• Guest (2/5): It is not convenient. - I can only say the location is good. Well, first of all, there was a pair of socks on the chandelier. Secondly, it was writing private bathroom but I had to leave my room to get to the bathroom so no privacy. It was writing laundry is available but it was locked. At the end of the stay they charged extra money as tax, it was beyond than the actual amount of money.

Scarafaggi in camera e nel bagno. Bagno fuori camera, pessimo per l’intimità, la mattina ho visto la vicina andare nel suo bagno quasi nuda.
• Юлія (9/5): - The location is about 20 minutes from the Vatican—close enough to walk there easily, yet far enough to avoid the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas. There are several supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, which was very convenient. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a hair dryer and washing machine available. We stayed for four nights, and midway through our stay, the sheets and towels were refreshed, which was a nice touch. The shared spaces in the apartment felt welcoming and comfortable, and we especially loved enjoying coffee on the balcony. Overall, the apartment has a stylish, cozy atmosphere. We never met the host in person, which we actually appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth and handled entirely online—the key was waiting for us in the common area. Communication was easy, and the property manager, Omid, even shared some helpful local recommendations. I’d absolutely recommend this place to friends. The doors are kind of thin. Every time someone was checking in, or just entering the apartment we heard everything in great details. At 1am it gets unbearable pretty fast. And even with closed windows the noise from outside it very loud (the noise is, obviously, not the fault of the property, but it's important to know if you're light sleeper)

• Heval (9/5): wonderful really recommend it - We like everything in that location in general and in particular the hosted person our friend Omed he was very helpful. the residence is very nice, comfort and clean. it was a very nice experience for us there. we really recommended to choose it when you visit Rome. Nothing particular, may be it was a bit far from our conference venue. however, we got it easier by taxi service.
• Constance Hui Ning (9/5): - The property manager was very helpful and friendly, and he made us feel very welcome in Rome. The room was a comfortable size for two people and many facilities were provided, including a fridge, washing machine and bidet. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The property is easily accessible via bus and is only a 10-15 minute bus ride into Vatican City. There were some signs of wear and tear on the shower facilities and the light in the room was a bit dim, but there weren't any glaring short-fallings that were enough to significantly impact our stay.

• Aleksa (4/5): - The apartment and the facilities were clean, and the manager was accommodating. The location is great close to the Vatican and a short bus ride to the center. We booked this apartment because the booking said there would be a kitchen because my girlfriend has severe food allergies and it's hard to find a place to eat so we usually cook our own food. There was no kitchen. The night we arrived the AC didn't work, and the next day repair crew had to enter the apartment to fix it in the morning which interrupted our privacy. In the pictures the bed was a regular bed, but when we arrived the bed was a futon which was uncomfortable and not what we expected. Second day of our stay we didn't have hot water, and we had to restart a water heater ourselves after which it made some strange noises and we had to turn it off.
• Mukha (8/5): - The room is clean. There is an incredible cafe nearby where you can have breakfast. Easy to get to by bus. Curtains - tulle, barely cover the window. Broken shower gel dispenser. No shampoo. Very uncomfortable pillows. They started doing repairs during the day, without warning.

• Max (10/5): Amazing friendly hosts and freat accommodation - Amazing property, very easy to find, walking distance to metro, Vatican City etc. supermarket opposite and coffee shop next door. Decent restaurants just up the road.
