• Shanelle (1/5): - The initial look of this apartment is set out in a stylish way, looks beautiful.. but unfortunately not much was in working order during our stay. Not clean either. (I used to work cleaning holiday homes, so I know the standards they should be kept in, ready for guests). The location was the highlight for our stay ! Right next to the beach & local shops. On the first night, we had some serious emergencies as the heating & hot water were not working (baring in mind this was winter, Xmas eve, freezing) Both myself & my daughter woke up with asthma due to the cold air in our lungs & chest. The host had kindly acted fast to give us keys to switch to a different apartment with working hot water & heating. A much smaller apartment & still not very clean.. but the priority was that it was warm & kept us from a hospital trip before our asthma could get worse.. Where do i start?.. On arrival we noticed an awful smell coming from one of the wash rooms.. it was Pooh & urine in one of the toilets which someone had left without flushing! I had to quickly flush it away & run to the shops to buy stuff to clean the toilet, plus air freshener to get rid of the smell. Soo many things were not in working order during our stay ! The TV was flickering & almost un-watchable, The batteries in the remote had exploded & were leaking battery acid, I had to run to the shops on xmas eve looking for batteries to buy for the remote. Plus the WiFi wasn't working at all (although the host did try to resolve this for us, it still couldn't work). On top of the fact that the boiler wasn't working, so we had no hot water or heating. Plug sockets & light switch were a danger hazard coming away from the walls, Broken bin lid in the kitchen, Some broken cutlery handles, Broken small bin in one of the bathrooms, Crumbs on the sofas & on the front room floor, But after all of the distress it caused, being in an apartment which weren't as described or in clean working order.. and then having a stressful morning to pack away our things & drag all of our luggage to switch apartments (to a smaller one, not as expected when booking our initial stay). Kitchen bin was overflowing with trash on arrival. Floors dusty. .. The host has refused to give even half a refund! This is completely unfair. Half a refund is the LEAST that could compensate toward the distress, time taken out of what was supposed to be a 'break away' and money spent on cleaning & fixing things on arrival. Because of this.. I am giving 1 star, and honest review to warn anyone else who may experience similar.

• Jason (8/5): Nice interior, close to the coast. - Rooms very spacious, nice furnishings. Good comms from host. Both toilet lids were loose which gave you a scare. Dusty cookerhood but otherwise clean.

• Srikanth (7/5): Beautiful location! - The property is in a beautiful and convenient location. The pictures do justice to the property and we comfortably enjoyed our 1 night stay. However - the property is not for 6 people, as advertised, the sofa bed is a comfortable spot for 1 person only. Not accommodative for 6 people. Sofa cum bed is comfortable only for one person.

• Sijith (8/5): Very good - Beautiful and comfy accommodation, spacious and king size beds. C lean and tidy and in a great location. Walkable distance to beach and high street. Parking is on roadside ( pay and display) few steps away, can be full at times . The communication from the host could have been better especially after checking in

• Luke (10/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment was everything we needed it’s in a great location and is well equipped, beds were comfy and has a great shower Tv was flickering constantly barely watchable and internet wasn’t great.
• Nikola (7/5): Good - the apartment itself met all of our exception and it was pleasant stay, only the heater was not working for some time, but after we got it fixed, we very much enjoyed our stay I think the check-in process could be clarified / improved - personally I thought it was annoying to have a separate registration on another platform besides booking.com (also being afraid of scammers) and only then we are able to get instructions on how to collect the keys... there should be an alternative way in my opinion
• Xenovia (10/5): Overall comfortable - Nice decor felt homely. Staff member was professionally co-operative and available at late night hours which was useful. The floor was slippery and there was no internet

Not sure why keys cannot be kept onsite in key box f - Modern decor, everything we needed, great shower and free shampoo/conditioner was a bonus! Comfy beds and clean linen. Sofa bed was broken, not made up on arrival, super noisy fridge and it was really noisy at night.
• Andre (9/5): Nice and comfortable appartment - Quick response of the host in case of problems. The location is very convenient. The warm water was only available at the first day. The TV remote control didn't work.
• George (10/5): We loved seeing family who live in town and loved the comfort of the apartment. It was recently reno - Location was noisy in the day but quiet at night. We were in town and close to the beach. Liked the look and feel of the apartment. We just had a mix up over the keys and where to get them. It was easily corrected.

We loved it as everything was how you would like to be and also the location for a - The property was fine , well kept , we had everything we needed, very big space . Is just a bit hot inside otherwise all good . Recommend. And the person who dealt with us Lee was super kind , helpful at any moment and very friendly and professional.
