- Ioanna (1/5): Expérience inadmissible et non professionnelle - L’hôte n’a à aucun moment pris l’initiative de nous informer qu’il ne souhaitait plus louer son hébergement. Après 4 heures de route, nous sommes restés 2 heures devant l’appartement, tentant de les contacter pour obtenir le code d’accès. À chaque appel, une dame très impolie nous a raccroché au nez, ce qui est un comportement inadmissible et totalement non professionnel. Il est également important de préciser que le prélèvement, lui, a été effectué sans aucun retard. Sans notre appel à Booking, les hôtes auraient conservé l’intégralité du montant sans jamais nous donner accès au logement, ce qui s’apparente à une tentative d’arnaque. A fuir !
- Tabea (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und bietet für drei Personen genug Platz. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und im großen Schrank hat man viel Stauraum. Alles wirkt relativ neu. - der Fernseher ging nicht leise zu stellen - Lüftung im Badezimmer fehlt
