prompt return of deposit excellent no soap portion. no coffee tea or milk sachets no toaster
- GP (6/5): Location but needs TLC. - Location. Great pillows- 2 each. Undercover parking. Various parts were very dirty, but were quickly sorted the next day.
Only one entry card which was painful being a couple doing different activities and needed card for carpark to enter & exit- a small cost I assume to provide another.
Being picky, maybe, but no hand towel - expected for the cost.
Needs some maintenance- entry light not working; sliding door to balcony needs attention; kettle lid requires attention; bedroom window only opens 6 inches & needs attention.
Smoke alarms are very, very sensitive

- Matts (1/5): I want my money back as you had promised- disengenuous! - Shonky!! The property is in the Mantra building but if you search for the business name and address you cannot find it. I was promised a full refund but this didn’t happen- I cannot understand why Booking.com endorses this place! I wouldn’t recommend it! Shonky! Shonky business- no address to be found under business name! They send you an email. Stop endorsing this place Booking.com! Make them set up a proper business structure and in line presence.

- Airata (9/5): The accommodation itself is perfect. Access to the accommodation is hectlicas no available staff on - The breakfast was good. No soap available in bathroom for quest in Room 406..

- Josh (10/5): Exceptional - The place had everything you need and the hotel amenities was a bonus. Would stay again. The deposit was something I didn’t realise until after booking. However it was an easy process and wasn’t a worry as i knew I would be respectful.
- Daniel (1/5): Horrible, don't stay here, the owner is a liar and a criminal - Horrible place, stunk of smoke, we had to stay somewhere else, we are still trying to get our money back from booking.com but it looks like we might have to take the owner to court - and booking.com was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP in doing this - all they do is say "we will talk to the owner about it" and never get back to you
The owner was very rude and claimed that the apartment had been cleaned but all they did is spray lots of air freshener around after a chain smoker had been staying there which only made it smell worse
We have young kids so thought it wasn't safe for them to stay there so all 4 of us had to all squash together in a 1 bedroom apartment we booked next door
You only get one keycard to get in and out of the apartment and they say they will charge $100 if you lose it - we didn't lose it but were paranoid about losing it the whole time especially with 2 kids - in hotels they always give you at least 2 keycards in case you lose one or get accidentally locked out - never had this experience before anywhere - how hard can it be to give people an extra keycard?
- Liz (8/5): Very satisfying - Very central location. Fiona was very helpful gaining entry. Reading the numbers on the lockbox was nearly impossible.
- Jenni (1/5): Greedy, shoddy, illegally retro fitted hotel room that was a fire hazard and unhygienic - The room was a fire hazard and unhygienic.You literally had to sit on the toilet to preparing your food. The power points were overloaded with power boards and extension cords that passed across the tiny trolley that had the hot plate on it. Power cords were less than 20cm from the cooking surface. No ventilation and no exhaust fan, any cooking would have set off the fire alarms. I was horrified at the condition of this room and the negligence of the property owner for the guests safety. Purely a money grab.
- Rob (7/5): Good - Location close to Braddon Surprised that the host wanted a photo of my face and my license (to verify identity) and was asked to provide a bond before they would give me the code to the key box when I had already booked online with Booking.com. I refused to pay (this could have left me in an awkward accommodation problem) however the host didn't insist. I have booked accommodation for many years and never have a been asked to do this. Nevertheless the apartment was comfortable and clean.

- Karen (8/5): Location, location, location & comfortable bed and fridge , kettle and microwave. - I loved the location, the fact that it had everything we needed. Microwave and a good sized fridge. Surprised that we didn’t have to use the a/c as we thought we might have. Good curtains to block out light and great contact with the host if needed. The fact that it should at least have a roll of toilet paper especially since we stayed 3 nights. It barely had any thing on the roll. (Although I did bring my own)
