able to communicate rather well. The location is close to public transport. Plenty of room for a large family group. Nothing! Everything was great!

• Illia (8/5): Perfect - Family-like apartment not far from center. Very lovely owners. Provided us with recommendations about visit, free snacks, coffee and a small talk. If you go asleep early then a neighbourhood can be still noisy until 11pm local time, but windows have good soundproofing.
