• Raquel (8/5): - Adoramos a localização. o espaço e simplicidade do apartamento. A Internet não funcionou e logo a televisão também não. Quem ficou nos quartos que dão para a rua principal não conseguiu dormir devido ao barulho da rua, por ser uma rua principal e muito movimentada, as janelas deveriam ser trocadas para um isolamento dos barulhos.

• Elena (10/5): - Posizione, pulizia, disponibilità del personale! Posizione ottima per visitare la città, quartiere servito e tranquillo. Casa spaziosa, pulita, comoda! Molto comodi i due bagni di cui uno in camera. Molto gentile lo staff, il bollitore era rotto e lo hanno subito sostituito. Comodissima anche la lavatrice! Mancava l’ascensore e l’asciugacapelli, il wifi non funzionava in alcuni momenti.
• Sylvie (9/5): Emplacement top et séjour agréable - L’emplacement est top et l’accès au logement est très facile. L’appartement est très propre et vraiment spacieux. Un peu bruyant mais on s’y adapte. La literie est un peu trop ferme pour nous mais c’est un goût personnel.

• Marion (7/5): Très bien pour un séjour à Barcelone mais l’appartement n’a rien de particulier - Arrivée et départ autonome, facile à trouver, proche de la Sagrada Famiglia, grand appartement, propre Beaucoup d’espace inutilisé, fenêtres très peu isolées et bruit de la rue (travaux juste en dessous le matin)

• Thomas (8/5): Sehr großes, sauberes aber schon älteres Apartment - Die Größe des Apartments und die Lage waren perfekt. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine war praktisch. Das 3. Zimmer ist fast schon ein eigenes Apartment. In den beiden kleineren Zimmern die zur Straße zeigen war es sehr laut wegen dem Straßenlärm. Hört so gegen 23:00 auf. Ich habe daher ab dem 3. Tag auf der Couch geschlafen. Die Couch war aber sehr komfortabel. Im Eingangsbereich wurden Wände entfernt, daher schwingt der Boden. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran.

• Cecchinello (7/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento era effettivamente molto valida per gli spostamenti avendo anche 2 bambini siamo riusciti ad andare ovunque e fare anche camminate. Quartiere tranquillo. Cucina ben attrezzata e letti comodi . Appartamento molto spazioso. La pulizia dei pavimenti era piuttosto carente, un condizionatore non era funzionante (sostituito da un termosifone elettrico) e sarebbe utile qualche mobile /cassettiera per riporre le proprie cose oltre che qualche gancio nei bagni per appendere gli asciugamani.

• Evelyn (10/5): Un excelente lugar - El alojamiento estaba en muy excelente ubicación cerca de estaciones de metro y cerca de la Sagrada Familia, podia caminar cómodamente a varios lugares, tenia restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca y el lugar estaba excelente, grande cómodo con cocina, sala, baños, cuartos, tuvimos una experiencia muy bonita a pesar de estar a la orilla de la calle no se escucha tanto ruido y puedes descansar muy bien, las camas muy comodas, los baños amplios la verdad quede encantada con mucho gusto regreso al mismo lugar la siguiente vez que vaya a Barcelona
• Ela (5/5): - Sehr geräumiges Apartment. Gute Lage, nicht weit weg von Sagrada Familia. Nette Besitzer, über WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Bett hat sich mit jeder Bewegung verschoben, sodass wir auf einmal halbes Metter von der Wand entfernt waren. Es war sehr kalt (Februar). Als wir die Heizung über die Klimaanlage angemacht haben, gab es einen Stromausfall. Das Wasser wird vermutlich selten verwendet und hat Kalk eingelagert. Jedenfalls habe ich mir am Abend das Gesicht gewaschen und am nächsten Tag war mein Gesicht voller Pickel. Nachdem ich den Preis für die Übernachtung bezahlt habe, musste ich überraschenderweise ein Depot in Höhe von 300€ bezahlen, damit wir überhaupt in die Wohnung reinkommen konnten. Alles in allem, war es eher ein negatives Ereignis, trotz positiven Aspekten. Die Nachteile hatten überwogen.

• Carmina (8/5): - Piso modernista reformado bien ubicado. Muy coqueto y amplio. De techos altos, puertas y ventanas de madera y suelo hidráulico. Los baños son fríos. Hace falta un calefactor. Si vas para varios días no hay estanterías para guardar la ropa y demás. Sólo unos colgadores.

• Maryse (7/5): Allez y pour le décalage d’une vie à la française et le rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement mais prévoir un budget parking pour 24h soit 35 euros en sus. Le charme de l’ancien mais prévoir le bruit jusque tard dans la nuit car les huisseries sont très anciennes et ouvertes pour certaines. La literie et la propreté. Pour une nuit ce fut nickel ! Le bruit … mais il paraît que c’est la vie à l’espagnol !

TV is turned on but was not able to select any options( like not able to connect YouTube,etc). On the whole TV was not giving any experience and one of bath room water tab pipe was having leakage and had a discomfort in taking bath.

