CYRUS (7/5): STAY HERE JUST FOR THE BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEWS - jUST THE SEA VIEW. DATED PROPERTY. NEED REFURBISHING HAD TO ASK FOR AMENITIES THAT WERE MENTIONED IN THE BOOKING BUT NOT THERE. CAME AFTER PUSHING THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET THEM THE NEXT DAY. ONE VERY SERIOUS ISSUE WAS THAT AN ELECTRICAL PLUG POINT WAS OPEN AND SUBJECT TO ONE GETTING ELECTROCUTED IF TOUCHED. THE CEILING FAN DID NOT WORK SO HAD TO RELY ON THE A/C THE HAIRDRYER IN THE BATHROOM HAD SEEN BETTER DAYS AND DID NOT GIVE OUT WARM AIR TO DRY. SOAP DISPENSER IN THE BATHROOM WONT WORK BUT WHEN COMPLINED WAS TOLD THAT THERE WERE OTHERS TO USE. SINCE NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY IS ON SITE OUR COMPLIANTS WERE NOT LOOKED INTO QUICKLY.
ADRIANA (8/5): Buena relacion calidad precio - Desayuno no incluia, La ubicacion esta bien si vas con auto propio ya que dentro de la franja hotelera es de los mas alejados del centro. Cobran una garantia y tuvimos que esperar 3 horas para que vinieran a hacer la gestion, lo cual me parecio excesivo.
John (8/5): enjoyable - This apartment was nice. the location in the complex was amazing. Balcony directly looking over beach. Pictures are accurate. Clean, Wifi great, safe, hot water plentiful. Very responsive to problems reported within condo. (microwave didnt work, it was replaced within hours of being reported. Dont hesitate booking here. The management company of this property are not very friendly. The instructions for checkin are detailed, however, some of the proceses in the communication never happened. When you questioned them they became inhospitable.

Ladies in the shop were really sweet. Security were fabulous even the maintenance man who would catch us a coconut to drink very sweet! How can you knock it for the price we paid xx

Alfredo (7/5): Estadía en Beachside Apartments - Atención del personal Booking en su página promocional, ofrece taxi gratis desde el aeropuerto y sin cargo el pago con tarjeta. Beachside nunca a ofrecido transporte gratis y cobra 5% por el pago con tarjeta. Beachside hace aseo por cortesía porque manifiestan qué no es hotel. Con este argumento no cambian sábanas ni toallas en cuatro días. Existen detalles que hacen la estadía poco atractiva. Booking no quiere responder por el costo USD 80 que me cobró empresa de taxi oficial inscrita en aeropuerto por traslado hasta el departamento. Booking no es capaz de informar que el mes de agosto es el peak de sargazo en esas costas y así programar otras fechas para visitar Cancún.
Mariana (8/5): Very good - The views of the apartment are amazing! It was nice that we had nice weather at night and we could open de balcony door to sleep with the sounds of the waves. The food in the restaurant is also good. The property is a little run down, and in need of repairs. There were some neighbors that will smoke marihuana in the balcony or apartments near ours which made in very inconvenient.

Rene (4/5): Disappointing - Location at the beachside and the view. It was much more expensive than I initially realized, as 50% of the costs were hidden in "taxes and fees." On top of that, I had to pay an extra 5% on-site due to a credit card fee, and there was no ATM nearby. In total, rent was 125€ and I expected it to be 75€ when booking. Check-in was handled via WhatsApp, which required a stable internet connection, which was also annoying. Additionally, I had to leave a deposit worth twice the rent. I wouldn't stay there again.

Georgina (10/5): Modern, comfortable apartment, great view and close to the airport - Everything was wonderful. Natalia and Miguel's attention stands out. They made everything easier, from check-in until we left. Excellent location, very close to the airport, which allowed us to rest and go without rushing. The beach is very good, the facilities too. The apartment looked remodeled, very comfortable and modern. We definitely recommend it. We will return! We were there for a short time.

Camilo (7/5): Nice complex view and pool. Could be better - It’s a beautiful complex, a big pool and a privacy entrance to the beach. Have a restaurant inside that’s very nice with a beautiful view. The apartment have a nice view too. Sadly is not too clean the floor, sense like grassy, and don’t have a lot of amenities. Is small to four people. Just two or three maybe could be good. They asked for a guarantee of 250 usd, important to know Not too clean, and don’t have many amenities in kitchen. The second floor is very small and you can’t walk straight, you should walk crouching.

Alison (10/5): Great stay beautiful view for the price. - The room with the terrace was beautiful! Recently updated, full fridge & freezer, microwave, top burner included pots and pans. Ocean view, steps away from the water. Close to the airport. You will use the bus often and the stop is right outside the gates. Cancún sign is just up the road for photos. There is a full bar and restaurant on site serving breakfast,lunch & dinner. Pool opens at 8am there is also a rooftop smaller pool for use if you buy something from the restaurant. Fantastic place to stay for the price. Didn’t like the pool staff blowing whistles at everyone. Didn’t like we couldn’t swim at our leisure in the ocean. Due to the red flag.
Dalen (10/5): Exceptional - Right by the beach. The views are pretty. The pool was nice. And the restaurant food was delicious. There’s also a little store if you need anything last minute. You can’t be fully submerged in the beach right behind the hotel. You get as far as your knees and then there are big rocks that prevent you from going deeper into the water.
Rachel (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY When we had confirmed the booking on booking.com the owner messaged to confirm and said the price would be higher than the price we had pressed confirm with on booking.com We then did some more research to the reviews on here and on other review sites and saw that other customers had the same issues. We also saw that customers did not get their HUGE security deposit back even after 30 days. We decided to cancel this booking but they then charged us even more than we had confirmed with on booking.com We are now in dispute with booking.com and also believe this property should not be listed on their site. Also check out the real life pictures - they are nothing like the advert on here - dirty and gross.

