• Nicole (8/5): - Tutto sommato tutto ok. Locale pulito e molto spazioso. Posizione abbastanza buona, unica pecca che era in fondo a due strade lunghe e in salita, e a tantissime scale (2^ piano senza ascensore). Viaggiando con un bambino forse un po’ faticoso…però tutto sommato direi tutto ok!!! Posizione troppo in salita e troppe scale.

• Vera Gurievschi (10/5): - O locație perfectă in inima orașului. Un apartament complet mobilat, curat, cu o intrare din curte, tipic acestei regiuni. Comunicare excelenta cu gazda, receptivi si foarte utili.

• Elize (8/5): Very good - The property was a good size which made it more comfortable and was refurbished. The walls were like partition walling between our apartment and the neighbours, and every sound was heard which was very frustrating as the neighbours have small children or look after small children. The kitchen was not part of the upgrade and has mould in the roof which is concerning. One cannot open the window/doors as the neighbours looks right into your apartment, so a blind or curtain or something would have assisted in order to be able to let light and fresh air in. The plumbing requires urgent attention.

• Paolo (1/5): I don’t understand the good ratings and reviews… probably fake - Compared to the buildings surrounding, the apartment is clearly renovated. It’s quite central although the area around it is not particularly nice. The host was nice and helpful but promised to return part of our money when we left earlier than planned but never did. The apartment is in building that is very old and poorly maintained. To access it, one has to go through a courtyard and stairs that are in dire need of maintenance and cleaning. The apartment itself had a couple of issues: 1) The kitchenette described in the ad is decrepit. 2) One of the balcony doors has a hold that likely was for AC vent which is left open. 3) The balcony door in the bedroom was broken and could not be opened. 4) The place had mold in the kitchen and we had to sleep the night with windows open to be bale to breathe.
• Rhodri (10/5): I stayed with friends in what was a few days in Naples, to see the city and of course, have a few drinks. This place was - The property was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities you would want. The owner, or at least the person who showed us the property, Francesco, was super friendly too! I honestly have nothing bad to say about the property.
• Jurgen (10/5): Perfect hide-out for work or holidays in a central location - Modern en light apartment in a typical old building. The pictures give a good view of what you can expect. The location is central, really quiet and felt save. We picked the keys up in a lovely bar en pastry shop nearby (Falco). It was the perfect place to have breakfast every morning with great coffee and very fresh and tasty pastry. The staff accompanied us to the apartment, helped with the luggage and gave instructions. He is a very nice person and a perfect host. Thank you so much. Everything was perfect, so no comments.

• Isaac_stgo (9/5): Superb - The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tranquil, making it the perfect place to rest. It's just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Plebiscito by the harbor, the Spanish Quarter, and the Municipio train station. You can even stroll to the historical center through the vibrant commercial area of the ñ Quarteri Spagnoli which is fantastic and connect with Spaccanapoli. Host Francesco was exceptional; he greets you at a nearby café and ensures a secure and hassle-free check-in to the apartment. Everything is nice.
