• Margaret (7/5): Despite the very inclement weather during our stay we enjoyed reading and lazing around in this cute beachfront cottage. - The location, proximity to cafes, the day beds were a perfect spot to read and the lovely airflow from the front to the back. I think utensils and crockery could be updated, I love a pot of tea and the tea pot was terrible so too the tea cups and no tea strainer. No hood knives to prepare food - generally the kitchen was lacking if you wanted to make your own food.

• Andrew (10/5): - This is in a great location. From inside the cottage you have a great view of the sea. The cottage was very clean and had all the facilities you need (and there was also a private pool on the property). Short walking distance to restaurants and cafes also! The host Katie was really good. With it being my wife and I’s wedding anniversary, I made a special request, which she helped with, which was great! Highly recommend this property!

• Linda (8/5): - Fantastic location, close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The cottage and the property had everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay. The walking track between the cottage and the beach can be busy with foot traffic and bike riders.

• Andrea (9/5): The most beautiful, relaxing location, a place that has everything you need and nothing you don't. - Just simple lockbox by door and instructions were received well in advance The pool area was very tired (old recliners), not swept and the pool appeared to have not been cleared of leaves for quite some time. It was not appealing and we did not use at all, even though this was one of the main appeals of the property. I suggest the owner arrange for a weekly service.

The cottage was set up beautifully for guests and everything we needed was provided. Being direct from the beach and 5 minutes from town was a bonus. The front balcony took up our 3 day stay and the cottage was perfect . Recommended 100 percent. Leaving

• Vanessa (9/5): Killer location. Initially it looks tatty but was actually super comfortable and well equipped. - Overall the cottage was fabulous. Right (and I mean right) on the beach. Quaint, rustic but well equipped. Really nice pool in the garden (shared with 2 other units.) Barely a minute's walk to all the Mission Beach eateries and drinkeries. Would return again. No breakfast provided, but fabulous cafes so very close by. Failed electric lighting in the kitchen. And the rag rugs looked nice but were a tripping hazard so we folded them away during our stay. Having no soundproofing between the bed and the toilet meant we used the extra outide toilet a bit.
