• Gill3 (9/5): Nice apartment - Nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was very quiet. The apartment would benefit from a coat of paint and the sofa and dining chairs could do with a clean.

• Sarah (8/5): Great stay, definitely recommend. - The property really is nice. It’s clean, fairly quiet and has everything we needed. Also, very near a bus stop which was handy. The only thing I didn’t like was the double beds in both rooms. We would have preferred 2 singles. That said, we still chose this apartment because of its location and previous reviews.

La distance du centre ville (5 stations de bus et 1.80£le ticket aller) n'est pas gênante. A 100 m de l'appartement, 1 épicerie est ouverte 7/7 jusqu'à tard le soir. Certaines pièces (salle d'eau, salon) sont très humides et abîmées par cette humidité.

• Linda (7/5): Good apartment with easy access into Belfast City Centre - The property was a good size and fairly close to Belfast City Centre with good transport links. Good communication from the agents The main bedroom was unbearably cold, even with the heating on. The rest of the flat was warm enough but you could not get dressed or undressed in the bedroom

• hasan (9/5): Will stay again there , no thinker 😊 - The place was clean , smell nice , well looked after , the area was quiet , good relaxing atmosphere, overall very happy with my time staying there The flat above us were little noisy , but it was not bad in anyway.

• Rhian (10/5): Great Belfast stay - Great location, 5 minute walk to the bus that goes straight into the city centre and only a 25-30 walk as well. The apartment was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy. Great find on a quiet street with access to lots of facilities Nothing

• Kayleigh (10/5): Fantastic! - Absolutely fantastic stay! Couldn’t fault a thing. The host was fantastic with sending over the information and how to gain access aswell as checking in to make sure everything was okay. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed.
• viv welsh (9/5): Spotless comfy modern apartment - Flying visit but lovely clean comfy apartment. Great beds. Nice and quiet bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Spotless! Stairwell smelt of weed!
• Stacy (8/5): Great Location. Can be Cleaner. - Perfect location, most times we walked to the property from the city centre. It's beautiful with modern décor. Basic kitchen essentials were made available. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge. The towels were fresh. The apartment is more suitable for 3 people rather than 4 because the second double bed is quite small. Cleanliness unfortunately knocks off major points for this property: 1.5 rolls of tissue for 4 guests over 3 days is insufficient, most surfaces were dusty and we found a 'wrapper' under one of the beds, yikes! There was no toiletries as advertised like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwashing liquid etc just handwash and drain cleaners.
• Julie (8/5): City break in Belfast - Accessible to the centre. Nice, roomy and modern. Had most of the basics, good instructions. Met the cleaner who was welcoming, friendly and informative. Some areas were not as clean as we would have liked ie bedroom window area in big room and bathroom floor/shelving. Sofa a little tatty. The rest was fine and overall to a good standard.

• Lisa (8/5): Excellent base for a short city break - Apartment was very clean and modern, location was excellent. Very close to city airport, City centre was 30 minute walk, but bus links were excellent and buses ran regularly.
• Adeolu (8/5): Amazing apartment! - Amazing property. Communication was on point and they were ready to fix any issues. Good location as well as it’s close to several sight seeing locations. Host was nice and immediately replaced the bath soap I broke😅. We’ll definitely visit again! Bathrooms drains slowly.

• Sonya (7/5): Family friendly location - Location is good for a family in that it’s quiet but only Took 25 minute walk to get to maritime mile. The walk was nice too as it gave you a chance to explore. When I emailed the manager she was prompt in her reply and rectified that matter I rose. It’s modern and nice decor. One of the beds was really comfortable. Nice to have a few bits in the cupboard like oil for cooking and salt, saved buying those condiments. More spacious that I thought. Secure - double locked doors. Cleanliness- on arrival old razor blades in the shower, dirty tissue on the ground and dusty surfaces. Would appear floors weren’t washed. I rose the issue and it was rectified by the next day I reached for a glass of realise all the glasses were put back dirty. They reply on the guests to wash and put back their dishes so I’m guessing the last one did not. Hygiene is a so important, especially with children. Lovely decor but the paint could do with a top up- lots of little marks and chips.

• Mary (10/5): Beautiful appartments, spotlessly clean. - Everything about this place was 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend to family and friends. There was nothing that we didn't like.
• Mel (7/5): Family stay in Belfast - Handy space for a family with the kitchen facilities and the two rooms. Good space for clothes and luggage. Cleaning products provided. Location was okay and you could get a taxi for around £7 into town, we also walked it often and it took thirty minutes. Handy to have TVs in all three rooms so we could all entertain ourselves. Good if you want to cook your own meals too. Other than fresh bedding and towels the whole place needed a deep clean, found a half eaten meatballs under the sofa and had to clean out the cutlery drawer as it was very dirty. Would be good to have some basics like salt and pepper as mentioned in other reviews. Also agree it needed another comfy chair in the lounge. Not too much around the accomodation to eat or do.

