• Yoki (9/5): 居心地良く快適に過ごせました - 滞在前のメッセージが丁寧で、チェックインやチェックインもスムーズに行うことができました 鍵がいらないのでなくす心配もなく外出時にも荷物にならず良かったです 空気清浄機や加湿器があると暖房をつけても乾燥しないのでありがたいです　 (自分が気づいていないだけだったらすみません) チェックアウトを10:00ではなく、11:00や12:00にしてくれるとより過ごしやすいと思いました

• qike (8/5): 地理位置不好，但是胜在离地铁站和便利店近，房间干净整洁设备齐全。 - 周围离711, 罗森便利店、全家都很近，步行至地铁站3分钟，相对方便。房间很干净，干湿分离，沙发床旁边还有一个插排。屋里的设施齐全，衣柜、衣架、微波炉、冰箱都非常重要，还有个大阳台。 虽然离地铁站很近，但是整体离市区还是很偏，出行动辄一小时，去景点换乘也多，地理位置不太好。离成田机场还是远。 刚开始在楼下开单元大门的时候也花了很多时间，一开始以为要等屏幕显示数字才可以，后来才发现不用看屏幕，直接按顺序按数字就行。建议商家提前录制上传一个视频。

• Anhapu (5/5): Great location but disgustingly unclean - Amazing location, near to the station and supermarket, quiet with a nice view. Size was good for one, might be quite small for two. The building and interior was very new. When it's just about the location, I would definitely come again. Love Jiyugaoka! It was disgustingly dirty. Of course it was generally set up for a new guest with new sheets and an empty bin and so on but it seems the apartment has not seen a proper cleaner for a while. Water, toothpaste and cooking stains everywhere, hair of who knows how many guests are on the floor. First thing I did was buying cleaning utensils since there were none. Stayed for two weeks and had to get new toilet paper since there was just one roll. no extra trash bags even though they suggest to empty the trash every now and then. Shower water did not drain, not sure if there might have been hair from the previous guest. Did not dare to look. Not enough shampoo and so on which is very unusual for Japan. Kitchen utensils are very limited. Had to login via tablet which wasn't charged. In contrast they mentioned quite often fine if I don't sort the trash correctly. Which has a bad taste considering how unclean it was. Would be ok with the price if it was spot clean. But like that way too expensive. How unfortunate since it's such a nice place.
• Chiara (3/5): Nice apartment, but unacceptable cleaning standards and no helpfulness from the host - The apartment has a good size and spaces are well organized and furnished The cleaning standards were completely unacceptable: we found hair everywhere, stains on the floor, clogged shower. We asked for support, but all the host could say was ‘I’m really sorry for this experience’.
• Joyce (7/5): Good - Location is very close to station, which is a huge convenience. Very early check out, and totally have NO HELP for luggage storage.
• Amina (10/5): Lovely place - Room was clean, the sofa can be configured into a bed and there were extra beddings and pillows provided. Refrigerator, microwave, water heater, washing machine, and hair dryer available, as well as some dishes and dish soap & sponge. One towel per guest was provided (we stayed for 3 nights so it was enough) and several sets of toiletries and laundry soap. 2 minute walk from Midorigaoka Sta. in a nice quiet neighborhood with a 7/11 and Family Mart nearby, as well as a few small cafes/restaurants/bars. 15-20 mins away from Shibuya by train. Was able to contact management via Booking.com message and they reply quickly. Instructions on room access and facilities are provided in 日本/中/ENG. All in all great experience, would stay again. Nothing.
• Zainoren (8/5): if not for the above; PERFECT - The whole property as a whole The management of the property; we stayed for 7 nights but the amenities supplied was not sufficient; ie ,.. toiletries, tissue paper, kitchen towel/ paper , bath towels (enough for 1 per person,.. so if we were to wash no towels for use!); seems we hv to buy our own for the stay; which is not logical,.. because if you have different people staying during the same duration you would hv to supply the neccessary amenities ; inconvenience for us to go out and purchase from outside
