Locations is very close to fantastic local market with amazing fresh produce and everything needed to cook at home in the very well equipped kitchen. 2 washing machines made laundry a pleasure. Bakery next door and romantic little restaurant across the road. We were a group of 6 people that had a fantastic stay at Florencia Luxury Apartments in April ‘26!

• Richard (8/5): Good location and well equipped - Location, spacious, terrace garden, well equipped and bathroom per room. A bit tired needs redecoration and some basic maintenance on loose taps etc.. Shower heads need cleaning or replacing with water being blocked by limescale. One of the double beds was a fold out bed, which was not comfortable, and made a ridiculous squeaking noise when you moved.

• Susan (10/5): A little haven in Florence. - Florence itself was amazing and we loved everything about the apartment. There were even some frescos on the walls! It had real traditional touches but all the modern conveniences. There was a Market only around the corner and plenty restaurants nearby. Only a 10 min stroll to the Duomo. The outdoor patio was lovely it overlooks some neighbours but is actually quite private. The location was difficult for even the taxis to find along the street. I recommend noting Leonardos at 65 R (a bakery) as it is right next door and an easier landmark to orientate yourself around. They apartment is up one flight of stone stairs so not really suitable for persons with accessibility needs.

Very close to all the main sites - a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for 10 people. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
• Raffaella (8/5): Ottima location per un gruppo o famiglia numerosa - L'alloggio è grande ed ha una bella cucina con un terrazzino esterno. Noi diamo stati a ducembre, ma d'estate credo che il terrazzino dia un valore aggiunto. La casa è a 3-4 minuti da Santa Croce. Da lì è tutta una bellissima passeggiata per il ventro di Firenze. Al massimo per Piazza della Signoria saranno 15 minuti. Il proprietario è molto gentile Onestamente andrebbe migliorata la pulizia degli ambienti e della cucina. I bagni sono puliti ed anche le stanze, ma nel resto della casa c'era polvere. Solo per questo non mi sento di dare più di 8

El anfitrión una persona increíble con un trato increíble, siempre atento muy recomendable. La única pega del apartamento fueron los colchones de las camas.

• Emma (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location. - Owners were extremely helpful. We had everything we needed. Extremely spacious. Location was great, everything was walkable. Very close to supermarket and next door to lovely little bakery. We would thoroughly recommend.
• Jingjing (9/5): A lovely home in Florence - It was a really good size for 4 adults and two kids. The rooms were so nice and the location was quiet, away from the busy center and not too loud at night. I loved having a washing machine available and the outdoor patio was really nice, we mainly used it to hang clothes but would have liked to enjoy the space a bit. We traveled in October so there were lots of mosquitoes and I liked that the host provided bug repellant for the guests! The beds were comfortable, we had a nice pack and play bed for the baby, and the direction to enter the apartment was very helpful. We also used the kitchen to make some breakfast which was very convenient. The host is so kind, I was also able to leave luggage there when we first arrived earlier than check in time. Highly recommend for a longer term stay in Florence. I liked everything, the only thing to consider is while the location is quieter and nice, it is a little further away from central Florence so with little kids, sometimes after a long day, 15-20 min walk felt like a long time. Wouldn’t be an issue if just adults though!

• Sara (9/5): - Perfecto location!! Such a pretty terrace we loved it out there and being able to walk to gelato, shopping, market, Academia, downtown Florence. Very cute apartment and love the preserved history in the walls, beds. The cot set up collapsed on us and there were some amenities listed that were not available - safe was broken, very little soap, no toiletries

The water in the fridge was a very welcome discovery upon arrival and very much appreciated. AC was excellent and we were soooo grateful for this during the recent heatwave. Enough bathrooms between our group of eight. Good showers and water pressure. Lovely terrace for sitting on. That we had to leave

It looked like the pictures, it had air conditioning as advertised, it wasn’t infested with ants. We really appreciated that the listing wasn’t false and the quick response from the host who made sure we got in right away even though it was earlier than their listed check in time! N/A

• Daisy (8/5): Very convenient apartment and the host was lovely, helpful and very communicative. - The location of the property was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have been more central. It was fairly quiet even though it was in the centre. The apartment itself was very spacious with a lovely living area, kitchen and a nice terrace to sit outside! Lots of furniture for the amount of guests too. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Parts of the apartment felt like they were a bit dated and could do with modernising/ updating. The wooden bed in one of the bedrooms was quite short (for tall people it is too small) and it was also very creaky as it is clearly quite old and needs replacing.

