Jennifer (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación y piso limpio y con cocina bastante bien equipada. En una calle bastante tranquila, pero cerca de playa y fiestas. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (zona verde) y está muy bien de precio (nos costó como 2€ y algo un finde entero). El sofá cama bastante incómodo y al día siguiente tuvimos dolor de espalda tremendo.

gary (4/5): - It had facilities, washing machine, dishwasher washer, microwave but didn't stay long enough to be of use It wasn't clean enough an was a bit old fashioned an grubby i Got locked out for one night as the lock bust ,and had to sleep on a wooden box an then a lie low for the night. . I wasn't offered any compensation for my inconvenience, plus the bedding wasn't clean enough , I'd rate it as just about 3 star and I would not recommend it or stay again, overpriced, the location was fair but uphill treck. For about 5 mins . Front reception door was difficult to enter too .

Maria (7/5): - La vista, que estuvo cerca a la playa y os lugares de comida de tomar algo muy buena la ubicación Una de las camas que estaba en muy mal estado,
Ramoni (5/5): No agradable - La cama de matrimonio tenía un colchón muy fino y duro. Estaba formada por dos camas pequeñas y eso también hacía más incómoda la cama. El apartamento estaba bastante sucio y el WC además de tener aspecto dejado y antihigiénico, los muebles estaban algo estropeados.

sean (4/5): Falsely Advertised - First thing to know is this isn't the advertised Superior Apartment it's a tatty studio flat with basic facilities. If it was advertised as it is and the price was reduced to reflect the size and condition of it for a short stay it would be ok. The location for the Benidorm bar strip and the beach is good As above.

Prácticamente todo, pero especialmente la falta de limpieza. No te dejan entrar hasta la tarde precisamente por el motivo de que están limpiando y cuando llegamos.... dejó muchísimo que desear. El váter no tenia taza ni tapa, éramos 4 y solo había vasos para 3, una de las toallas de las 4 que te dan estaba manchada........ y un largo etcétera.

Liudmyla (4/5): Décevant - L'emplacement, la piscine La machine à laver ne marchait pas, l'électricité sautait parfois quand on allumait la clim et la plaque éléctrique ensemble, certains meubles n'étaient pas en bon état, les rideaux avaient des trous et ne couvraient pas complètement les portes vitrées(alors que le vis-à-vis est important), la fenêtre à la salle de bain est cassée. De plus on était envahi par les fourmis. L'expérience à ne pas refaire dans cet appartement.

It was clean. 15 minutes after checking in on 31/12 a Maintenance man arrived to inform us we had no hot water & the toilet was running and he would return later that day to repair these. Unfortunately this did not happen. Things were not fixed until 2/1. 2 full days out of a 4 day stay, without hot water, bearing in mind check out is 11am on day 4. When both items were eventually repaired it resulted in the toilet & cistern being permanently hot ! Which i am sure is not normal. The fridge also froze all of our liquids, milk, wine, pop, water etc. Even though it was only set at 1. I think this apartment 103 is an electrical fire waiting to happen.
Anna (4/5): Lamentable - La ubicació i que deixen entrar a mascotes. No expliquen que s’ha de deixar 150€ de fiança i és una sorpresa. No contesten als missatges per aquí, s’ha de contactar directament al telèfon. Per les fotos sembla menys horrible però és un apartament extremadament petit. No té forn i la tele és petita i no funciona be. El lavabo no estava molt net. Els llençols estaven tacats. Els coberts estaven vells i bruts. No tornarem.

bruce and susan robbo (9/5): - Convenient positon, minutes from the hub but far enough away to escape the madness. A bit tired, could do with a make-over to bring it up to date. But it was comfortable enough.

Marcos (7/5): En general una buena estancia - La ubicación está un poco retirada del centro de Benidorm pero tienes de todo, supermercados, tiendas, bares, restaurantes, etc muy cerca del apartamento. Nos gustó que nuestra mascota pudiera acompañarnos y no pagara por la estancia. Al estar retirada del centro también hace que sea un poco más tranquila la zona. Apartamento muy limpio, terraza bastante amplia y con aire acondicionado. Aunque por las fechas, nosotros no lo usamos. Necesita algunas reformas y actualizar muebles o electrodomésticos. El microondas estaba la pintura por dentro desconchada, algo no muy saludable a a hora de usarlo. Menaje y utensilios de cocina muy justos y variados, como si los mismos huéspedes los hubieran ido reponiendo.
