• Dietrich (1/5): Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen. - Schon beim Zutritt schlug uns ein intensiver Schimmelgeruch entgegen. Des weiteren war das Apartment schmutzig und in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Austattung war unzureichend (Handtücher, Küchenutensilien). Die gesamte Bausubstanz ist sehr hellhörig.

• Luis Agustín (7/5): Un buen lugar para estar pero con colchón chueco - La facilidad de entrar recoger las llaves y tener acceso al departamento, muy fácil. En una muy buen lugar para lo que yo necesitaba, cerca de donde yo quería estar. Un barrio lleno de pequeños comercios que te hacen muy fácil la vida para ir a comprar en ellos fácilmente. Muy tranquilo el lugar. Muy callado y con rápido acceso a una avenida amplia con el metro a media cuadra. Bastante accesible en ese sentido El departamento tiene lo suficiente para estar bien. La atención por whatsapp muy rápida y resolvieron el problema de internet que tuvimos con rapidez. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que el colchón de la cama estaba chueco. El centro del colchón estaba hundido respecto al resto. Durmimos chuecos y aunque pedimos que nos lo cambiaran porque estaríamos 21 días nos dijeron que no podían. Eso creo que es una falta de atención al cliente muy grave. Revisaremos eso antes de hacerlo nuevamente en esos departamentos

• Javier (7/5): - Aunque el lugar no esta en el centro, esta bien ubicado, cerca diferentes comercios, restaurantes, mercados y medios de transporte. Hubieron diversas cosas que pueden mejorar en el lugar. 1. Si bien hay lavadora en el apartamento, no hay lugar o tendedero para colgar la ropa y que esta se seque. 2. El colchón de la cama esta muy deteriorado, se le sienten huecos, especialmente en toda la mitad del colchón en el que te hundes si te mueves. 3. El anfitrión empezó contacto conmigo por fuera de la plataforma de Booking, este lo hizo por WhatsApp y deseaba que se firmara contrato adicional aparte y al preguntale sobre dudas sobre el mismo, nunca respondió. De igual manera cuando necesitabamos una ayuda con el calentador, este nunca respondió en las casi los 7 días restantes. Cero soporte por parte del anfitrión. 4. El edificio tiene entrada digital con un código para la entrada, se nota que esta clave nunca ha sido cambiada (en mucho tiempo) ya que las teclas del código, son las únicas desgastadas. Algo posiblemente crítico a nivel de seguridad del mismo edificio.

• Guest (9/5): We had a very good experience. Given the fact that we arrived to Madrid at 9 am , tired and not having slept in the pla - Apartment was comfortable, cozy, clean. Very good location. Everything was good.

Ideale per soggiorni anche lunghi, lo consiglio fortemente. Materasso un po' scomodo, qualche accortezza in più tipo stendino e asciugamani di riserva lo renderebbero perfetto.
• Faith (6/5): Great location, but not a very comfortable stay - The location was fantastic and check in and check out were very easy. There was a washing machine. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. The baseboards were very chipped and damaged in places with many signs of wear. The bedroom walls too. Also, the whole place was incredibly damp, it felt like there was very little ventilation, and the sheets felt damp the whole week. The place had an unpleasant musty smell. The hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes, so if the two of us needed to shower on the same morning, we would strategically turn off the water while washing to save the hot water for the next person. The towels took forever to dry since the place was so damp. The bed was pretty uncomfortable too and it sagged in the middle so two people sleeping on it kept rolling into the middle.

• Andres (5/5): poco confortable - La cerradura del edificio no funcionaba bien, los elementos del baño (papel higienico, jabón, shampoo ) eran mínimos, un solo rollo de papel higiénico un jabón casi inexistente al igual que el shampoo) en la cocina eran inexistentes.... ni un agua... ni un minimo de azucar, café o té..., una sola bolsa de basura, un desastre. Un único juego de tollas y sábanas para 8 días. Las sábanas no de abajo no llegaban a cubrir el colchón que además estaba en un estado de recambio hace ya tiempo.

• eric (10/5): Super bien placé 👍 - Logement très bien placé à quelques mètres du métro cuatros camino qui vous emmènera dans la plupart des quartiers de Madrid : Opéra, Gran Via ,Sol pour visiter Madrid , l'appartement est plutôt bien agencé avec vaisselle, plaque , four ,grille pain etc....Le quartier est plutôt calme avec des commerces tabacs , restaurants , supermarchés à disposition à quelques mètres ...... La literie est bonne à changer car le matelas est creusé au milieu.... Le canapé très taché et pas confortable....