Yixin (1/5): Terrible experience, staff were unfriendly, unprofessional and unwelcoming - The host and staff were very unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Despite asking for the check-in information a few times before our trip, the host was very slow to respond to our message and gave us misleading information. She told us that someone will greet us on arrival and give us the key. However, there was no one there when we arrived (there was no check-in area and they didn't plan to have someone there to manage check-in). It took us 2 hours waiting for her slow response in humid heat and tried to sort out the check-in process. She also tried to overcharge us with a bad exchange rate until we questioned her. Additionally, she said we have to pay an additional 5% commission rate which was never mentioned on booking.com or anywhere in our booking. Although the room we booked has a beautiful view, the services by the staff at the apartment and the restaurant were so unprofessional and unwelcoming. Overall we didn't have a good experience here and would not recommend it.

The apartment tried to overcharge us for our accommodation-thankfully we worked out our own rate and realised that this happened. We also don't agree with the security deposit that needs to be paid when checking in. No staff to assist us with our bags. Bathroom was dirty and apartment was old. The view is good but it is blocked out by the restarant covering near the pool. Overall a very poor experience. Will not recommend any friends or family to stay here.

Char (1/5): DON’T STAY HERE! - The only positive about this place is the view of the ocean. I was told that someone would be at the property to greet us. Although they were aware that we were arriving around 5:30 pm, no one was in the building. I called and was told that I needed to pay via a link., which was a surprise. In my correspondence with them, they had directed me to bring cash. I was expecting to pay $737.91, but they actually charged my credit card $ 816.44. I made a request via Booking.com for a refund for the overcharge, but have not received a refund as of today, March 28. In my opinion, these people are scammers. The condo is quite small and the view is not worth what they are charging. Take my advice and reserve elsewhere. There are a multitude of places in Cancún with great views and hassle-free payment.

Joanna (9/5): Lovely stay with excellent host! - I can't praise enough Miguel, who handed us keys and introduce us to property, but also Mexico. He was available all the time with text messages and helpful with advises and recommendations. The accommodation itself - clean, comfortable, beautiful sea view. Nearby local shop, restaurants and laundry facility, which save us a lot of hassle! When we rented the car, plenty of parking and all sorted by Miguel in terms of permissions for parking. Long story short - lovely accommodation, with excellent host!

Carla (8/5): Beautiful pool and beach and well set up apartment for a reasonable price. - The beach and pool are both perfect. The restaurant is delicious. The view is beautiful. I loved the independence of having an apartment over a hotel. I don’t want to complain, but here are 2 facts. Construction every day is annoying but can’t be helped. One set of elevators out of service, so you walk to the other building and back to get to the room.

Jahlil (8/5): Delicious experience. - Loved the beach in the back. Opening the screen door and listening to it woosh a swirl all night without worrying about bugs was a plus. The bathroom area was also pretty cool even though it flooded The shower had no guards, and it flooded the entire bathroom and part of the foyer. Didn't mind that as much as having to dry my feet every time I walked over there. Of course this was mitigated by placing a towel, so not really a problem unless you're clumsy.

Caitlin (9/5): Superb - We had a corner unit that had an amazing view of the beach and pool. I loved the big balcony, the spacious room, how well supplied the kitchen was and the sturdy old feel of the building. Would highly recommend! The AC unit didn’t seem to cool down the room very well—we had to have it running to feel cool.

Yvette (2/5): Do not rent this room. - Room was not dirty but stumbled across sewer roaches..That made my stay very unpleasant and was feeling paranoid with the whole te room. Saw approximately 5 with in the 20 min entering. I had to stay because I had no other choice was feeling tired and had been traveling. Beach view is beautiful very close to shore.

Denuci (10/5): Great place to experience the natural beauty of Cancun if you are not into All-Inclusives! - This complex was in the south zone of the hotel strip which made is less busy and crowded than the typical Cancun All-Inclusive. This accommodation provided a low key setting with many local vacationers present including families. The public bus was available for $1 if you wanted to travel north to the action. We did for one night to find a "sports bar" to watch LSU win the NCAA College World Series. Woohoo. Other than that we stayed down south and ate at a bay-side moderately priced open air restaurant and also a very nice pricier restaurant on the bay both walking distance. We also dined at the restaurant on-site next to the pool. There is no bar service to bring your drinks to the beach but that is not what we wanted or expected. A local convenience store was also walking distance and a small provisions shop was on-site. The room was nice, the pool was beautiful and the sand and water were fabulous. The best part of all was watching the sea turtles nest and lay but we missed the newborns returning to the sea so we will have to return to this beautiful spot ourselves! Nothing
