• Antonello (8/5): Chi ben comincia..."potrebbe" essere a metà dell'opera. - La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico (chiesa di Sanite-Catherinea, la borsa, la Grand-Place...) di Bruxelles. La disponibilità di cucina e soggirono. Necessita di maggiore cura per i tendaggi delle finistre.

Accueil : boîte à clefs très pratique Description fausse de l'appartement avec 3 chambres au lieu de 2 en réalité, la literie très bof , aucune TV branchée , robinets non fixés , le frigo contenait des aliments périmés, aucune information pour les poubelles ( les sacs ne correspondaient pas) . Le lave- vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas . la soit-disant 3eme chambre qui est la salle -cuisine est sans lumière naturelle pour cause de volet electrique défectueux, 4 chaises pour 5 adultes ! .l'accès aux toilettes- salle bains était un.peu compliqué, il fallait passer par la chambre parentale!!. La porte fenêtre pour l'accès de la terrasse (pas très nette) ferme mal et laisse passer l'air . Pas de ventilation donc le salpêtre est présent dans la salle de bains .
• Hendriks (6/5): Verbeter punten - De locatie Er was een vaatwasser aanwezig maar niet aangesloten. 1 slaapkamer had geen gordijnen. Er staat op dat het 3 slaapkamers heeft maar er staat een simple slaapbank in de woonkamer.

• Ephymia Maria (7/5): Promising apartment that could be truly great with additional care - Great location, quiet neighbourhood, with some noise in the morning (nothing worth mentioning) because of school on the same street. Good-sized, nicely furnished, quite promising apartment. Host responded to all queries. Cleanliness was somewhat of an issue. Not dirty, but it gave the impression of living in someone's intermittent residence. Old toothbrushes and half-empty personal necessities were present. We could understand there being no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, but not a half-empty soap dispenser.The duvet cover was stained in the main bedroom, and there was a hole in the fitted sheet. The espresso machine didn't work (probably due to calc deposits), and the filter coffee maker was sticky on the outside. We felt the need to wash any plates, glasses, and cutlery before using them. Half-empty food containers, butter sticks, and wine bottles in the fridge. We dared open the dishwasher and the smell was terrible. Only 2 separate rooms, the sofa in the living room that serves as a bed quite uncomfortable.

Le logement n'est pas sécurisé et pas conforme à l'annonce, et nous n'avons jamais été alerté des problèmes par l'hôte à l'avance : - Fenêtre manquante dans le salon au rez-de-chaussée et qui donne sur la rue, et son ouverture est obstruée par des planches en bois - Seulement 2 chambres avec lit, pas de 3e chambre mais un canapé-lit dans le salon sous la fenêtre manquante - La salle de bain n'est accessible qu'en passant par une des chambres (manque d'intimité !) - Le salon qu'on voit sur les photos de l'annonce n'existe pas (2 canapés et un téléviseur manquants) - Chauffe-eau dysfonctionnel, pression à ajuster constamment, fuite en continu - Terrasse non praticable, bois du sol pourri et troué - Logement peu entretenu : salle de bain humide, sans VMC, mur abîmé par un dégât des eaux, murs en mauvais état, lave-vaisselle en panne - Communication difficile avec l'hôte, aucun des problèmes n'a été réglé pendant le séjour Le rapport qualité-prix pour ce séjour désagréable est très insatisfaisant, et le logement n'est pas adapté pour 6 personnes.

• Jiří (1/5): - Apartmán neuklizený. V lednici zbytky již nahnilých potravin. V pokoji s oknem do ulice chybělo okno. Byla tam jen volně položená dřevěná deska. Majitel věc hodlal řešit až další den. Apartmán jsme proto opustili a vyhledali jiné ubytování.
