• Wan Chen (3/5): 他們的服務態度不是很推薦 - 我們訂購的是家庭房（5人），有兩大一小床位，住起來很舒服且環境乾淨整齊，但美中不足的是餐廳只有四張椅子，少一張，我告知房東有此問題，但房東只回答我們要接受現況（4張椅子）。 房東處理事情的態度很消極，住宿第三天，我們突然發現熱水器沒有熱水，第一時間就立即反映給房東，但房東沒有立刻跑來現場或委托別人來解決，卻用信箱郵件與我們耗近兩個小時間來溝通，這個過程中，總是我們在提供解決問題的方法，然後房東再被動回應我們可不可行；最後，我們反應想要去另外一個房間洗澡來解決沒有熱水的問題，房東突然叫我們去另外一間房間嘗試開啟熱水器按鈕，但同時又警告我們，如果使用另一房間的浴室要付服務費，此解決問題的態度真的是很不積極，又很害怕我們危害到他的利益，他的服務態度真的很不推薦。

• Hang Hong (6/5): Convenient location, but not the best for a young family. - The location is conveniently close to a subway / metro / train station, so it was easy to get around. The host was also friendly and responsive. When we arrived, there was no indication of what WiFi / password to use, but on contacting the host, he quickly responded with that info. The unit has everything as described, although some of the translation is not perfect. The photos showed everything about the unit, just as it is. Although the unit was in a very convenient location, it is in a rougher area of Osaka. At night, we witnessed some drunks, and there are many smokers out and about. As for the unit itself, as with any Japanese living dwelling, you would expect to have a floor that is clean and be a space where you can either walk barefoot or with slippers. Although the photos showed everything clean and without dust, the floor was actually a bit sticky and greasy, which is not possible to show through photos. It almost seemed like people were walking with shoes inside the unit before, though it was well vacuumed. There were 3 pairs of slippers provided, and on arrival I had asked for more pairs as we were a family of five, but the host declined to provide more. The host did suggest to have us provide photos to them and that they can come with cleaning service. Since my stay was not that long, and having cleansing done during the stay can be disruptive, I declined. There is a washing machine, but it does not have a drying function. You would have to dry on the coat hanger rack. The two bigger beds were comfortable enough, but the single bed was rather uncomfortable (you can really feel the springs of the mattress).

• Hrushikesh (9/5): Great stay, proximity to metro station, convenience store and totally worth the money. - The facilities are exactly as shown in the images. Neat and clean room, washrooms and small little litchen. There was only one utensil provided to cook. One more would have been great.

• Blakey (8/5): Good stay , the bar downstairs is amazing . Beds were soft and it was nice to have a washer. - It was very big and the beds were really comfortable. Some cleanliness issues. The vents and fans were dusty. Rough neighborhoods, lots of drinking , smoking on the street.
• Frida (8/5): great for group of friends traveling - great location, close to subway station with lots of restaurants/conbini nearby. perfect amount of space for 5 people and nice clean facilities beds were not that comfy, there is a bar on the 1st floor that was noisy/filled the apt with cigarette smoke smell

• 賢一 (8/5): ほぼ満足です。 - 家族５人で泊まるのにちょうどいい広さでした。値段も安く助かりました。 食器などが備え付けてありましたが、お皿やコップの数がバラバラで人数分ありませんでした。
• Yasumi (6/5): - 駅から近いこと、洗濯ができたこと タオル干し等があるとなお良かった。スリッパはできれば拭ける素材か、使い捨てだとありがたいと思った。ヤカンがあるとなおよかった。 もう少し拭き掃除がされているとなお良かった。
• Emily (9/5): とても素敵な宿泊体験でした！！ - 駅に近く、清潔で必要なものは全て揃っている。 玄関のドア。 内でも外でも、鍵をかけるために一度ドアノブを上にグッとあげる必要があります。 これが直せるものなら直していただければ完璧になると思います。また、直せないものならば、鍵の掛け方について事前に説明があるといいかと思います。 初日、鍵をかけることにすごく戸惑ったので。

• JINGJIE (1/5): - The weather was hot, and the air conditioning wasn’t working well. It was even stuffier indoors than outside. I reported it to the landlord, but nothing was fixed, so I ended up finding another place to sleep outside.
• hikari (7/5): 通天閣へのアクセスはかなり良く、電車も近くて快適。 - 洗濯機やシンク、冷蔵庫がしっかり付いていて助かりました。 洗濯洗剤もあり、ベットも寝心地が良くてぐっすりねれました！洗濯機があるので、我が家は干す為のハンガーなどを持ち込みました！あると便利です！ お風呂の清掃が少し甘いかと、、、。清掃が行き届かないのであれば泡ハイターや洗剤を置いてて欲しいかな、と思いました。 洗面台やシンクは問題無く綺麗でした。また西成のど真ん中なので、ホテルの周りで酒盛りしてる人達が沢山居て免疫ない人は怖いと思います。また女性だけでの夜の外出などもオススメしません。

• Veerapol (7/5): Over All is Good to Saty at Haginochaya Serenity Suites. - The surounding location a bit run down. Many homeless people asking for money along the way to Haginochaya Serenity Suites which is a little scarely. But one of the evening that I stayed there I saw 3 police men patroling the street near this apatment ! Location wise is rather good about 750 meters to JR Shin- Imamiya station about 950 meters to Nankai Shin-Immamiya Station. Distance about 550 meters to Midosuji line Dobutsuen-Mae station Exit #9 ( No Elevature ) Stair only. Street is a bit scarely many homeless and old drunk people walk outside this facility. Room is a little noicy when the hot water boiler start working when the room down stair or up stair start to turn on hot water inside their rooms. There is no cleaning service or service to change bed cover or change the bath towel eventhough we stay in the same room for 6 - 7 nights. There is no security lock at the main entrance door to the apartment building so anyone can just get in at night and walk up stair to the door of your room. There is no security camera at all out side and inside the building !

• Andreina (7/5): Ok for what we paid. - Very good price. Opposite railway. Not noisy but you get a few homeless and drinks sitting along the street. Bar directly under room little noisy at night. Floors filthy. Need more than a sweep. Visible streaks of dirtyness. No dryer in room and no wear to hang clothes so can’t wash clothes.
