• Karolin (9/5): - Kuigi tänav oli lärmakas, asus apartment sisehoovis kus polnud absoluutselt müra. Apartment oli puhas ja ilus.
• Francesca (9/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione era ottima. La pizzeria vicino alla nostra stanza era anche molto buona. Era inoltre molto vicina ad un Tesco, alla Sinagoga, ai locali più in voga e soprattutto a tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Se dovessimo tornare a Budapest la terremo di nuovo in considerazione. La strada di notte è tranquilla, eravamo tre ragazze in viaggio e ci siamo sentite al sicuro. Non abbiamo trovato il letto pronto al nostro arrivo e nel portone c’era tanta spazzatura accumulata. I giorni successivi hanno iniziato dei lavori di pristino dell’entrata.

• CarmeGM (8/5): Budapest es una ciudad espectacular - La ubicación, sin duda. En la misma calle del ruin bar Szimpla Kert RUIN BAR, una calle muy transitada, lleno de bares y restaurantes, cerca del metro Astoria (Linia 2) y cerca de la Gran Sinagoga. Perfecto si quieres pasar 3-4 días en Budapest. Aunque por fuera la puerta da un poco de "miedo" el apartamento está totalmente reformado. Lo único que eché en falta fue una cafetera... muy necesaria en mi caso, que no me vale el "soluble". Aunque hay un Costa cerca y en el Tesco puedes comprarlo a un precio más económico (un café con leche ronda los 4,50€ en mayo 2026).

• Jennifer (7/5): - La zona è centrale e molto comoda per spostarsi ovunque a piedi Alla sera la via è super animata essendoci il szimpla kert a 5 metri. Il palazzo è un po' fatiscente ma la camera all' interno è ben tenuta con un nuovo arredamento ed è pulita. Consiglio la possibilità di fare check-in autonomamente in quanto attendere l' arrivo di qualcuno ad aprire non è comodo soprattutto se devi coordinarti con gli orari, potrebbe capitare come a noi di dover attendere al freddo per 15 minuti. Inoltre consentirebbe il check in tardivo senza costi aggiuntivi che sinceramente non trovato piacevole.

Die Couch mussten wir uns dann selber aufbetten. Tolle Idee mit den Ohropax! Diese waren aber auch nur für vier Personen vorhanden. Die super Regendusche war leider auch defekt. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Appartement mit super Preis-Leistjngsverhältnis

The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and everything was exactly as described. What stood out the most was how helpful and responsive the host was! truly exceptional service! The place was a bit small but had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our short stay. It was beautifully decorated inside and very comfortable to access due to the fact it was on the ground floor. It was always warm inside and the AC worked well. No complaints and would definitely recommend the place!

• Mckie (10/5): I LOVED my trip and my stay and the recommendations from the staff is brilliant - The location and rooms were absolutely perfect I really enjoyed my trip and stay here Location is right on the strip of the ruin bars but that’s obviously going to come with noise due to that but I couldn’t fault it as the price is so reasonable

• Pavlína (8/5): Pěkné bydlení kousek od centra. - Ideální lokace na poznávání metropole, 10min od zastávek, včetně té z které jede autobus na letiště (100E). V okolí spousta možností jídla a zábavy. Na 3 noci pro dva dostačující. Hlučná ulice do ranních hodin ( věděli jsme předem dle recenzí), měli jsme připravené špunty do uší od hostitele. V koupelně byla celou dobu cítit kanalizace. Okolí a vnitroblok nereprezentují vnitřní byty.

• Moa (9/5): - Det var nära centrum. Välskött, mycket bra personal som var tillmötesgående. Vi råkade låsa in kortet och dem kom hit snabbt och hjälpte oss, trots att det var relativt sent. Det var högljutt och man hörde igenom mycket från gatan. De hade lämnat öronproppar vid nattduksbordet så det kändes som att de tagit till kritiken från tidigare gäster. I övrigt mycket nöjd.

