• c (1/5): - The pictures shown to us...sadly they did not meet what was actually given to us. The apartment looked like we had disturbed the team of workers who were installing 'stuff'. Wires and screws left on the floor. Kitchen utensils and crockery were dusty and unclean. No curtains/blinds on either side of the 'living room/kitchen area so light during the night and the next building could see directly into the room. The light in the room between room and bathroom was automatic but fo bright it woke us up each time one of us needed to go yo the bathroom and stayed on for 30mins,there was no off switch Landing outside the room was also where the toilets for downstairs deli were positioned so very noisy and not secure as the bottom door was constantly left open. We booked 2 nights but could only stand the first night and left. Complaints sent to company took them 3 weeks to respond and no apology for the move on the 2nd night. We would not stay there again nor with the company who appear to go under 2 different names. First time ever we have left a property early, had we not been do shattered from driving to the room on the first night (6 hours drive) we could not have stayed at all.
• Stephen (9/5): Well worth the cost , plus stay again due to location wouldn’t let the small shower room put me off - Fantastic location to get around town , clean everything you needed Shower room very very small , bifold door across toilet which you had to shut once in to use toilet but it was very squeaky and rattled open & closing which work other person up

• Jean (10/5): - Apartment was big and had lots of space to get about in. Location fantastic. Lucy and orr, think that was her name were very obliging and helpful when i spoke to them. Apologies if other name is wrong. Bed was so comfy. Had a few issues which have been resolved.

• Suzanna (8/5): Very good - Very clean , very roomy . It's was exactly how it was shown online no surprises. Comfy double bed . Was right in the middle of all shops pubs and cafes. The only thing I could say bad is that its very hard to find. It needs a proper map showing what shops are near and what to look out for so its easy to find
• Brown (10/5): Amazing beautiful place x - Love everything single thing about it from top to bottom. But please be aware the shower is amazing but do not turn the kitchen two on when someone's in the shower because it's makes the water so hot it burns you. The shower burnt my son's neck and shoulders when I turned the kitchen hen tap on
• Oxluv’ (8/5): Spacious appartement in centre of Maldon, public parking very near, good communication - Location was great, just off Maldon's High street. Very convenient M&S and cafés pretty much downstairs. Large public paying parking very near. Nice appartement, roomy, the bedroom was large, the double bed very comfortable. Very good communication with the staff through booking.com app throughout. Unfortunately the sofa bed in sitting room was not comfortable at all and the linen supposed to be used for it was not exactly adapted size-wise and even though it was clean, it was old, tired and didn't smell particularly fresh. There was no hairdryer and we had only two bath towels for three of us, we looked everywhere but didn't find one. We had to open the windows when we arrived, it was very stuffy, had not been aired properly since last occupants.
• Michael (6/5): It was ideally placed for the high street and nice coffee shops - Location in Maldon. Sofa ‘flipping’ bed, it was very uncomfortable and not ideal as a bed.
• Gillian (8/5): Very comfortable and an excellent location. - We had a problem on check in. Niche apartments were easily contactable, pleasant and quickly resolved the problem.. --
• Claire (8/5): Overall a good comfortable stay. - Easy to find, very central location with public car park very nearby. Instructions to access the apartment were clear. Nice to have own space and be able to cook own meals. Bed was very comfortable. Shower could do with a better clean. A warning about the very hot water at the kitchen sink would be useful. Provision of teatowels would be appreciated. Dressing table of some kind in the bedroom would be a nice addition.
• Jason (5/5): Passable - The bedroom was nice and the bed was really comfortable It was too noisy doors banging and deliver lorries unloading between 4 and 5 every morning
• Hazel (8/5): Lovely apartment but location can be noisy early morning. - The apartment is lovely, really cosy and with a decently equipped kitchen for self-catering. The only thing slightly negative aspect is that the bar on the ground floor moves their barrels & glass recycling at around 4am each morning. Bit of a shock on the first night being woken up that early but if you're comfortable sleeping with earplugs its not too much of a problem.
