• Maria (5/5): Ok, aber ausbaufähig - Der Ort in dem das Appartement liegt ist wunderschön 🤩 Es war innen sauber und die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und bemüht. 👍🏻 Es war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die handwerklichen Arbeiten im Appartment sind sehr mangelhaft, wenn man ein Auge auf Ästhetik legt, wird man hier enttäuscht. 😞 sehr viele kleine Mängel, außen bis zum Eingang lieblos, aus den Blumenkästen wächst Unkraut und der Parkplatz ist auch nicht sehr einladend. Es liegen alte Autoersatzteile herum. Direkt beim Eingang liegen Glasscheiben und ein altes Gerät. Es war in der Wohnung kalt, es wurde kurz die Zusatzheizung aktiviert, hat aber nichts geholfen. Die Lärmdemmung durch die davor liegende Garage/Werkstatt ist nicht die beste. Es fällt mir so schwer es ehrlich zu beurteilen, da die Gastgeberin so nett war. Aber es ist meine ehrliche Meinung. Ich bin froh as wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten 😊

• STEFANIE (8/5): - Das Apartment war für uns genau richtig. Die Lage ist Ideal um Skifahren zu gehen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, auch zur Selbstversorgung. Preis-leistungsverhältnis prima. -

Prvy vecer,ked sme chceli dite osprchovat netekla tepla voda vubec.Sprchovy kout je sice moderny ale neodteka v nem voda. Okoli ubytovani by mohli take trochu uklidit, pusobi to ne moc fajn. Na prespani 1-2 noci obstojne.

• Matteo (8/5): - Check-in autonomo. Parcheggio davanti casa. Letto a castello non comodissimo. Porta di cristallo (si vede dentro) del bagno che dà direttamente sulla cucina.
• Franca (9/5): Ok per una notte. - È stato fatto il possibile per rendere il monolocale comodo e attrezzato, il letto sopra è adatto in teoria ai bambini in pratica l' ho trovato pericoloso per i gradini troppo alti per il resto non mancava niente. L' entrata sicuramente non è invitante. Dopo messaggi con risposta veloce quando ho scritto se mi alzava il riscaldamento non ho mai ricevuto risposta e il monolocale è rimasto " fresco"

• Lina (10/5): Lovely stay - A really nice and comfortable apartment, very nice furnished and well equipped. The photos don’t do it justice, it is much bigger and nicer than it looks. We liked the parking space and check in was easy, the host was very responsive.

• Mikhail (10/5): Exceptional - Super well thought out double bunk bed, increases the availabile space dramatically, and is really good size, and is safe for any kids and adults. Toilet is in a separate room, which is also helpful for families. We enjoyed our two nights very much!

• Francesco (9/5): Perfect for a short stay - Apartment is better then in the pic, the space is a little big bigger, same for beds, and is all equipped with new furnitures and domotika things. Really appreciated! The key door is very hard to unlock (maybe the cold weather didn't help), but in the end we were able to get inside.
• Nancy (8/5): Great location, great kitchen and parking included - The kitchen in the apartment was excellent. The location was within walking distance of trailheads up to the high mountain huts, and a short distance to the gondola up to the high trails, to a Roman fort, a castle, and waterfalls which were spectacular. We liked the dedicated parking spot in front of the apartment, as we drove a car there. Guest should know that the property owner controls the heat to the apartment by remote control so it is important to let them know what temperature you want the apartment set at.
