• Laurie (9/5): Bel appartement, propre et quartier dynamique - L'appartement est très beau et très propre et bien équipé (sèche cheveux, fer a repasser et table à repasser, cafetière, bouilloire...etc). L'endroit est calme, non bruyant et situé dans un quartier très dynamique le soir et la nuit permettant de trouver facilement des restaurants et lieu pour sortir danser. L'hôte est facilement joignable, réactif dans ses réponses et essaie de trouver des solutions si des problèmes se posent. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude puis une alternance eau chaude/eau froide, l'hôte a essayé de trouver des solutions ce qui est très appréciable. Le lit double était très confortable mais de notre point de vue les matelas des lits simples sont à revoir ou plutôt adaptés à des enfants (lits d appoints/de camp).

N'hésitez pas à louer ce logement, Enzo est très réactif et clair dans ses explications, l'appartement est sécurisé et le vieil ascenseur est vraiment atypique et rajoute un petit plus au charme de ce bâtiment Un seul petit bémol pour la douche avec laquelle nous avons eu du mal à réguler l'eau chaude et l'eau froide

• Alessandra (10/5): Excelente estadía con nuestra familia - El apartamento es precioso, amplio y muy cómodo. Todo estaba impecable. Eramos 6 personas y el espacio estuvo ideal. La ubicación es excelente! tienes restaurantes buenísimos a pocos minutos andando, bares para desayunar deliciosos y al menos 2 supermercados cerca y una farmacia. Lo único a destacar es que si van 6 personas, deben tener en cuenta que una de las camas es un sofá cama un poco incómodo y muuy ruidoso. A mi me tocó dormir allí con mi pareja y no descansamos bien por tener cuidado de no hacer ruido y despertar a los demás.

• Inna (9/5): - מקום נעים, במיקום מעולה לחיי לילה תוססים. קרוב להכל דירה מאוד נוחה מרווחת כיפית ומפנקת מיטות נוחות מצעים נעימים מאוד מזמין עם הרבה מקום אחסון. מושלם לקבוצת חברות, בהחלט אחזור גם עם המשפחה. אפשר לשפר את המקלחת- לא הצלחנו להעביר את הזרם בין הראשים השונים ולהעביר לדוש. זרם המים די חלש ומאוד קשה לשמור על טמפרטורה אחידה ונעימה של המים- או שהם רותחים או קרים, בהפתעה. אבל חוץ מה הכל היה מושלם.

• Natasha (8/5): Excellent location and a very pleasant stay! - Location was great, Enzo was great and helpful, apartment was huge. Single beds were not very comfortable. A bit like camp beds.

The only thing that would have been better was to have more coffee pods available. Only 2 for 4 people for a 3 night stay. But such a small thing as the rest was exceptional.

Super light and spacious with a truly unique location next to lovely Piazza San Cosimato. It’s purely a rental so not very personal or authentic. Only one shower.
