- Giampaolo (2/5): Never again! - I'm Italian and I've lived in Milan for years also if I?m from Rome.
The neighborhood is renowned for its rich tapestry of artisan shops, vintage boutiques, and art galleries, reflecting Milan's deep-rooted appreciation for fashion and design. The canal banks are lined with a lot of restaurants, bars, and cafés, making it a popular spot for aperitivo. During the night is a very pleasurable place.
The good is the coffee machine in the apartment that worked. This was, without doubt, one of the MOST UNPLEASANT stays I’ve ever had, I'm a Genius 3 Booking user, I work across and I've spent a lot of time in many countries.
The apartment was freezing cold, and the host took it upon themselves to decide what temperature was “appropriate,” leaving me shivering for most of my stay. I was denied any control over my own comfort — completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I was asked to pay additional fees that did not match what was clearly listed on Booking.com. When I questioned this, the host dodged the issue with vague answers and tried to make it seem like a normal procedure. It absolutely was not and Booking made me a reimburse.
What’s even more outrageous is the shady invoicing practice. The host issued an invoice on their own platform after I've paid on Booking claiming I had voluntarily left a tip — something I never agreed to (I attach the screenshot what is circled in blue and taken directly from their platform). This tactic IMHO can be used to avoid paying taxes on part of the booking amount, but I could be wrong, my lawyer and the fiscal Italian police will tell me if this technique is legit or not. In my opinion, if this is true, this is not just dishonest — it’s fraudulent and in this case, if confirmed, Booking.com from a fiscal perspective should take attention on this matter.
In the end, just to make everything worse...drumroll...unbelievably, THERE ARE NO CURTAINS AT ALL so anyone from the street can look directly into the apartment, making privacy a joke. I felt exposed and uncomfortable the entire time.
I regret booking this property and would strongly advise anyone else to stay away. The lack of transparency, disregard for guest comfort, and what for me is an unethical behaviour of the host should disqualify this listing from any reputable platform.
Obviously, these people seriously pissed me off, and I'm ready with my lawyers in case of need!
- Rose (9/5): Superb -

It has everything you need (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, espresso capsules, washmashine capsules, dishwasher capsules...)

- Tomer (8/5): Very good - Great shower.
Enough room.
The location was comfortable. The street leading to the entry was extremely unpleasant.
Sofa bad wasn't comfortable.
Opening locks through an app wasn't comfortable.
