Angelos (9/5): Ευχαριστήθηκα πολύ τις διακοπές μου στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα - Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση τηλεφωνικός, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό κατα την άφιξη μου και οι παροχές ακόμη καλύτερες από ότι περίμενα μιας και το σπίτι διαθέτει, ζεστό νερό για ντους μόλις σε λίγα λεπτά αφού ανοίξει κανείς τον θερμοσίφωνα. Το μπαλκόνι είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο και πράγματι η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι απίστευτα βολική, με σουπερμάρκετ σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων και στάση λεωφορίου και cafe στα 200 μέτρα. Πολύ βολικά έπιπλα και μάλιστα με καλό φωτισμό εξίσου. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να επισκεφθεί την Σκιάθο και να ταλαιπωρηθεί όσο το λιγότερο γίνεται με τις μετακινήσεις. Όσον αφορά την τιμή για όλες τις παροχές και την εξαιρετική εξυπηρετική που δέχτηκα, μπορώ να πω πως αξίζει και με το παραπάνω μάλιστα. Το μόνο που θεωρώ πως θα πρέπει να ξέρει κανείς είναι ότι κατά την διάρκεια της μέρας υπάρχει πολύ φασαρία όταν κάθετε κανείς στο μπαλκόνι, λόγο του ότι το σπίτι βρίσκεται πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο, αλλά αυτό είναι απόλυτα φυσιολογικό. Παρόλα αυτά σας εγγυώμαι πως η ηχομόνωση με έχει εκπλήξει γιατί όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα στο σπίτι δεν ακούγεται τίποτα από έξω.

Kata (10/5): - Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése, volt a közelben bolt kávézó valamint a buszmegálló is 50méter távolságban volt. A központba 10-15perc alatt gyalog be lehetett jutni. Egy forgalmas út mellett helyezkedik el de nagyon csendes maga a lakás a jó hangszigetelés miatt. Ajánlom mindenkink.

NB Consulting (9/5): Good access point to enjoy the whole island. - The location is what makes this place special. You can walk 15-20 minutes to almost any restaurant in town. In the morning you walk 50 meters to the bus stop and that main line gets you to any beach on the Southside that you want. The proprietors are very concerned with you comfort. They met our few requests quickly. They let us check in 3 hours early. because of our early flight arrival, They explained everything very patiently. The A/C was great. The fridge was decent The location outweighs all these things. The kitchenette was workable, but a little small. The rooms are on the small side, which for a short stay is not a problem. For a longer stay, it gets a little crowded.
