• Hsin-ping (1/5): Terrible - Nothing I didn’t even get into the room. The address is just a street, and the host told me there was a problem so that they cannot accommodate me just in the morning of the day I was about to check in (only after messaged them). While they promised to refund me, they didn’t respond after I requested to waive my cancellation fee. Although I get fully refund through the customer service, it was a terrible experience trying to find another hotel while traveling alone in a foreign country.
