• Daniel (7/5): Preis Leistung stimmt - Es war ein normales Appartement, was ausreichend für zwei Personen ist. Fernseher Klimaanlage vorhanden. Besonders zufrieden waren wir mit der Assistentin Jarica, sie war immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. 👍 Die Töpfe in der Küche waren in die Jahre gekommen. Einer hat so sehr gerochen, daß wir einen selbst gekauft haben. Geschirr ist auch zu wenig da.
• Lux Astra (3/5): Appartamento da non consigliare per la scarsa pulizia e manutenzione - L'appartamento fa parte di un complesso dotato di una grande piscina attrezzata con lettini ed è di fronte alla praia di Cabral. Ci vogliono 10-15 minuti a piedi per andare nel centro della città di Sal Rei. TUTTO! L'appartamento ero sporco, briciole sul tavolo e sul piano della cucina, dove vi erano formiche ovunque, oltre che sul pavimento. Le lenzuola erano sporchissime e le abbiamo fatte cambiare: non erano neanche di cotone ma di un materiale sintetico scadente. Il bagno aveva il pavimento sporco e le mensole della specchiera indecenti! Lo scarico della doccia era intasato e non scendeva l'acqua, che si riversava sul pavimento! Non era presente neanche un asciugacapelli, che abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Il letto scomodissimo, gigolava ogni volta che ci si muoveva: un incubo! Senza contare che in due serate nell'aprire la porta ci siamo trovati gli scarafaggi! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!
• Sónia (9/5): - Gostamos muito da simpatia das duas senhoras com quem falamos durante todo o processo, uma das senhoras por mensagem e a outra senhora pessoalmente. A casa estava limpa e organizada. A localização é excelente, tem uma praia lindíssima mesmo em frente com um por do sol magnífico. Está também próxima da vila de Sal Rei. Aconselho também o restaurante Alma Criola, que fica na mesma rua do apartamento. A nossa estadia foi muito agradável.

Fab facilities and easy communication with host - Excellent range of facilities to be able to comfortably spend a number of days here, including kitchenware, blackout curtains/blinds, drying rack, iron, smart TV. Beach quiet and very close. Easy walk to supermarket and main town. Access to pool. Brilliant communication with host. The Wi-Fi would drop at times. For short periods.

• Karoline (6/5): Schön aber viel teurer als erwartet ein Mal reicht - Die Apartments waren geräumig ! Strand nahe Betten sehr unbequem und nicht für Große Menschen ausgelegt! Leider war unser Apartment nicht am Pool sondern dahinter an einem eher stinkendem Gewässer ! Und leider wurde bei uns Eingebrochen aber dafür können die Betreiber natürlich nichts ! Empfehle wenn man im Untergeschoss wohnt immer alles abzuriegeln!

• Azzurra (2/5): - Struttura con accesso alla piscina con possibilità di utilizzare lettini e ombrelloni gratis. Staff non organizzato. Siamo arrivati e nessuno ci ha accolto. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare al bar della piscina (con consumazione obbligatoria). Avevo comunicato il nostro arrivo sia qualche giorno prima della partenza sia quando siamo atterrati. Abbiamo aspettato un’ora senza ricevere alcun messaggio!! Non eravamo i soli ad aspettare. Gli appartenenti non vengono dati esclusivamente dopo le 15 perché non c’è abbastanza personale per “pulire” gli appartamenti. Arriviamo alla parte dolente, la pulizia. Abbiamo avuto le cimici in tutta la cucina, entravano nei mobili, nel frigorifero e anche nei vestiti che avevo steso. Ho chiesto assistenza ma mi è stato risposto di capire da dove provenissero gli animali e che avrebbero risolto. NON È PASSATO NESSUNO. Un disagio enorme. Sconsiglio vivamente

Não repõe papel, não tem limpeza regular e literalmente se fica perdida sem vários tipos de informações básicas. Tv com defeito, janela sem uma parte, não tem Cobertas grossas para cama, não troca nada e não estava cheirando bem as almofadas.

