• Grace (8/5): Great room, good location - would stay again! - Clean, tidy, good bathroom and comfy bed. Check in process was unclear and left us waiting around in the sun to be able to access the building to store luggage

• Nicola (7/5): Ideal for one night stay near the Roma termini - Very clean, great shower & bathroom. A bit difficult finding our way in. Made it with the help of young women in appmt next door & the helpful porter. After dinner had problems getting in again. Luckily a man came out so we got that way 🌞

• Carole (9/5): Modern room and bathroom in central location with good local restaurants. - Modern room and shower with a shared kitchen. Very good location, 10 minutes walk from the station. We walked to all the main attractions. Very nice local restaurants near by. Nothing, all good.

Only complaint was empty shampoo in the bathroom but really wasn’t a problem & the goods of the property outweigh this!

• Sharon (9/5): Comfortable in nice neighborhood - The Horti Sallustio is a well appointed small 6 room boutique type hotel in a very nice area of Rome. The rooms are clean and modern, quiet. T b ere is a well appointed modern kitchenette at the end of the short hall with coffee and tea available. This is self check-in which would work well if the manager was good at communicating. We had our passport and personal info accepted days before arriving but then heard nothing. A couple happened to leave the Horti Sallustio when we were wondering what to do and told us they had experienced the same problem upon arriving. Fortunately they had a valid phone # and we were able to make contact with b the woman who then texted us the entry code. From that point on everything was very good.
• Iacopo (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno nella bellissima Roma - Posizione molto vicina a Termini ma comunque in una zona tranquilla, palazzo molto bello. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e anche di una bella vista. Ottimo anche la sala comune con la possibilità di te caffè ed il deposito bagagli molto apprezzato. Ascensore un po vecchio in linea con il palazzo, qualche piccolo intervento alle mattonelle o qualche usura nella stanza, ma niente di particolarmente grave.

• Nicolette (5/5): Goeie plek. Hotel niet geweldig. - De locatie was goed. Iets verder van het centrum (20 min lopen) maar veilig en in een leuk oud pand en leuke eettentjes in de buurt. De kluis en de airco deed het niet. Beide gemeld maar op de kluis helemaal geen reactie gekregen en over de airco kregen we het antwoord dat het raam dicht moet wat we natuurlijk ook al hadden geprobeerd. In de badkamer liggen alle tegels los wat niet alleen onhygiënisch is maar ook ongezond omdat schimmel onder de tegels vormt. Gordijnen hangen los en schimmel rond het raam op de muur.

• Fernanda (10/5): - Fácil acesso, relativamente próximo aos centro turístico (fácil acesso andando) e ao mesmo tempo um pouco afastado e área tranquila durante o dia e a noite. Próximo a restaurantes locais com pouco turistas e comida boa. Apartamento limpo e espaçoso, área externa dos apartamentos e cozinha de apoio muito boa para a realidade de quem viaja e tem que se adequar a momento de checkin e checkout.

• Gloria (8/5): Consiglio - Struttura pulita è molto comoda vicino la stazione termini, camere bene arredate e spaziose, bagno molto moderno pulito e doccia molto comoda Unica cosa negativa non funzionava la ventola nel bagno e la televisione non funzionava, credo abbia un timer impostato a 00 perchè durante la notte si è accesa svegliandoci. Ma nulla da dire per il resto

• Mina (7/5): Muy tranquilo y cómodo. - La ubicación está muy bien y estaba todo muy limpio. Era muy tranquilo. Me gustó mucho el surtido de cafés y revistas. La cafetera de la zona común no funcionaba el segundo día, ni un grifo de la ducha. Las habitaciones se abren por códigos, nos dimos cuenta que la nuestra se podía abrir de un empujón.

Nous avons pu accéder qu’à 18h30 au lieu de 15h, la chambre n’était pas prête. Nous avons attendu toute l’aprés-midi sous la pluie. Inacceptable au prix payé. Il n’y a pas de shampoing ni de gel douche. La chambre très mal insonorisée, on entend tout.

• Dardana (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage, aber die Sauberkeit ist noch verbesserungsfähig. - Tolle Lage – alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, trotzdem abends angenehm ruhig. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig – das Bad war nicht gründlich gereinigt, die Toilette war nicht richtig sauber, und an der weißen Tür waren viele Fingerabdrücke und Make-up-Spuren zu sehen. Außerdem habe ich den Tür-PIN nicht wie angekündigt am Vortag erhalten und musste mich am Anreisetag selbst darum kümmern.

• Eleanor (9/5): Lovely place in a great location! - Lovely room with great services such as a smart tv, good aircon and a very nice bathroom. Great location if you don’t mind a walk to the attractions- far enough away from the busy areas which we liked. We also really enjoyed the communal areas such as the kitchen with a coffee station and a bonus bathroom which was handy when we’d checked out but waiting to leave for a train. Really recommend! To open the main door to the building you had to ring a number which was normally absolutely fine however occasionally I couldn’t get service which was slightly annoying.
• Sirat (8/5): Luxurious, clean and modern - The location was great, lots of restaurants nearby! The place itself was super clean and modern. The toiletries provided were luxurious, now I am a fan of Culti too! The owner was swift to respond whenever needed and was friendly overall. We only stayed for 2 nights. There was an issue with the air conditioner, it was stopping automatically after 2-3 hours. Must be an issue with timer but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

• Melissa (8/5): Perfetto - Camera assolutamente pulita! Colazione non inclusa ma c'è una zona con the e caffè a disposizione. ( se gli altri ospiti fossero così educati da pulire le loro tazze e briciole sarebbe anche meglio). Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo scarico del wc che non caricava l'acqua, si sono scusati e ci hanno cambiato di camera. Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo! Asciugamani e lenzuola pulite, kit di cortesia con cotton fioc, dischetti struccanti, balsamo, e una piccola crema corpo. In corridoio c'è un profumatore veramente buono, come il profumo dei loro shampoo e bagnoschiuma.
