• fehervera (2/5): Poor communication with host, extremely hot apartment - The location is nice, the metro is very close and there are a lot of cool bars nearby. The apartment is indeed furnished stylish and there is an elevator in the building, but a lot of features promised were not up to the expectations. I booked this apartment nearly two months in advance my trip to Athens. I was specifically looking for an apartment with air conditioning, since it's summer. The AC did not cool at all, I contacted the host about the problem and after several message exchanges the situation wasn't handled properly. After "fixing" the AC it still wasn't working properly, which means that the room temperature never went below 32°C when the outdoor temperature was constantly 38-42°C during my staying, making it impossible to relax and sometimes even sleep. When I asked if there is a way to get a refund since I paid for an air conditioned room, the host responded in a rude and dismissive manner. I am deeply disappointed, as I booked this accommodation expecting a comfortable, air-conditioned space. Instead, I endured several days of discomfort and distress, with very limited support from the host.

• Conlon (9/5): Superb - I liked the ease of access, also the balcony is a very good size. I think there should be a coffee/tea/milk welcome pack as the first thing I would like when atriving is a cup of coffee.
• Alan (9/5): Nice place in central Athens - The apartment was very nice and well equipped. Location is also great to get to all the attractions in central Athens. The AC could be a bit more powerful. It stayed hot in the room at night even with the AC running. Opening the windows worked better.

• Aurore (10/5): Awsome - Beautiful appartement in a very nice very typical neighborhood. It's only 25 min walk from the Acropolis and historical center, with all the convenience nearby: restaurants (some very traditional and typical) and stores. Subway and bus nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood but still very living. The appartement has everything you need: AC, good bed and shower, everything to cook... and a wonderfully and huge terasse where you can chill at night (it's has lights). The host is friendly and does all he can to support you. Definitely a must go. We had the time of our lives. The appartement is easily reachable from the airport by public transportation between 6am and 12pm. If you fly in at night, there is a bus, but it's quite crowded. However, we strongly advise you to not take a cab. Taxi's in Athens are quite an adventure for a non-greek person.

Very clean & the extras like body wash, shampoo, teabags & biscuits and added bonus. Netflix also available on the smart TV. Make sure you go to the top floor open balcony to see the view Nothing

• Mark (9/5): Superb - Place has alot to offer for two people vistor. .Central location in a up coming nieghberhood. Close to public transportation. The place was on a side street which made it harder to find it at first on google map.
• Eglė (10/5): Wonderful one week stay in comfy appartment - Athens, Petralona. - Location is quiet, but close to center - 15-20 minutes walk. Cozy tavernas, good food in a neigbourhood - especialy in a small local bistro on the corner. We ordered takeaway dinner from it 2 times - gyros, kebabs were amazing. Appartment is very cozy, comfortable and has necessary kitchen essentials for one week stay. Private big terrace was our favourite place for eating breakfast or drinking wine in the evening. Price quality ratio was amazing - it was a real success for us. I would definately recommend this appartment for a traveling couple who would like to combine city atractions and quiet cozy stay.

• Petr (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is located in a quiet area of Petralona next to Pnyx Hill Park, which I really loved and loved coming home through it or just visiting it to relax. Within 3-20 minutes by walk you can find shops, good restaurants and cafes (my fav. Ubuntu or Underdog). 2 minute to bus / 10 minute by walk to metro. I appreciate the friendly communication with the owner Penos. The offer for winter time accommodation was very friendly. And I think you will really appreciate the big terrace in spring or autumn. I can recommend this stay for one person for shorter or longer stay. For two people for a rather shorter stay. On winter days the apartment is very cold, but this is Athens in winter. The owner Penos, however, very quickly arranged for a direct heating system upon request. (I think that you need just in January) Although this is not an ideal solution. After arriving from the airport, I also unfortunately waited outside for about 20-30 minutes before the owner wrote me how to open the door. I would have appreciated this message earlier than after my arrival and a very long journey. Fortunately, everything was resolved afterwards. The last glitch was with a broken grate by the bed which I discovered after two days. This was not the owner's fault but unfortunately the previous tenant had not reported this fault. However, I resolved this fault by turning the bed and I believe the owner has already fixed this fault. The mattress is really soft. So its not negative for all.

• Ian (10/5): I can not praise Panos highly enough for the quality of his penthouse, the street is quiet with a host of bars and resta - The apartment is first class, it has all the things you would want and need, the air con is really good, the shower and bathroom are clean and have everything you need, the kitchen area is great and the bed comfortable, the large balcony is perfect on hot days, it was 34 when we were there and inside the air con kept it cool and was quiet so all in all the place is perfect for a city stay Nothing it was all excellent

Train station is only a 5 mins walk away, and there are restaurants/bars nearby that opens till late night. Overall, location is convenient (2 train stations from main attractions) and room was pleasant to stay in. Highly recommended! :)
• Filip (10/5): Best you can get for your money! Recommendation! - Panos is a great host, very kind and obliging. Although we didn't have a chance to meet him in person (he was out of the city) he provided us with all the instructions and information that we needed. Apartman is in a great location (you can easily get to the city center by foot). The Metro station is really close. Apartman has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Recommendation!