• Katrina (7/5): An enjoyable stay generally. Good location with reasonably large accommodation for a family of three. - Good location, relatively easy access, good communication and parking. Cleanliness was a little lacking, particularly around the edges of the bathroom. The bedroom walls were tired (scratched and in need of a paint job). Kitchen decent but some cooking pots dirty.

• Paige (9/5): Truly lovely stay will choose this apartment again - Wonderful views, close to city centre, comfortable beds, provided cutlery and plates and cups, very lovely apartment overall. Unfortunately I'm not sure what happened but someone who was staying upstairs entered the apartment - by mistake? I'm unsure - I didn't end up meeting them but I heard them enter, realise their mistake and go upstairs. The door had been locked so I'm not sure how they entered.

• Mary (8/5): Good Location and Comfy Beds - Comfortable beds and good location for city center. On a bus route and about £7/8 for uber. Lounge area a little small for 4 of us, noise from other apartments. Usually when booked apartments before they have basics, even if only to get you through first day ie coffee tea sugar but nothing in apartment not even salt and pepper think it would be nice to have even if only a few sachets. However these are just small things we would book the apartment again.

• David (8/5): The apartment was nice, we extended our stay twice which was accomadated and done easily. I would come back again if i w - It was fine. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and the sofa was useless, it wasn’t good to sit on this my partner.

Complete amenities such as washing machine, stove, microwave,etc. All questions you have is in the guidebook via email. I would rate it as 7/10 -1 (Part of Bed sheets were stained) -1 (Microwave was dirty with food splatters. Had to clean before using it) -1 (Smell coming from under the sink)

It was opposite swimming baths & gym which we found handy. General Shop just around the corner very handy too! Could have done with another comfy chair in the sitting area there was four of us & only soft chairs for 3.

• Angela (3/5): It was a place to stay! - It had a washer and beds, the basic things needed for a stay. The smell. The bedroom with carpet smelled and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We were not put in the apartment that we reserved due to double booking. You hear the people above you, especially early in the morning and until 11pm.

• Heledd (9/5): Good location and nice apartment! - Whilst the apartment is not in the city centre, it's a 20-30 min walk away and there's really good bus links. The apartment was perfect for us (3 friends) with two spacious double rooms, a great kitchen / diner / lounge and a shower bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen too if you wanted to cook there.
• Georgina (9/5): A great location, with great facilities. An enjoyable stay. - The bed was very comfy and it was great to have laundry facilities. And the apartment’s living area was roomy. Also the location was great. Being a person who is vertically challenged I found it impossible to reach the cups etc in the overhead cupboards. Luckily my niece, who was travelling with me, could reach them for me 🙂. Maybe move them to a lower cupboard? Also working out the heat for the water in the shower was tricky.
• Romany (7/5): Great location - Great location, close to bus stop and walkable/short taxi into main centre. Comfortable beds and felt safe and secure. Instructions to receive/leave keys really clear. Good check in and out times. Facilities good, new appliances and very clean. Towels and blankets provided. Lack of central living area and strange smell in kitchen meaning this was not used as somewhere to sit/cook in. No bin bags provided and confusion about emptying bins as requested. Lack of bathroom bin.

• Michelle (8/5): We had a really enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to achieve. Would definitely book agai - Location was brilliant and the beds were very comfortable. Was nice to eat dinner and listen to the hustle and bustle of East Belfast life. The oven and oven trays were dirty, and there were towels in the bathroom left over from a previous guests which was disappointing. The doors were very heavy, and the door stops provided weee not strong enough to keep the doors open.
• Moira (6/5): It was okay. - Location to the city and public transport was excellent. No instructions were left about how to operate the washing machine. Couldn’t operate the TV as there was no remote, one was delivered the next day. It was cold, wet and windy for our 3 night stay with the heating being quite erratic time wise, sometimes on in the morning, middle of the day but rarely at night.no instructions how to adjust.

Heating wasn’t great - timer issue and no advice on that in the instructions about heating timer which we realised on the day of leaving while we were wondering why it wasn’t getting warm. We had cold nights unfortunately. 2. Bin instructions were not clear where to put which kind of rubbish outside 3. Soap and shampoo holders were broken and no dates about change/expiry 4. Shoe rack was not clean

• Mirela (10/5): Lovely stay, brandy new facilities, outstanding bed linens, lots of complimentary items as shampoo, conditioner and wash - This was a lovely property which my family enjoyed to spend those days, everything brand new, warm ambient, excellent shower, very simple and direct instructions. Definitely recommend. The only detail was uncomfortable mattress, but was well ok for 3 days only. Also there was a group parting on the 26th, and was a bit hard to sleep, but all fine for the other days.

I had a 4 months old baby,It wasn't easy bathing her no bath tub, no broom or hoover to clean up for ourselves since we had kids and leaking kitchen tap.
