• Desy (8/5): Ottima posizione per visitare Budapest - L’appartamento è in una zona ottima per poter vistare la città ed essendo in 5 persone abbiamo trovato ottimo in fatto che ci siano 3 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni. Non abbiamo mai cucinato ma per fare qualcosa al volo ci sono tutti gli attrezzi necessari. Purtroppo siamo stati a Budapest in un periodo molto freddo e il riscaldamento non riusciva a scaldare bene la zona della cucina e soggiorno probabilmente perchè la porta non isolava molto il calore. Tuttavia le camere al piano di sopra erano molto calde. Ci è stato fornito solamente un asciugamano grande per la doccia quindi se ci tenete ad averne uno personale per il viso vi consiglio di portarvelo.

Different sources of lighting. In general nice and cozy place. Photos in Booking here are true The entrance door to the apartment was leaking a lot of cold air into the apartment. You literally could fill the cold draft from the door in the entire kitchen area. Windows are not sound proof, so you can hear everyone walking by and talking

• Samuel (10/5): - El sistema de entrada y salida es comodísimo, no hay que estar llevando las llaves para ningún lado, las camas y almohadas eran super cómodas, dos baños con ducha muy bien equipados, buena distribución y cocina con todo lo necesario mas la lavadora. Y lo de la ubicación es que es perfecta, a diez minutos de todo!!!!! En mi próximo viaje a Budapest repetiría!!!! En realidad voy a poner algo malo, aunque lo entiendo. Hay una humedad que se ve que se está trabajando en ella, pero normal por la zona y tipo de edificación ya de años, aunque el apartamento está que parece recién reformado. Y la otra cosa sería que en la ciudad, en estos edificios de viviendas la basura se tira en unos contenedores dentro del propio edificio, y claro al estar en un primero, los tenemos justo al abrir la puerta del apartamento. Pero se retiran a diario por un trabajador y no llega ningún olor.

• CRISTINA (7/5): Bien situado, buenas camas. Necesita alguna reparación - La ubicación, las camas. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes. Había gel y jabón de manos en los dos baños. Amplio y cómodo Los pomos de las puertas de los baños estaban rotos los dos. Había un gran desconchón de humedad en la pared junto al baño. Pero parecía que estaba en proceso de arreglarlo

• Luca Uliana (7/5): Comodo al centro città, ma... - Vicinanza alla metropolitana e a punti di interesse, raggiungibili a piedi, doppi servizi, letti comodi, vetri insonorizzanti, piano terra. Intonaco "fiorito" a causa dell'umidità, pochi asciugamani, impossibilità di lasciare i bagagli nell'appartamento l'ultimo giorno.
• Ernest (10/5): jak będę następnym razem w Budapeszcie na pewno ponownie skorzystam z tego wynajmu - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie na parterze, elektryczne rolety w oknach na pilota, w nocy cicho można odpocząć po intensywnym zwiedzaniu. Dwie łazienki, dwa prysznice, klimatyzacja, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Parking przy ulicy (za 2 dni około 160zł tylko najlepiej pobrać wcześniej aplikację bo max czas za który można zapłacić to 3godz. ja korzystałem z EasyPark) objawy wilgoci na ścianach

• Andrzej (9/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni i wyspani. - Wygodne lożka, świetna lokalizacja, dwie łazienki z prysznicami, swietne wyposażenie AGD i czysto. Mieszkanie wymaga drobnego remontu.

• Szymon (7/5): Great value for money - Overall great but there were some unexpected issues, the location was really great. Apartment is located in the old building and the rooms are renovated but not perfect. The main doors were not properly insulated and it was getting cold in the kitchen even with the heaters on full power (it was around 0 degrees outside). The electric stove was broken (it was said to be a one-time issue at that time). Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with a coffee machine (without capsules).

• Jennifer (10/5): Perfect place to stay in the center! - Excellent location, everything is very close, 5min walk to St. Stephen's Basilica and Hungarian State Opera. Plenty of restaurants, metro station 1 min walk. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. All new, very comfortable beds! Air-conditioning was perfectly working, same as warm water on the showers. Very friendly and polite host, taking care everything was OK. Will definitely come back again! Nothing, everything top!
• Manohara (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - The apartment was excellent, very spacious and beautiful exceeding our expectations. It was also located centrally to all the landmarks in Budapest. Further, the host was very helpful in arranging us an airport transfer.
• Heather (8/5): Great location, amazingly clean, excellent price. - The location is absolutely perfect, so central & easy to walk or take bus/tram/metro. Close walk to the river & lots of bars, restaurants & shops. It was very, very clean, we didn’t find even one tiny thing that wasn’t spotless. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are brand new. There are plenty of glasses and tableware in the kitchen. A washing machine, hairdryer, full size fridge & freezer. TVs in all 3 bedrooms & one in the lounge. The front door lock of the apartment is hard to open/close at times, & is breaking out of the wood - not a huge issue because there’s a gate on the door also, but could be more secure. The residents in the building are clearly not happy about this apartment being a vacation rental - the apartment is located right next to the main building door which is very heavy & they let it slam all day & all night. They’re generally quite noisy at all hours of the day, it wasn’t a big issue for us but they expect perfect silence from the apartment whilst not offering the same in return. This is in no way the host’s fault, but it’s an unfortunate problem.
• Richard (7/5): Loved our stay at Dessewffy. - Loved the close proximity to most of the beautiful sites of Budapest. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Management communicated well. Facilities were modern and clean The entrance was so un-obvious that I wasn't sure it was actually the place. On the other hand, in the city it's kinda smart to be un-obvious.

One of the door knobs was broken and we had to fix it ourselves in order to not stay locked in the bathroom. One of the bedrooms had low ceilings so we should be careful not to hit our heads when standing up..
