- Eva (6/5): Great location, should be cheaper! - Location, comfortable bed Expensive to be an apartment with parts to be painted and a maxive contraction/renovation with scaffolding right at the door of the unit.
- Lorena (1/5): Avoid - Location of the apartment is in city center, very good positioning. Everything else. Very bad value for money, not clean, broken walls, molded bathroom, water stains on walls. Flooring was dirty. Building in renovation, noise from 8:00AM every morning as constructors stared working.
