• Heikki (1/5): Valitettavasti näen toimituksenne täysin epäonnistuneen - Majoitus ei ollut asumiskelpoinen ja valvottuamme yhden yön otimme toisen hotellin. Lattiat olivat erittäin likaiset. Lukot sisätiloissa ei toimineet ja vessan ovi repsotti avoinna. Makuuhuonees ikkunat eivät sulkeutuneet ja yläikkunasta puuttui lasi, joten huone oli kylmä, eikä siellä voinut nukkua.ym.ym. Soitimme antamaanne numeroon useasti eikä kukaan vastannut. Lähettämässä ne osoitteessa ei ollut edes asunto vaan soitettuamme aluksi antamaanne numeroon meille annettiin toisesta numerosta uusi osoite, jossa oleva huoneisto oli kuvaamme. Emme ole valmiita maksamaan saamastamme epäkohdista, vaan odotamme yhteydenottoa ja panemme visa maksun jäihin. Terveisin Heikki Tamminen Asunto oli täysin asumiskelvoton!!!

• House kft (1/5): Az utazó csúnya átverése, megtévesztése, tisztességtelen hozzáálás. - Az ingatlan város központban való elhelyezkedése. A kulcsot hosszas várakozás után kaptuk meg, pedig előre jeleztük az érkezésünket, mivel kötött programunk volt. A tulajdonos kikapcsolta a telefonját, miután nemtetszésünket nyílvánítottuk ki a kulcs átadási késlekedésre. Nem megfelelő kapu kódot adtak meg este nem tudtunk városnézés után az épületbe bejutni az egyik ott lakó engedett be az épületbe. A szállás koszos. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt nem volt internet és tv adás a lakásban. Egy lakó elmondta, hogy már többen is panaszkodtak a tulajra a szolgáltató díjhátralék miatt felfüggesztette az internet szolgáltatást. Az ágy funkcióját nem tölti be, balesetveszélyes, fekvésre alkalmatlan. A zuhanyzóba nem lehet bemenni, csak sovány embereknek, mivel a radiátor, is útban van és az ajtó nyílása korlátozott. A víz a zuhanyzóban nem folyik le. Kanapén ülve rám esett a függönykarnis úgy hogy nem nyúltam a függönyhöz a felfogatása nem megfelelő. A tulajdonos nem lakik Magyarországon, az ilyen bérbeadó lejáratja mind a BOOKING, mind Magyarország hírnevét.
• Cross (2/5): Modern accommodation, extremely under equipped. - Great location, but that’s it. We were there 10 days at a cost of €2010. On day 2 we sent a text because the shower was flooding (not draining), the kitchen had no utensils to cook with, there was one roll of toilet paper, and no soap or shampoo, and then there was just basic things missing, only 4 small class cups for the entire place, so hot coffee or tea means hot hands, and the coffee maker had pods but the 4 pods they provided were for a completely different machine. Also no trash bags for the 1 liter trash can. After requesting we were told to leave the key behind in the lockbox so the plumber could access the apartment and the host could deliver some basics like toilet paper, we left it, no one ever arrived. ALS we got locked out because there are two keyed access points and the lockbox in at the second one! Haha this place is ridiculous, I’ve never felt more ripped off and frustrated on a trip, and I travel full time. Good luck to whoever chooses to stay here.

• Mihaela (4/5): Very dirty, gross place - Only the location of the apartment, one minute from Vaci Utka, the main commercial street in Budapest. We booked Central Apartment on Sas Utka. But one hour before check in the host sent a short message with another address, without any greetings or reason of change. I was on the plane, coming from London, so unable to read, and my husband with my two children on the car, coming from Romania, so they waited in the street on the wrong location. The message also contained details about getting in, but was wrongly written and confusing (e.g. ”code” was ”cos”). I tried to communicate with the host on Whatsapp, but received no answer. Then I called, and the lady who answered pretended not to know English and to be a ”worker”, who could not provide information. The apartment was incredibly dirty. In the bathroom there were three used hygienic absorbents and other rubbish, including large clumps of black hair in the shower. The sofa was destroyed (with a hole in it), had no pillows on the recliner and was splashed with stains of blood. The door handle of one of the bedroom was missing and had been replaced with a combination of a nail file and a tea spoon (safety hazard for children and risk of being blocked inside the room). This bedroom had no outside windows and no heating system. The TV set was smashed, too, with two solid cracks. The whole apartment seemed damaged (dirty drilled walls and punched doors, broken furniture). Bed linen appeared used and unchanged from the previous guests.
