• Renata (9/5): Dostačující ubytování s příjemnou hostitelkou. - Pozice ubytování, které je blízko centra, ale i tak byl na pokoji klid. :) Nemohli jsme najít přesné umístění, ale přes WA jsme se našli. Paní velmi vstřícná a ještě jsme dostali vodu na pokoj. :-) Koupelna by potřebovala trochu renovace, ale poradili jsme si. Na jednu noc bylo ubytování absolutně dostačující, ale na více nocí by ta koupelna trochu problém byl.

• Alex (4/5): - We were let to check in earlier than expected, around 11:30 am local time. The residential area around the accomodation is extremely loud, late into the night, making it almost impossible to get a good rest. The toilet had no flush and ventilation was extremely poor, if you left your window open you would have a strong smell of tobacco infiltrating your room. Our main issue was having a child outside of our room, on the hallway of the apartment, playing games all day on their phone and making loud screams through the night, even after 02:00 AM. This was the only accomodation is our 3 week Balkan trip that we had to leave after the second night, both myself and my wife feeling unwell due to a lack of sleep and distress caused by all of this. I've reported the issue to the owner, I was reassured that the issue has been resolved but it wasn't, we felt like we weren't being listened to and we had to find another accomodation on the spot on our 3rd night so we can get a proper night's rest.
• Anna (4/5): Unprofessional owner - Lots of lovely people in the vicinity who helped us try to locate the property and contact the owner. Clean, fresh-smelling bedclothes. We had previously given our anticipated arrival time, which was acknowledged. However, on turning up at the agreed time we couldn’t find the property (no signage anywhere) and the owner wasn’t answering her phone. We spent an hour - A WHOLE HOUR!! - walking up and down the streets with our backpacks on, trying to find the place, helped by numerous lovely people who tried to help us, including by calling the owner and similarly getting no response. Eventually one of the people calling got a text from the owner saying that a man opposite would go and get the key. Why didn’t he already have it? The following morning the owner said that she didn’t answer our calls because she was at a wedding and ‘it happens’. But it shouldn’t have happened when our check in time had been confirmed. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

• Eli (10/5): Perfect - The host is very helpful and concerned about details. Perfect place and everything is available in the surroundings just few meters. Coffee shop, Restaurants, super market, fruit shops etc.

• Hasan (8/5): Very good - The owners welcomed us very well. The beds were quite comfortable and clean. Only the tap water was sometimes flowing dirty but it's no problem, I recommend it.
