• Stancheva (10/5): - Great and spacious apartment, very well equipped, with an amazing terrace. It’s very close to both the Old Town and the center of the New Town. The beach is just in front of the building, and there’s an underground parking lot that takes you right next to the elevator. I will definitely visit again!
• Iuliia (1/5): Terrible - I booked the property for the end of February as I was in town for few days. Very good location but the owner or whoever lived there before did not clean the place. It actually looked like the person moved out in a hurry few hours before my arrival as i saw dirty glasses in the sink, frying pan with oil, used towels in the bathroom. Even bed sheets were not changed. There were no clean sheets available in the apartment either. I felt disgusted to sleep on someone else's bed sheets and had no choice but to move out immediately and escalate the case with Booking.com. Never had this bad experience. The apartment was not cleaned. Dirty glasses in the kitchen sink, used bed sheets and no clean ones, used towels on the floor of bathroom.

Светлая,просторная,уютная,есть всё необходимое(даже фен и утюг,которых я не нашла в перечне удобств,поэтому привезла с собой,но в квартире они были)Вид просто завораживающий!Каждое утро проживания там мы встречали прекрасные рассветы и ужинали с умопомрачительными закатами! В последний вечер разыгралась гроза и это вообще было невероятное зрелище! Вид на старый город просто прекрасен! Пляж,магазины,набережная-все в шаговой доступности!В квартире также были пляжные зонты и стулья,которые очень выручали! Очень здорово,что в здании есть парковка-было удобно хранить машину не на стоянке.Хозяин очень быстро отвечал на все интересующие вопросы! Мы остались в восторге от нашего пребывания в этом месте!Надеюсь мы ещё обязательно вернемся!

• Stancheva (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a real gem — probably one of the best locations in Nessebar! The terrace has a stunning sea view, and you can also see the old town to the left. The interior is nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is just in front of the building, which is super convenient. The host is very kind and responsive, and they even provide a helpful guide with local tips and info. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. There’s also underground parking in the building, which is really useful. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place. We’ll be back soon. Thanks!

• Parvanova (10/5): Amazing home - It’s not the usual rental. It feels like you’re visiting someone’s home. But the best thing is the view. You cant get better than a view of the old city over the sea. I appreciate that pets are allowed but I’m yet to find a pet friendly apartment that actually has any facilities for a pet such as a bowl.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Very successful booking with absolutely no issues. - Very comfortable, warm (we stayed in the end of December), a lot of pillows and blankets (which is rare to find in similar apartments), really hot water, nice kitchen and spacious living room. Cosy king-size double bed in the bedroom. Easy to find and park around, great views directly to the sea, super close (3-5 minutes) from the old town.

• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - I was able to contact the owners on short notice by phone, clearing up any problems that occured. The balcony has an amazing view and the apartment is right next to a beach. The owners gave lots of information regarding shopping places, restaurants etc. If anything were to go wrong one has to call the owners, there is no one immediately available on location. However I was able to reach someone very quickly

• Jonathan (10/5): Gorgeous apartment and balcony view in Nessebar - Really lovely apartment in Nessebar. Easy check in, more spacious than the photos. Balcony view was gorgeous. Excellent wifi around 70 mbps. Supermarket and gym are a close walk away, along with restaurants. Only about 10 - 15 minute walk to the old city. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend. Nothing, it was a nice but short stay for vus

• Rodolfo (8/5): Best location, nice view, facilities could be better mantained. - Premium location inbetween nessebar and sunny beach. Less than 10 minutes walking to nessebar, some shops around. The terrace view is great as well. Great communication from host. The facilities are more simple than how they look in the photos. There were some small details that in the end they can be annoying for your stay, for example, the boiler would warm up water in batches, not on a constant manner, missing some basic items like a cattel. The air condition was giving a weird smell, like a burned smell. No toiletteries. Price should be lower for the accomodation in my opinion.