Le lit sur une planche de bois, le manque de petites choses comme un sèche-cheveux et une bouteille d'eau, un peu plus de vaisselle, un produit main presque vide, les vitres non faites, le confort du canapé très fin et sur du bois, la piscine froide. Je pense qu'avec quelques améliorations, il pourrait être très bien.

• ISABELLE (9/5): Appartement idéal pour une famille ou deux couple - L'espace de l'appartement avec deux chambres et chacun sa salle de bain. Un beau salon avec une cuisine équipée. La qualité de la literie et des serviettes avec possibilité de les changer. Les échanges réactifs via WhatsApp avec la manager. La mer juste en face. Un peu déçus à l'arrivée car l'appartement était situé au rez de chaussée. Nous pensions avoir un balcon vue mer. L'isolation si la personne au dessus parle fort de son balcon par exemple mais sinon la résidence était calme.

The team was very reactive when we noticed them with little glitches Clean and nicely arranged The bathroom is not practical and a bit dated. Some water leaks from the shower. But the main positive point: super powerful shower and warm water, that was the essential! The property could do with a bit more equipment, like we only had one wine glass, hardly any pegs (and they were end of life). But we could have asked and they probably would have given us some more. The balcony is not for relaxing.

• Bénédicte (9/5): Bon apparemment pour visiter boa Vista - Appartement calme avec accès à une belle piscine et à proximité de l’océan pour une belle balade. Possibilité d’aller en ville à pied. Vue pas au top mais un très bon rapport qualité prix, nous y restions que pour dormir. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Manque torchon, éponge, etc. Une bouteille d’eau et un peu de café serait un plus. Difficile de prévoir d’y manger.vraiment accessoires cuisine limités.

Não aconcelhavel usar o elevador, ficamls presos numa das vezes, foram rapidos a vir tirarnos do elevador (felizmente) Cama não é muito confortavel

Donc destination à revoir complètement en rapport qualité-prix il y a beaucoup mieux sur la planète sans compter que je viens faire du kite et le vent est off c'est-à-dire porte vers le large et quand on est en bordure il y a pas de vent dans les vagues et on tombe et on casse le matériel je vais tenter Punta Antonia si c'est pas bon je mets une croix sur la carte du monde uniquement pour les gens qui débutent en wing folle pas en kite

• Claudia (5/5): Per una nit bé - A primera linea de platja Vam arribar i la piscina estava tancada per reformes, no ens havien avisat. Llits poc còmodes, neteja regular i faltava paper de vàter. No ens van voler fer descompte per no poder utilitzar la piscina.
• Rodolphe Montois (1/5): A FUIR - La localisation, la piscine de la résidence Nous avons été logé dans un appartement sale ou nous avons rencontré un problème d'inondation dès notre 1er jour du a un flexible qui a cassé dans la cuisine impossible à arreter car les vannes sont en dehors des appartements et toutes nos affaires , bagages ont été trempés. Nous avons du négocier avec la concierge pour être relogé dans un appartement qui était sale, sentait la cigarette et malgré tout cela, aucun geste commercial n'a été fait par le propriétaire de l'établissement. Le propriétaire est resté injoignable et n'a jamais répondu à nos messages et c'est nous qui avons du nettoyer l'appartement avec la concierge! A FUIR

Tiene una piscina que está muy bien para cuando regresas de las excursiones. Tuvimos un pequeño accidente en casa y la señora estuvo disponible para ayudarnos Claramente estamos en África ! • Carbelis (1/5): Terrific no valuable for money. - The lady in charge of everything and the cleaning is really great; without her, that place would be a chaos. We were given a first-floor apartment that faced the street, but the windows didn't close, so I kindly asked to be moved. She gave me another apartment that was completely isolated, where it was clear that nobody went to that old building. The apartment didn't have the same conditions as the first one: the elevator was broken, the bed sheets were old, the towels were ancient, and the kitchen utensils were outdated, definitely below the standard I was supposed to have in the place. The internet didn't work on the first day, and it was really chaotic because it only worked when it felt like it. The building had cockroaches, and on the last night, they entered our apartment. They don't offer cleaning services or towel exchanges or anything; I spent five days with the same towels (really disgusting), and the pillows are at least 10 years old. When I checked out, I asked for an extra 30 minutes, and they said no, checkout was at 11:00 AM! This is the first time I've experienced this in a hotel or residence, doesn’t care the client important is the money. I don't recommend it; it's better to go to other hotels that actually offer quality and comfort.

