- Sam (9/5): Great for anyone who wants to explore the city - It's modern clean and spacious plus coffee included from a great machine Being new year it did cost quite a fair bit but this is understandable and other rentals near by were up to no good but again not the property's fault at all this is a great space for all
- Samantha (4/5): Wouldn't stay here again extremely disappointed. Luxury should be removed from the title. - The location was superb, literally around the corner of the building to get to the m&s arena and on the docks. Perfect location. The word luxury should be removed from the title of the description for this apartment. The rooms were decent sized the bedding was clean and it was tidy. There was plenty of cutlery, plates etc but the sofa could not fit four people on it was like a two seater sofa really. The decor was basic and was definitely in need of some TLC. There were dirty marks all over the walls with lots of greasy marks. The toilets were very grim. Both toilets had dried vomit down the outside of the toilet which was sadly missed by the cleaners. One of the most disappointing things though was the view, on the advert you see the bedroom with an impressive view of the docks. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to see this as the blind was pulled down and we soon realised it was broken so couldn't be opened. The cord had been put into a drawer so they knew it was broken. I quickly messaged the person of contact and they replied the following evening to say they'd passed this onto the manager and that was the last I heard. It's a lot of money to spend when the view was a dark room with a blind and vomit down The side of the toilets. I wouldn't stay here again. We felt that much more could have been done with regards to the blind. There were many broken items in the apartment the free standing wardrobes had many slats missing so you couldn't use it , there was not one set of drawers in the apartment fir clothing, the cost stand was super flimsy and broken. When I spoke to them regarding the cleanliness of the apartment I was asked to forward pictures but there was no follow up. I told them about all the issues but no response at all. They had the money, I don't think customer satisfaction is high on the list of priorities.
- alfred (8/5): - Lack of onsite parking
- Dr.Feras (2/5): Family - The short distance to the city centre. To start off their checkin time was inconvenient and inflexible. We arrived early morning the day of checkin after a long flight and had already informed them of our early arrival; however, slow response time that day left us with no other option but to scavenge the area for last minute available hotel rooms.
We were also 5 people staying there but the hot water ran out after only 2 of us took a quick shower.
The description is also pretty misleading. As it says there's a washing machine but fails to mention that its communal washing machines on another floor, which aren't free of charge. The dishwasher didn't work either.
I would have also appreciated if the floor plan to the apartment was available, as the living room was a lot smaller than expected. And it was pretty warm despite the fact that we stayed there in winter, so I can't imagine how warm it would be in the summer.
After checkout they didn't let us store our luggage anywhere either.
In summary, my family wasn't satisfied with their stay here.
- Justin (7/5): perfect location, very clean and easy to get to, big car park next. no privacy in ensuit bathroom - Location is perfect, city centre all walkable under 15 mins. Liverpool One bus stop 10 min walk ensuite bathroom very poor design, no privacy with a clear door. fine if you are on your own. most of the shower head water goes into the basin.
- firas (9/5): - Every thing was excellent except There was no AC in the living room Living room was too hot with no AC.
- Suzanne B-Watts (10/5): A Great Location For Exploring the City 5**** - The accommodation was within walking distance of so many places. A wonderful Indian restaurant around the corner. We walked to The Albert Dock for lunch - so many places to choose to eat. On to The Liver buildings. A trip over the mersey. An open top bus tour. The Cavern was a must visit, for £5 the singers and atmosphere was amazing. Just to mention we are in our 70s and I have mobility issues, but location was not a problem. From the Cavern back to the apartment is a taxi was £5.80 if walking too much Nothing

- Donna (5/5): Good location but definitely not room enough for a family of six!for - Property was clean There was not enough space for the family to eat together! One bed settee for a family of 6 to relax for the evening!! Hat to sit upright all evening on a dining chair. Very uncomfortable to say the least!
- Michael (7/5): -
- romany (6/5): - Comfortable beds, warm so no heating required. Location was good and quiet area. Painting needs retouching, blinds were falling, key collection is a slight pain and we were originally locked out due to cleaner accidentally taking key fob so had to wait for her to arrive which delayed us going to places. I don’t agree with the price it’s at, especially compared to other apartments. Notes it has a balcony but it doesn’t.
- Carol B (8/5): -
- Rachel (9/5): -
- Kirsty (10/5): lovely apartment in a great location and free parking not too far away - Beautiful apartment with everything we needed
- Belinda (7/5): Good location but small - The apartment had water views and was modern. The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with facilities we needed. Key pick up is from a shop whilst other apartments have a lock box on site. The parking is off site, a 5 minute walk to the shop, then a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Rooms were small and shower/toilet were very high. The second bathroom is really just a toilet and basin as the shower would be unusable with the basin.