Metro abbastanza vicina. mancava bagnoschiuma nella doccia, ma ho incontrato le signore delle pulizie che quando gliel'ho fatto notare hanno provveduto subito a riempire il contenitore

• Massi (9/5): Budapest in coppia - La stanza è molto pulita e silenziosissima, nonostante si trovi nella via del famosissimo Szimpla Kert, il pub più iconico della citta', se cercate una cosa minimal è l'ideale, lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. E' situata vicino alla Sinagoga e al quartiere ebraico, e' a poca distanza dalle attrazioni principali, in circa 10 - 15 minuti a piedi arrivi nei maggiori siti d'interesse, a 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metro e la stazione dei bus. Consigliato per single e coppie.
• Joelle (10/5): Great experience - Great location, very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. For me personally (I’m 58) it was harder to get up the stairs to the double bed, so I used the single bed in the living room. I guess not an issue for younger people.

• Cher (5/5): A Room in an Apartment not an Actual Apartment - The staff are friendly, helpful and very responsive, which allowed for peace of mind. Everything with regards to the check-in and check-out procedure went smoothly. One of the recptionists was even nice enough to assist us with the public transport app and offer some information. The location, while on a very noisy street, is central and well connected to public transport routes, making reaching touristic destinations and places of interest very easy. The apartment is nicely decorated and modern. There are grocery stores close-by within a short walking distance for basic every day needs, which is a great convenience. There are also quite a few good restaurants within close proximity to the property making evening dinners when returning back after a day out easy. The apartment is the size of a regualr hotel room, hardly a studio apartment (I have stayed in studio apartments before). It is a room with a private ensure bathroom and private door in what used to be a sizeable apartment that apparently has been split i to different 'studio apartments'. The walls between each so-called apartments are paper thin. We did not enjoy hearing our neighbours take a shower at 2:30am. From a family perspective, perhaps the worst bit is the street it is on. Unfortunately it is on a street full of nighclubs and bats, the apartment itself is just above a nightclub, which is great for people wanting to stay up and party during their holiday, but this is certainly not ideal for families who want to rest during the night for a full day of sightseeing the next morning. Loud music kept us up as late as 4am one night. In the early morning, sometime between 7am and 8am, bin wagons and waste collection services disturb you again. So just as you finally start to get some rest, you are once again disturbed by loud noises just outside the apartment. This should've been better explained in the description so that people are able to make an informed decision, especially when the company as several other properties to choose from, perhaps in quieter areas. The main bed is exceptionally low, below knee length if you stand beside it - personally too low. The bathroom has a very modern shower however 3/4 of the functions do not work and the hot water supply is terrible - 2 of us ended up having a cold shower as there was not enough hot water for 3 of us to shower. In terms of cleanliness, it is so so. The bedding was clean, but the floor needs to be cleaned better - our socks turned brown within 5 minutes of walking on the floor, and our son even managed to find Mentos left by previous guests. The internet is terribly slow, to the point that it is practically useless.

• Maurizio (10/5): Soggiorno a Budapest Hollydays Courtyard - Posizione perfetta per raggiungere le principali attrazioni, strada piena di vita notturna. Ci torneremo. L'ingresso dell'edificio ha un impatto scoraggiante, ma giustificato dal contesto storico dell'edificio. Entrando nell'appartamento dimentichi tutto per la bellezza e la cura dei dettagli.

Маленький розмір кімнати, дивани в пилюці (у сина алергія на пил, і він не міг спокійно спати на одному із диванів), сестру покусали клопи ( Дивани потрібно замінити або вичистити від пилу.

• Morgane (5/5): BRUYANT ! IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR AVANT 4H DU MATIN ! - L'emplacement malgré le bruit à partir de très tôt dans la journée et très tard dans la nuit. Literie trop petite pour 2 personnes. Tellement bruyant qu'ils mettent à disposition des bouchons d'oreilles qui bien évidemment ne font pas le taff pour couvrir le bruit incessant des bars jusqu'à 3-4h du matin. Nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir les deux nuits. Je ne le conseille pas aux couples, aux familles, tout sauf pour les fêtards. De plus, le hall dans lequel se trouve les chambres ressemble à un hall pour drogués, ça fait limite peur. D'ailleurs, aucune indication pour trouver l'établissement dans la rue, nous avons eu des difficultés, car la personne qui nous accueillait, malgré notre heure précise d'arrivée, est arrivée 15 minutes plus tard.