• Isaura (9/5): Quiet beach & close to the city center - We were a bit confused with the check-in at first but were quickly helped on our way. The small apartment is located a short kilometer out of the center, which makes your stay very calm. The Praia de Cabral is right across the street, and was not busy at all, practically making it a private beach. There's also access to the pool & elcibar, which is also a great spot to sit at.

The island Boa Vista has some trouble with cockroaches, as this apartment. However, they arranged for a similar but new clean apartment in 4 hours in the same complex and all was solved.

• Aicha (4/5): A lot of improvements to be made - Close proximity (within walking distance) to the city centre and nice pool bar to eat/drink and watch the sea. I stayed here for 3 nights only, but oh boy, I encountered so many issues. Several parts of the apartment was very dirty when I arrived, especially the bathroom; the team managing the place don’t speak English so we relied only on WhatsApp messaging for communication-which is not ideal, especially since I had some urgent issues in the apartment that needed swift handling; I got stuck in the glass shower cabin for 25 mins cabin as the doors would not open due to lack of maintenance, luckily I was finally able to lift the top aluminium part of the door slider which allowed one of the doors to open slightly so I could get out; I had a power cut because I plugged in the kettle that was in the apartment, that they apparently already knew wasn’t working but left it there…overall a place with great potential but was far below what I call satisfactory.
• Peter (10/5): Nice place - I liked everything about this place. Lovely big balcony with great views. Nice swimming pool. Good size bedroom and kitchen. Only across the road from the beach. I love the sun so although we had a large balcony it hardly got any sun .
• Ciara (4/5): Poor communication and organisation ruined our stay - The apartment was really spacious, and had clean towels and sheets etc. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the balcony was large The pool and café had lovely food run by a Belgian couple. Some of the best food we had on our trip The kitchen and living space was over run with ants. The balcony door would not lock properly. But the biggest issue was we unfortunately we had a cancelled flight which meant we needed to change our booking. We asked if we could arrive a day later and stay 4 nights instead of 2 and were told no problem and we paid for 4 in cash on arrival. Unfortunately after staying only two nights we were approached on the street around 11am by the lady who gave us our keys and told we needed to leave the apartment immediately as there had been a mix up with the bookings. This caused a lot of stress as we were travelling with a 1, 6 and 8 year old and had to go and pack up all our stuff and find somewhere else to stay. We were left outside the apartment building with all our bags in the scorching sun with nowhere else to go while we tried to find WiFi in order to book something else. As a result we missed most of that days plans. We were only refunded one night. Poor communication and organisation caused one very stressful day.
• Julian (10/5): Great views and beach in boa vista - Very nice modern apartment in front if the beach with pool. Helpful staff, allowed us to stay till late to take our night ship. Great help as we had a baby. All good

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and good blinds, so we could sleep in if we wanted. Very close to the coast and has an outdoor pool.
• Sam (10/5): Was so lovely we only left to have a drink at the bar and a paddle on the sea. 10/10 - A sizeable balcony to watch the sunset over the nearby beach, a cool and maintained pool below, close to the large supermarket, a great cafe a 2 minute walk away, spacious and well cleaned apartment, a lovely hostess! Had an amazing time
• Lindsay (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Gorgeous pool, and beach over the road. Some great restaurants nearby. Excellent communication and fantastic WiFi.
• Iris (3/5): Be careful! - The pool, although very windy. The staff from the kiosk with good food and good music. Friendly. They gave me an apartment in the back, with ten cm sea view! Although I paid for sea view and front! Looks like you pay the same amount for back 'sea view' and front location, so there's no difference in price, but it's a big difference in quality! They could move me to the front for 3 days, although I booked for a week! Than it all started: discussions on WhatsApp cos no English, looking for another place to st y which caused a lot of stress cos I have d one week holiday! It really sucked... The bar in front is open from 10am to 9pm, with Co stznt music. Not too loud, but no silence at all