EDIT: As the property manager has mentioned, the key pickup/drop off and parking location is offsite and this is mentioned in the advertising of the property so we were aware of this when booking this apartment. However, this part of the review is simply what 'we didn't like' about the apartment -we are not saying that we weren't aware of these things.
- maxine (7/5): - The views were nice from the bedrooms
Lady through Green property services was very helpful The blinds in the lounge on the French door were broken and hidden in cupboard .
One set of keys is not enough for a group of 6 people . Two sets would be better
Che k out was early 19 and facilities to e tend even for 30mins
Building has and eyesore in the middle , remains of what was a car park . Carpark provided was ok but a walk for two older ladies
- Susan (8/5): Great stay, great location. - Lovely stylish and clean. It was awkward for parking and key collection, although we easily worked it out.
The en-suite was very interesting but great to have a second facility in the apartment.
- David (5/5): Passable -
- Marie (8/5): Very good - Good location nice and clean The parking wasn’t on site. It says there is a balcony and there isn’t. The en suite isn’t beneficial and wouldn’t use the shower as the rest of the room would have got soaked. The toilet paper wasn’t great either. It was very noisy throughout the early hours of both mornings with cars outside speeding and doing handbrake turns!
- John (9/5): Great place to stay for events at ms arena - Great location for ms arena Couldn’t leave key in apartment
Had to walk back to pickup point which was in opposite direction to where we were walking (didn’t have vehicle)
- Danissa (8/5): Overall great stay - Spacious has everything we needed, zero noise from others in the block. Easy 20 min walk to the centre. Getting the keys is easy and just a short 5 mins walk from the shop to the apartment. Lovely views Could do with a mirror in the smaller room. The toilet in the main room is very high and us ladies under 5ft 5 couldn’t touch the floor.
Few scuffs on walls and few things broken - clothes rack in smaller room , door blinds would fall off if we opened them (on living area doors that opened as the balcony) - didn’t effect our stay. couldn’t use the en suite as it was too claustrophobic but again that didn’t bother us, just us being picky.
Overall great stay and would return.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (9/5): Great Location!! - The flat was incredibly well located for what we wanted to do in Liverpool. We LOVED that. It was clean and spacious and it was so nice to have an elevator and the security in the building felt really safe. It was nicely decorated and looked out to the water at the Albert Dock. It was an excellent choice for our stay and our group.
- Jay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (8/5): Pleasant stay, great location but a few things could be improved. - The apartment was clean and in a great location. The staff were very communicative and helpful and we were able to get an early check in and slightly later checkout which was great and really appreciated. The coffee machine with pods was a nice touch too.
The beds were comfortable although a little too soft after a few nights. We slept well throughout our stay.
Its a very quiet location but within very easy reach of the Albert Dock and the City Centre.
Great access to the conferencing centre too if attending an event. There were a few niggles. Its advertised as having a balcony but it's only a Juliet balcony, and this is only in the small print. On opening the balcony doors, the blinds fell off as they hit the other windows, a better blind option is needed.
The bath is really high to step into, and we needed the non slip bathmat mat from the wet room to prevent us slipping trying to climb in. Both toilets were also very high, I'm only 5ft 2 and I could barely touch the floor. There's also a big step up into the ensuite. The apartment is not therefore wheelchair accessible and may also not be ideal for older people with mobility issues.
The ensuite is a wet room but we didn't use it as you would basically be showering in the sink.
The doors to the ensuite were clear glass and the toilet faced them meaning no privacy at all. The doors should at least be covered in some frosted DC fix, an easy solution to this problem.
Towels are provided but they were really small. We couldn't even wrap them round ourselves. Bigger Towels should be provided.
We were grateful for the late checkout as 10am is really quite unreasonable considering you are required to strip the beds and deliver the keys to a shop a ten minute walk away before this time.
The apartment is advertised as luxury. Although it's nice and met our needs, I wouldn't consider it to be luxury.
- Ronnie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (8/5): Liverpool is fab! - Quiet, comfortable and close to all the sights. Parking wasn’t convenient, a good 10 -15 min walk away. The closest car park, which makes far more sense cost £27 per night.
Getting an email the morning of departure telling us that we had to take the bedding off! Given the early check out, the walk to the key store and parking this seemed abit much to expect. Had I known pre booking I would have stayed at a hotel with parking included.