• Rees (9/5): Our stay was great. The apartment is large and in a great area, walkable to almost everything. - Great location and large apartment. Balcony was nice as well. Could be cleaned a little better (smashed bugs on walls in bedroom). Also, didn’t know about night time noise curfew until after we arrived. No cushions on outdoor furniture until we requested.
• Sara (7/5): Very good apartment, great location. - We stayed in the apartment with our kids for five days and had a great time. The location is perfect—walking distance to the old city of Florence, with lots of bars, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The host was very kind, and the instructions for parking and entering the apartment were clear and helpful. The furniture is a bit old-fashioned and bulky. Our main issue was parking— the nearby option was very expensive, which we hadn’t planned for. The cheaper parking was farther away, and when we tried to get there, the road was closed, so we ended up skipping it.

Small things because everything was so lovely. A couple.of the beds were very squeaky. Had trouble working the dryer.

• Louise (10/5): Great place for a family on Florence - Great apartment, lots of space, 3 bathrooms, which is great with a family of 5. Andrea, the host is amazing, so helpful and friendly. Great location - short walk to all the sites and so many restaurants, etc, in every direction.
• Monique (8/5): Beautiful authentic stay in Florence in large apartment. - Excellent location and quiet apartment. Authentic Italian apartment with antique furniture. Little noise from apartment upstairs at times. Extra cleaning needed in some areas.

The host was very attentive and let us leave the bags in the apartment before and after the check in. This is still a 10 star review even though I found a bed bug in the sofa bed, this seems to be something across Europe. It didn’t have a lift neither and the stair is steep.

Clean and spacious with enough seating, cutlery and crockery for number of guests. General use items were provided like toilet rolls, washing up cloths and soap, dishwasher fluid and shower gel. One of the rooms had a very squeaky bed and aircon did not work in the same room.

Large apartment, great chandeliers in some bedrooms (and my bathroom). Linens and towels were immaculate. Bakery next door is NOT to be missed for pastries, bread and six flavours of biscotti. Lots of small mini-supermarkets nearby for essentials Some noise from the bakery very early morning, but earplugs would sort this

• Cannataro (9/5): A stunning apartment close to the heart of Florence. You have to stay here! - The property was stunning. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. There were air conditioners in all rooms which was amazing to have, in this heat. The location was central to all key sites. Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay and Andrea was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.
• Maria (7/5): Good - Location was brilliant. Lovely terrace. Very comfortable and clean. There were 9 of us, and I would say on terrace, you need to get rid of plant containers not used just so you can get round table. The electric goes out constantly even when not a lot is on. In 1 hour, we had to turn electric on 15 times. Not owners fault, but builders were in from 7.30 am doing stuff and drilling. Maybe a heads-up would be polite. There are not enough cups and wine glasses for 9. Need to have at least 10 of everything.
• Antonietta (8/5): Enjoyable stay in Florence - It is conveniently located, close to most major tourist attractions, many dining options nearby and a market within a 2 market which sold fresh fruits and vegetables. Very spacious for our large group of eight. Lovely terrace to sit out on and enjoy an espresso. Some large furniture pieces were cluttered with items that either belonged to the owner or had been left by previous tourists.
• Lynne (8/5): Had a brilliant stay and would definitely stay there again. - The location of the apartment is fantastic and it was very spacious for 6 people. The terrace is the biggest plus for this, it’s a fantastic space to chill out! The owner Andrea was a lovely guy, extremely helpful and kept in touch regularly prior to our arrival. One of the beds was very noisy, could do with new mattress or springs? The outdoor furniture needs a deep clean.
• Erek (10/5): Nice Apartment. Good location. Would stay again. - The apartment was clean and spacious enough for our group of 7. Beds were comfortable. We used the washer a few times and set the clothes out on the patio to dry. The neighborhood was good... slightly on the outskirts of the main tourist area so there was a good mix of locals in the area with nice cafe's and bakeries as well. The Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio was right around the corner which was nice for fresh produce, cheeses, meats, etc. It was about a 15 min. walk to the city center and main tourist locations. Didn't like the mosquitos out on the patio but that was a problem in the whole city of Florence. There were none inside the apartment.
• Yasmin (10/5): I would stay here again and again. Andrea was very accommodating to our needs and he was friendly too. - I liked that it was spacious for a large group of ten people. I loved to have AC in every room, and every tool we needed to eat and drink was in the kitchen. I liked everything.

• Char (10/5): Wonderful Apartment and host - The host was great, we asked for a Christmas tree and she provided it along with decorations, the apartment was spacious, the kitchen had lots of space for cooking, and she communicated with me every time I asked a question. Very nice apartment. We stayed at 3 apartments during our trip and this was one of the favorites. The only complaints I have are there was hair in one of the showers, it was a little dusty, and 2 of the beds were noisy. They appeared to need new bed springs or new mattresses.

Quiet 3 bedroom apartment with nice kitchen 3 full baths, living room and beautiful balcony (patio) overlooking internal courtyard. Apartment is conveniently located, walk-to many sightseeing destinations in less than 20 minutes. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, outdoor markets all within 5 minute walks. Excellent location.

The location was also great, close to the Duomo and other places of interest. There’s also a bakery with delicious focaccia right next door. Would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment!!