• Maria (9/5): Good cost benefit - The apartment corresponds to the pictures, being very spacious and functional. Well equipped, great air conditioning, appliances and closets in excellent condition. Location: 10 minutes taxi to most touristic attractions / Real Madrid stadium. 30 minutes walk . Grocery stores and pharmacy few steps away! Towels and linen could use an upgrade for optimal comfort. The street / area location is not very scenic/ attractive for tourists but we felt safe and liked once we got used to it . On the last night we could hear a lot of noise from apartment next door. Other than that, excellent stay

• Mathias (9/5): Superb - Great location, very close to the Metro station. Apartment very clean and comfortable. For us, the beds were very comfortable (mattresses are rather hard) and we did not have any problems with hot water (two people could take a shower without any problems). Due to the blackout in Spain, the time to solve all formalities was limited, but due to relatively quick communication, everything went fine. The building seems to be poorly soundproofed and as the windows face to the street (although it is a side road), it can be noisy at night. The street is narrow and the sounds echo (particularly on weekends, there are young people on the street at night). The garbage disposal occurred at night (sometimes at 2:30 am) and it sounded as if only one or two bins were emptied and the truck came again the following night. Maybe this was due to the blackout as for one day the garbage in the entire city could not be taken care of... The owner rewuires personal information from the identity cards or pass ports (I think this is common in Spain) and files a contract that has to be signed and sent back. The information is sent 3 days in advance (which can be at the weekend). Due to the big blackout on Monday, the time to arrange everything was very limited and caused some extra stress. It would be great to send this information a week before the rental starts.

• Victoria (7/5): Nice apartment though management needs improvement - Great location, easy to get to the airport and city center. Kitchen is well equipped. 1) Booking was a maximum stress. They sent us a treaty in Spanish with different prices by mail and no one notified us what we need to sign anything, especially a treaty in another language! Why should I sign anything in a language which I don’t understand?? Mail went to spam and we had to fix all the paperwork two hours before arrival! As none answered our messages even 24 hours before arrival. The manager HAVE TO provide this information at the details before booking! 2) Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. 3) Bathroom has mold. 4) We stayed 2 weeks and they left us 2 garbage bags and 10 ml of dishwasher fluid. 5) There is a small boiler in the apartment. Not enough hot water for two grown ups to take a shower in the morning. You need to wash really fast. 6) We weren’t lucky as some neighbors were in a process of renovation. So it was noisy, dirty in the common areas and smell of paint was harsh. 7) They asked us to “tide up” the apartment although the cleaning is included in the price.

Special thanks to the host for quick communication when needed. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There were enough dishes. Spacious and bright rooms. There is a professional hairdryer and iron that work perfectly. Anything. Everything was perfect!!

• Stepan (3/5): You can stay here, but you won’t like it - Near from metro, almost all needed facilities are available in apartment. The way everything is done here is uncomfortable. It is better on the picture than in real life. Funny that make it better costs almost nothing. For example changing the synthetic slippery bed sheets and oddly shaped pillows to normal ones. I felt that I’ve paid too much for this apartment, despite the fact that it was almost cheapest apartment in Madrid at the time of my visit.
• Kristians (9/5): Nice and comfortable stay! Appreciated 🙏 - Good location, comfortable beds, clean apartment. Not enough toilet paper, towels or linen for a weeks trip. Sound isolation is really poor. Shades need to be closed for privacy, but all of this is not a big thing.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything: the location (quiet street close to the Metro, the bedroom is interior with even less sounds), the cleanliness (it was perfect and there is a set of cleaning stuff for washing the dishes, even detergent for a washing machine). The property management was always online and very helpful! Adding a cutting board to the kitchen utensils and buying new towels (mine was with a hole in it 😂) would make it a perfect apartment

• Bogdan (7/5): Noisy and cold location. - The property was near to the metro station and a few shops. First off all, into the property we do not reach to find the hair dryer. The property was too noise, when some one from other property make shower all the noise was hear into the bedroom (here I refer after 11pm), and also when the climbing the stairs. The communication with the property manager was very difficult, his expectations was to be fluent in Spanish, and all the indications was sent in Spanish.

• Shona (5/5): Passable - Modern, minimalist décor and close to the metro! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in this part of Tetuán. You might not find the heating system--2 little portable electric heaters--sufficient in winter. The temperature in the bedroom was okay for me but the living area was quite chilly--I had to dress really warm to manage it. Other drawbacks: a lot of noise from the neighboring apartment(s), quite limited hot water in the shower, not the most comfortable beds, no mugs for tea. The check-in paperwork process could be simplified.

In the main hall of the building there is construction waste, veeerrry bad noise isolation of the appartment, mattress not comfortable. If You need anything,You need to contact their customer service through whatsapp ,but ONLY during their working hours,even if You need to adjust heater temperature because You're not allowed to. On the last day there was no electricity, and we were lucky it happenned during their working hours .