- Manj (10/5): Fantastic apartment in prime location - This apartment was lovely. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. the kitchen was fully equipped with a big fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and the bathroom had complimentary toiletries. It was very clean with extra bed linen and plenty of towels. It was in a prime location near the docks, museum and the city centre was around a 15 minute walk away. Definitely recommend. The accomodation was advertised as one of the bedrooms having an en suite but it was nothing more than a very small wet room with the shower head very close to the sink so I had very little room to turn around. This was disappointing as there were 5 of us. That's the only downside.
- Mary (9/5): Excellent weekend, easy to get to Anfield for match and restaurants close to apartment. - Spacious, well equipped, 1 bathroom & 1 en-suite.
Tea. Coffee all available, including coffee machine 2 bottles of water in fridge.
TV in all rooms. The toilet in the en-suite facing the bed! Shower door could be glazed!
Towels need replacing as rather ‘crusty’
- Gary (9/5): Not easy to get in but very good when you are in!! - Location and layout of the apartment. Though we had a number of emails regards parking at a near by casino, we went into the casino to register the car and they knew nothing about it, my advice would be to use the multi story car park which is closer to the apartment.
Keys are collected from a shop about 10 minutes away, the code for getting the keys did not work until exactly 3.00pm!! then you have to take the keys back after the stay.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (9/5): Superb - Great location appartment was lovely and clean.
[We didnt use the dishwasher as it was full of water) wasnt an issue for us though. everything was on the doorstep, we had a lovely stay We liked it all
- Jeanette (6/5): As a family we had a great time - and loved the location. - The location- the view. Initially, not enough towels for 4 of us.
A sheet missing for sofa bed.
Main bathroom door kept locking so we had to use a coin to unlock.
Panel fell off on bath.
Bath too high/wide to climb in to for shower.
No shower gel & minimal soap.
- Katy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (9/5): Superb -
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jackie (7/5): Good -
- Deborah (10/5): Fabulous apartment, wonderful views and great location - The location and views in the apartment were wonderful and easy walking distance to Albert Dock and centre of Liverpool with all the museums and Cavern club.
It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The supplied tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were much appreciated. Would have liked a mirror in both bedrooms for drying hair etc.
Also a chopping board in the kitchen.
- Graeme (10/5): Christmas on the Dock - Great location facilities excellent
We had a few requests and all were answered and dealt with All good will stay again
- Sian (8/5): Very good -
- Sachaderricutt (10/5): Great night with a super helpful host! Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou! - The property is lovely , very spacious and well decorated. Perfect for lots of different groups. We went with friends but would be perfect for families too. Finding the location initially was a little difficult same as finding the shop with the keys but the host was really helpful especially as I couldn’t access my emails for the key code, but once we knew where the apartment was it’s so well situated and easy to get to.
- Paul (9/5): Great place to stay, but check out time needs extending by 1 hour - Excellent location Check out too early given parking and key drop off location
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, beds comfortable. The amenities were all we needed to a high spec. Great communication from property management making our stay seamless. Would book again and highly recommend to others.
- Gillian (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Great property in a great location for our event at the M&S Arena. - Location It took a bit of finding. Poor directions.
- Nicola (8/5): Lovely apartment - Location and views were excellent. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed The check in system didn't work well, with the shop being shut when we went to collect the keys.If only it had been a key box it would have been much easier.
- Wendy (8/5): Great place for the conference centre - Clean spacious and responsive owners
- Judith (7/5): An enjoyable 4 days exploring Liverpool. The apartment is in a good location. - Location was perfect but directions on finding the property could have been more detailed. Three televisions without aerials so no channels available to view. No mirrors in the bedroom. No details in the apartment re expectations on vacating the property I.e emptying bins - where? No direct email to explain what was required only a message via booking.com which was not seen until after we vacated the property. We pride ourselves on leaving a property as we find it but without clear instructions at the property we were not able to do so.
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Lack of mirrors in the apartment, would like a mirror in the bedrooms
- David (10/5): Great place to stay if you need easy access to the city centre! - Well presented, great location, clean, easy to access, excellent facilities. N/A
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Anser (6/5): Pleasant - Location Didn't have any hot water for one day. The shower in the main bedroom can not be used because of the design (basically, you are having a shower in the sink).
- Margaret (10/5): Highly recommend - Couldn’t be better placed to enjoy all that Liverpool offers. We could walk to all attractions. Very comfortable and excellent views. The apartment is spacious and well equipped.
- Sacha (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and well presented.
Very high standard .
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- Jovan (10/5): It was amazing place , great experience well designed apartment clean n spacious. - The location. The apartment N/a
