- Nicole (10/5): - Sono stata qui ad Aprile. Appartamento curato nei dettagli e molto pulito! Istruzioni per ricevere le chiavi chiare, che ti danno la possibilità di essere autonomo senza avere orari fissi per il check-in. È ubicato poco fuori il centro di Firenze, raggiungibile in pochi minuti e si trova di fronte a un parco molto verde grandissimo che consiglio di visitare. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la disponibilità della struttura nell'accettare i cani! Aspetto molto difficile da trovare in quanto quasi sempre vi sono restrizioni, a mio parere insensate, relative al peso e alla razza del cane. Vi ringrazio molto, è stata una bellissima esperienza! :)

- Reinhard (7/5): Space for improvement - The kitchenette was well equipped. Furniture looking nice. Moscitoes. No curtain in one room. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The veranda doors cannot be easily opened/closed

- Maksym (6/5): Poor communication but the room is OK - It had everything needed, nice air conditioning, coffee machine, the water temperature and pressure in the shower, how the apartment looked in general, all the little amenities provided. Parking was easy and convenient. The bed and the sofa were old and squeaky, the floor was dirty, the communication was slow and difficult. It was mentioned in the message from the property that the check in started from 2pm but I had to wait in silence toll 3pm. We got stuck at the exit gate for 20 minutes because it wouldn’t open, the keys that could help to open it had been left in the apartment upon checkout like instructed and the property ignored my question till the evening.

Checking in was a breeze and the apartment was really nice. Well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend staying here as it was also easy to get to from the airport. No fault found! All very good.

- Fonseka (8/5): Very Good - It is a convenient and safe location with a private parking area. Bus stop within few minutes and Supermarket close by. The apartment in the 3rd Floor but can use the lift for easy access.