• Yanal (10/5): Toppen - Läget är perfekt. Rent och välstädat Rummet var ganska litet. Korridoren var välbelyst, men innergården mot gatan hade dålig belysning. Det finns till och med en liten trappa där man kan snubbla. Automatlampan tänds först när man har nått porten.

• KLEDYA (10/5): Accogliente e soddisfacente - La struttura è accogliente, ordinata e soprattutto pulita. La camera è dotata di ogni comfort, è ampia e luminosa. Il bagno è comodo, la doccia grande. Il servizio pulizie è incluso e gratuito ogni giorno del soggiorno. Lo staff è cordiale, disponibile e attento. Ogni mia richiesta è stata soddisfatta, per qualsiasi problema ho avuto l’opportunità di contattarli. Inoltre è disponibile il deposito bagagli prima del check in e dopo il checkout. Che dire se non PERFETTA. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura in pieno centro.

• William (6/5): - Wonderful place apartment in the centre and one of the best places you could be unfortunately woke up in the morning to the door to the courtyard being open for anyone to come in but the following evening to have an interesting altercation with someone claiming to be a local who lives there leaving the door open and arguing with me when I tried to close it threatening to call the police but when I told him to call the police quickly disappeared into the courtyard leaving us despite the brilliant location and all of the safety measures in place was still left feeling unsafe The fact that when I was going to bed at night that people still had access to the courtyard and when threatened with them calling the police on me they instantly disappeared into the darkness there's a very extreme lack of safety despite all of the measures put in place to make you feel safe there is a general lack of safety from both locals and other tourists who have no respect or care for other people in the courtyard area
• nicole (9/5): - The location is brilliant, slightly noisy at night but not enough to miss sleep. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We arrived very late due to a delay but we were Met at the apartment and given the key. This did cost us £20 extra.
• Diletta (9/5): - So happy, Everything was literally perfect. Good price, amazing location, great cleaning and everything looked basically new. If I have to find something that I didn’t like I would say I usually prefer having a bigger pillow to sleep, Ive found the one at the property quite small. But still no complaining, very pleased with everything.

• HAO (4/5): - Location is super good, room is clean. At 8:30 am, an unknown man used a room card to open our door without any prior notice or authorization. This unexpected intrusion seriously violated our sense of security and left us feeling extremely unsafe
• Hannah (2/5): - L’établissement était propre. L'appartement était excessivement bruyant ce qui n'était pas précisé dans la description. Nous entendions tous les bruits de la rue et des bars avoisinants qui nous empêchaient de dormir. La porte de l'immeuble était très bruyante également, ce qui fait que nous entendions tous les allers et venus en permanence, la porte claquant à chaque fois. L'insonorisation générale est très mauvaise, nous entendions les voisins des autres étages et des chambres à côté. Le service de l'hôtel n’a pas voulu nous déplacer et n'a pas non plus accepté de nous dédommager. Le personnel n’a globalement pas été compréhensif et n’a jamais cherché à trouver de solution précisant qu’ils nous pouvaient rien faire.

• Pornphan (1/5): i would never recommend this stay i would tell people not to use this company. i think we should get a full refund they - the room was clean every evening there was loud dance music until 2am from the club below our room. the music started at 8.30pm some evenings from the club below our room. we had to get up early to photograph the sunrise so we got no sleep. We did shopping bought food to cook to use the electric cooker but wasted our time and money buying food because the electric cooker did not work. the internet signal did not work most of the time and when we tried to contact the owners during our stay to complain and let them know nobody answered our emails or messages. but there was somebody there quickly to take our money on the first night, no one available to fix our complaints. we asked for the room to be changed on the second night but nobody got back to us. the music was extremely loud.

• Martyna (7/5): - Perfect location, the street it’s located on is lovely and clean. Right next to a beautiful food market. The room was clean. The shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. The heating system was very loud when turned on.

• Eduardo Real II Almarez (9/5): - I like the location because it is so close to the city centre. There are amenities available in the room- dishes, cutleries, microwave, wine glass, and even a hob! so when you are on a budget when travelling and not splurge much on eating out all the time, this is the best accommodation. Close to Tesco Express and Lidl. It's also close to a lot of restaurants and the Ruins Bar! Because it was snowing, it felt cold. The duvets were not thick enough but can't complain as we should have been ready as well. overall, quite happy with the stay.