• Justo (2/5): No volvería a alojarme allí. - La cercanía al lugar de nuestra reunión. La suciedad, los ruidos, la dificultad para comunicarse con ellos (12 llamadas antes de ser atendido), la mala explicación de como acceder al apartamento (era imposible descubrir la pantalla de la puerta pues había un cajetín para llaves que nos despistaba y la pantalla para poner el código la descubrimos de chiripa al tocar el manillar de la puerta. Carece de ascensor y/o rampa que lo haga accesible a personas, ya no en silla de ruedas sino con dificultad para andar o problemas de rodilla. El apartamento esta muy poco cuidado, los muebles son de IKEA en el mejor de los casos, las mesitas de la habitación más grande son ridículas de tamaño y sin una mesa o silla para poder trabajar en la habitación. Carece de armarios para colgar la ropa, En resumen: un desastre. El peor alojamiento en el que he estado en Barcelona.

• Ilona (9/5): Polecam na krótkie pobyty. - Przestronny apartament, self check-in, dwie łazienki, klimatyzowane sypialnie i posiadają również wiatraki, bardzo dobra lokaIizacja Apartament znajduje się na piętrze, a brak jest windy w budynku, jedynie wąskie schody. W kuchni przydałby się piekarnik. Materace dość niewygodne.

• DEBORAH (8/5): Super spazioso - Appartamento bellissimo, super spazioso. 10 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia. Zona molto tranquilla anche se piuttosto vicina al centro. Avendo il sonno un po leggero, ho sofferto un po il rumore del motore del condizionatore dei vicini.

• Caputo (10/5): Nossa estadia foi muito agradável, com ótima localização e conforto! - Nossa estadia foi extremamente agradável e confortável. A casa, ampla e muito bem distribuída, ofereceu todo o espaço e comodidade que precisávamos, com móveis de qualidade, roupas de cama limpas e aconchegantes, além de um ar-condicionado que funcionou perfeitamente durante todos os dias. A localização é simplesmente excelente, situada em uma rua charmosa e movimentada, repleta de ótimos mercados, bares e restaurantes, o que tornou cada saída uma oportunidade de explorar e aproveitar a região. Apesar de pequenos detalhes que poderiam ser melhorados, como a ausência de freezer e taças de vinho, a experiência geral foi muito positiva e deixou lembranças especiais. Tivemos um pequeno problema com um dos chuveiros, que não saiu água quente quando chegamos à noite. Na manhã seguinte, eles enviaram um técnico para manutenção, mas não foi necessário, pois o chuveiro voltou a funcionar normalmente. Sentimos falta de uma geladeira com freezer, já que gostamos de cerveja bem gelada (haha), e também não havia taças de vinho.

• Siddharth (3/5): Not very family friendly - The apartment was on the second floor and does not have a lift hence we had a difficult time moving our luggage to and from the apartment. There is no air conditioning in the apartment which we were not aware of and hence it made the stay quite difficult due to hot weather and no fan in the living room. Although there are ac systems fitted in, when we called the apartment admin they informed us that those were only a heating system. Definitely not value for money as we were provided all these facilities in another apartment for the same price.
• Polly (8/5): Worth of money - Location is great, very accessible to different public transportation, also walking distance to few famous attractions. Kitchen utensils are equipped and also washing machines. The A/C for both smaller rooms are almost non-exist.

• Uncleanjoe (9/5): Roomy apartment near by La Sagrada Familia - Super large apartment with two baths and three rooms, it had everything you needed for a stay in Barcelona! The location was only 15 minutes from La Sagrada Familia, but it wasn't in a very busy neighborhood. The apartment was a bit sparsely furnished. A nightstand next to the bed on both sides would have been nice.
• François (8/5): Very good - Very convenient and clean. Good beds. Nice towels. And super spacious for a very fair price. I'll come back! No hair dryer (needed in many cases) No salt/pepper/oil/vinegar reststock (pity since it doesnt cost anything and it changes all for vegetarians people)

Facilities were excellent- separate kitchen & lunge room - plenty of space. Lift very handy for luggage. Shower doors not so great - water leaked through.
• Ronald (7/5): Good - - Location was near Sagrada Familia. - Big space. - Lots of rooms. - We did not realize that the building does NOT have an elevator / lift. Although it was just 1 flight of narrow stairs, it was difficult for us because we had a toddler with strollers, a senior who has difficulty walking, and several luggages. - Not the place itself but Barcelona: there was a fight outside the house which scared my family and our rental car's tire was slashed while it was parked outside properly. It had a big, yellow rental sticker, so easy to spot.

Details about our accommodation how to get the key and internet connection for submitting all the details. If you can give more information to warn us what need to prepare on the arrival. As we didn’t meet anyone as the email was sending to us we will be welcome by happy people on arrival. But we managed at the end. We only have a day so we didn’t experience much. But it was a great short trip. We happy with the place, that’s all that it matters. We are looking forward to having another trip by October for the American cup race. We will see how many people to come. We live here in Valencia. Thanks for having us.
